Custom menu on custom page not showing

Hi all,

I have made a custom menu on a custom page. But the menu is not showing.

It is working fine on Apps10.

We are on Apps9 upg6. Do you have to do something special or was there a bug?

I have reloaded the configuration. I am using IFSAPP.

    Hi @Hans Andersen,

    Could you try the "Reload Configuration" option?
     

     

    Further, have a look at the visible conditions defined for the custom menu and make sure the user has access to the Presentation Object.
     

     

    You can check the Menu Configurations from the Object Properties as well.
