A supplier invoice preliminary booked in April, with cost from 1st January to 30th June, I want to do a period allocation for these 6 months, but January and February are closed. Is it not possible to get a correct allocation with a cost of three months booked in March and then one sixth in April, May and June? I get this error message, One or more Period(s) in the interval are closed. I don’t want to change, From Date, cause if I do change to 1st March, I don't get correct distribute, then I have to change percentage or amount manuall.

Can you export IFS user accounts using IEE in Apps 9? If not, have you done this using SQL script? I know you can batch-create users based on the imported xml/txt file, but can you export existing accounts to a file? Mateusz KlosAhead ERP Consulting Inc. 

Hello, this question is about automating who receives commissions using IFS 8. We have multiple rep’s that can receive a commission depending upon which of our product lines (Brands) we sell. From what we know, you can have multiple “Commission Receiver” assigned to a customer, but how do you automate who should get the commission (only one should get it)? Up to this point we have handled this by having multiple customers and a bit of a manual process for our customer service team as they enter the orders. Feels like there has to be a better way..

Is it possible to decide what columns that are shown in the top dropdown if you have multiple entrys (in this specific case multiple invoices in Posting proposals)? I would like to have PO Ref as one of the columns when i press the drop down arrow so that it is easier for me do find the correct invoice. So it would be Supplier, Name, Series ID, Invoice Identity and PO Ref. Thanks in advance!

I can see different user in my company when they access the Reporting/Ad-Hoc Reporting they can see Explore Quick Reports. However, I can see others do not see the Explore Quick Reports options.When I try to see the data Source I found tbwQuicReportsListWhen I go to the Presentation Object Grants I can see the Permission Sets granting ‘Quick Reports’Permission Set FND_ENDUSER  However, all the user in my company have FND_ENDUSER, Why other can see Explore Quick Reports and why other cannot see Explore Quick Reports?How can I make Explore Quick Reports visible to other?

Hi,I’m trying to grant a user the ability to see the full list of employees under HR → Employee Management → Employees. When they search they get nothing, and when they populate they only see their own name in the list. I copied the permissions for this user from another user that can see the whole list so it’s not a permission issue. Does anyone know where I go to get this user the ability to see all employees? ThanksMike

Hi! What is the logic in Reminder Templates? I’m trying to understand the logic between “Accepted Delay” in General Tab and the “Min Days to next Reminder” in Reminder Levels Tab. If set up as below I assumed that the First reminder will be sent out after 7 days as in “Level 1” in “Reminder Levels” tab. But I got invoices 2 days overdue in my Reminder Proposal.

We have successfully hidden Report Code from our users in a few places within Time Registration in Aurena using the Page Designer. However, we cannot find the element that drives two additional places we would like to hide Report Code from our users. Does anyone know how to hide Report Code in the two places shown below? This is Aurena, Apps10 UPD7.  On the visual chart below we cannot find the component of Page Designer that will allow us to hide the Report Code (B2 in the example below).  We also cannot find within Page Designer where to hide the column Report Code on the Project Favorites screen. We would like this hidden for all users as well:

Hello, I am looking to aid a German plant with the GDPU requirements. Although the are many audit source available, many of them are blank and do not have the source columns. Does anyone know how the columns can be added or if this is even possible?I was not able to find any documentation in English. Also, I am in apps 8 Thank you 

Does anyone know how this field gets populated? Most of our orders have this blank, but some are coming up with MAINT, which causes us an issue.  Thanks for your help.Mike
