As the title suggests, we have an issue where our sales team have been through the usual process of Picking/Delivery/Delivery Confirming our sales quantities however in this instance it seems that 3 out of 4 were delivery confirmed. The system then carried out the next process of creating a customer invoice from this confirmation and created an invoice for 3 out of the 4. This has left 1 item behind. If I go to Delivery Confirmation of Customer Orders (below), right-click on the line and select Delivery Confirmation the line disappears. If I press F2 it comes back again.  The issue I believe is that the line is at the status Invoiced/Closed. As you can see above, delivered is 4 and invoiced is 3I am now seemingly stuck between a rock and a hard place. As the line is closed and a customer invoice has been created this limits what I can do somewhat. An RMA is great if the line has been invoiced but this last one hasn’t yet been confirmed, let alone invoiced so this doesn’t seem to be an

I have recently been asked to report on historical Work Orders resulting in Work Centre down time. I am vaguely aware that Work Orders or Serial Objects can be linked to Work Centres but would like some guidance if someone is willing.I need to understand if, how and what should be considered if either objects or work orders are linked to a shop floor work centre.Whilst we use the shop floor work bench we do not use any of the scheduling or capacity planning tools for Shop Orders.Many thanks,Matt

Hi all, Has anyone ever tried to pay a Supplier Invoice in a different currency than the Invoice Currency?We have received an Invoice in Angolan Kwanza, but we don’t have a Kwanza account. Now the bank is rejecting a fx. trade upon payment. Therefore we got the idea to pay the invoice in USD instead. Anyone knows if this is possible to trigger from IFS?

Hi!I want to create an RMB from window Purchase order to Window Report archive.But i cant find the name of the data source for Report archive. System info is empty when entering window “Report archive”.Is there someone who can help me how to find this information. /Albin 

Hi,Is there a screen visible in IFS where you can see all transactions relating to a Customer Order.For example you could view order status, invoice number, any collections or credits raised against the order?

In Aurena, i grant Training Event function (TrainingEventsHandling Projection) as read-only but the +/ edit /delete buttons are still available !once choosing ‘add’: The user will be allowed to enter all fields before a message 'No Access granted' will pop-up once he try to save it .why they are not disabled/invisible same as in Enterprise Explorer ? i have this problem in many functions ... any help will be much appreciated

I created a custom Aurena Page and added it to an Application Configuration Package. In IEE on the Application Configuration Package screen one of the items in the ACP is of type Aurena Page Group. When I right click on the Aurena Page Group item and select Export Item I get an error message stating: “Error occurred in XML processing”. If I View Detail on the error I see: “Failed executing statement (ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processingORA-00904: "T"."NAVIGATOR_VISIBLE": invalid identifierORA-06512: at line 15ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_XMLGEN", line 237ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_XMLGEN", line 271”If I remove the Aurena Page Group item from the Application Configuration Package then the Export function for the ACP works. While the Aurena Page Group is an item in the ACP the export fails. I am on IFS 10 update 9. Any thoughts? 

Customer is on FSM6 u6 on the Azure Cloud.   They are trying to get an invoice to attach to an email notification.The notification will go out but the attachment (invoice pdf) is not attached.  It did work in 5.7 but something must have changed that is not documented.  

FSM 5.7 - The request's Repair Deadline is not updating when the SLA is updated in the Task.Attached example shows a task/request where the priority was changed, updating the SLA. 

We are currently considering using IFS Time Tracker 10 for employees to register time using their phone/tab/PC. IFS Time Tracker 10 is available in Apple and Google Play app stores. However Microsoft Store only has up to Time Tracker 9 and does not have the 10 version. Does anyone know why?The PCs and some of the tabs are associated with Microsoft user accounts and we are unable to get Time Tracker 10 onto them due to this issue.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a stacked bar chart to an ad-hoc or custom report?Here is an example of a chart I would like to add to a ad-hoc or custom report. 

Dears, How can i find back and old pick list? The costumer order is Invoiced and closed, Pick list is reported. But I would like to ‘reprint’ (virtually) the pick list that was used.I can see the pick list number in the transaction history Thank you!

Hi,I often make changes to objects with background jobs.Some times for some reason a job takes a long time from posted to executed.In the mean time the line is closed, and the job fails.Do you have a good solution for that?BR Kresten

I was informed that Counselor ID is the Supervisor ID who has access to a particular employee. When selecting the Counselor ID via LOV in Employee Development Plan> counseling plan tab, there is a list of Supervisors shown, however, not all supervisors who has access to the employee. For example, Matt is a supervisor of Donna and is listed as a Supervisor on Employee-Access Info as well. Also is available as the supervisor in Employee File summary. But when l go to the LOV in Counselor ID field, Matt is not listed there. Matt has access to Donna and is valid and active for the period and l logged in from app owner as well.Need to know if there is any other condition required for a Supervisor to be defined as a Counselor?

Hello, The situation is: There are 2 IFS 8 systems running. I don’t know the level of service packs, but i don’t think it would change something about it. The Problem is: I gave a development proposal depending on the Soap Gateway BizApi List at system A (The list under http://domain.port/fndext/soapgateway) suggesting the use of the handle InboundDistributionTransactions. Now the development should take place at System B and there’s no handler for the InboundDistributionTransactions. Is the list that the soapgateway is providing depending on the configured routing addresses ? Or is there any other step necessary to “activate” this handler / BizApis ? Thanks Michael

Hi,I have some integrations working in a Development environment which produces a .csv file to a folder on an Internal Network (permissions checked).I have built the same integrations into UAT environment and I am now getting the following exception. Method not found: 'System.IO.Stream Metrix.Azure.Helper.AzureFileHelper.GetWriteFileStream(System.String)'. UAT and DEV are both running the same version.The integration set-ups are the same. Just wondering if anyone knows what the exception may relate too? The Transaction Input and Arguments all look good, so I am unsure why this wouldn’t work in a different environment.

Hi all,I have a customer who has a requirement to add internal overhead costs to any purchase order : i.e. for a procurement of services or goods (non inventory parts), the  cost will be equal to the PO cost + 10% for internal overhead management (to be distributed in specific accounts in accounting).Is there a specific setup available in IFS to manage this kind overhead (as it exists to manage overhead for inventory purchased parts)?Thanks in advance for any help 

Hi allI am strugeling with the TOP-N Function. I have a list with the quantity of some product families orderd by the highest quantity. The hole list is also filtered to different sites, where the parts are available. Sometimes there are mor then 10 product families per site. But I want to show only the 10 product families with the highest quantity. In a bar Chart or a pie Chart it’s possible to enable the TOP-N function. I have tried to get the wanted result in PL/SQL. I’ve found two ways to set the TOP-N function correctly in PL/SQL. Both of them won’t work in IFS.In the first Option i’ve put the hole query in a SUBSELECT and set a filter on the ROWNUM. In the Datasourcedesigner I havn’t a Option, to enter a SUBSELECT over the hole query.In the second Option i’ve use the FETCH command at the end of the query. But I can’t add this command in IFS.Are there any other Solutions, to select only the 10 product families with the highest quantity and display the hole result in a list? Thanks

I am able to run script below in SQL (the select part of it) and it returns the results as expected; however on Mobile the line-code field is greyed out and won’t allow selections.  I have confirmed that user_def1 is passed down to mobile.This is something i’m doing in order to filter out select line codes from appearing on Mobile screen.populateListFromQuery("non_part_usage", "line_code", "select description, line_code from line_code where npu_code = 'EXP' and line_code_type <> 'CYL' and line_code_type <> 'R'and user_def1 <> 'PR' order by sequence asc", true);
