Hello,

i need help.

We start logging from SSO. Currently, we can log in via AD to IFS by entering credentials, e.g. user @ local and password. When we run SSO, we get error 400 when logging in. Attached is a screenshot with the error. Where to look for the cause?

Hi @DominikaM,
If SSO never worked then it should have been a fault at installation or configuration setup.

Its likely that there have been a issue or difference in setting up SSO as per guidelines. Have you followed directly as per : Achieving Single Sign-On behaviour  in IFS Technical Documentation ?

Also refer KBA : What are the prerequisite checks that should be noted regarding SSO Authentication ?

Best Regards,
Yasas

Hi @DominikaM,
Could you kindly let us know the following;
(1) Is this for a single user or all SSO users ?
(2) Since when did this happen and when did SSO work fine last ?
(3) Have there been any configuration changes or updates on the system ?
(4) Can you login to Aurena client without issues ?
