How to customize the email message format

Example:

below email subject and message body where I would like to customize it.

We try to find on Event actions screen which is relating with above screen (Order confirmation print) but  still don’t found.

sorry about earlier, i thought that your particular event had a direct Email functionality but its more a report, whenever a certain report is created you this PDF_EVENT_CREATED event will be triggered, you will have add a new event action for your particular report, which is confirmation of order.

or I can only add new event action and send it together with below email ?

Hi Apisith,

If you want to create a new Event Action then you will have modify the REPORT_TITLE_TRANS as above, i think it is fine to edit this particular even action rather than creating a new event action where it will probably send two emails, which is kinda inefficient.
