Hello Everybody,We are running Apps10 in the cloud. With POSTMAN I can access the api that gives me back the part catalog fields. I have copied the PHP code from Postman but it doesn’t work. It gives me back this screen:I have tried also the Javascript code and it doesn’t work either. But if I start chrome with --disable-web-security, it works.Now the question is: what do I need to let the PHP code work succesfully ?Thanks to anyone that can help.

Hi,In Output Colums, i would like to round a decimal parameter. Is there any function to do this?Examples: user_def_num1= 12.2 → result of function(user_def_num1)=12user_def_num1= 12.5 → result of function(user_def_num1)=13user_def_num1= 12.7 → result of function(user_def_num1)=13… Globally, is there any list of function we can use? Thanks Renaud

I am trying to insert a record to shop order history when configuration change. I set an event when the configuration change triggers a script. However It gives an “mutating, trigger/function may not see it” error. To solve that I decide to use background jobs. I called the “transaction_sys.deferred_call” procedure from PL/SQL Developer. When I control the background jobs. It gives an error about the argument but I could not understand.  EventScriptError 1Deferred CallError 2 

Please refer the test below,1.Transact a DSO to Approve state where the part is serviceable i.e. part is reserved to the Assembly side.2. Go to the parent ASO of the DSO, Search for the material line.3. Unreserve the material line.4. Reserve the line using the RMB option Manual Reservation. The same serial captured during disposition should be reserved.5. Based on the above transaction '4', the Structure Line No is removed.6. The consequence of the same is such - One can reserve the DSO and once the DSO is approved again with a different disposition code, in the ASO - Material tab the same material line is created again. Hence there is duplication of the same material line. Any comments on this observation? 

Is it possible to have an activity visible in PSO without it actually taking up the availability of the resource? Our customer is interested in having some visibility of certain events on a resource during a specific time-frame, but does not want to prevent that resource from being assigned to other activities during that time. The idea is that this would be visible in PSO while still having the resource available at that time.One thing I could think if was fixing all activities to date/time and to the resource, effectively forcing overlaps in the schedule. Would there be another way to achieve this without impacting the flexibility of the schedule?If there is any other way to do this without using an activity (but it still being visible in PSO) that would also be great.

We are using the Receive_Customer_Order BizAPI within IFS. And we noticed that there is a limitation of 30 characters for Address line 2. Does anyone know a way to adjust this limitation to let’s say 50 characters, without modification from IFS?  Information:Managed CloudApps 10 UPD 10

In IFS10 Is there a way to disable this dialog box and report goes to ‘Report Archive’ print /email as per customer preset method. Can this be handle from report rules?In IFS8, we already have this settings but m not sure where to look, i checked few areas no luckNot sure if following ‘Individual Settings’ in IFS8 is doing the trick Thanks .

At our production site we need to pack parts before the leave production. Therefore, I would like to add a non-consumed part to the structure which holds a cost of 15, - euro to add cost for packing. When I recalculate the structure in cost set 5 I do see the part with its cost in structure multilevel tab but no costs are added to the level sales cost. In which way can I add these costs?

For Purchase Orders with No-Part Order Lines.So far, I just found the Over Delivery Option in the Site or in Purchase Groups (Procurement Basic Data). Hello,In the Service and Maintenance module in Apps9 the ‘Prepare Work Order’ screen and ‘Report In Work Order’ screen both use the ActiveSeparate logical unit and the ACTIVE_SEPARATE_UIV view.However the field Err_Class is only available in the Report In screen, is it possible to pull this field into the Prepare screen as an insertable and updatable field, and if yes how? The values for Err_Class are determined by another table, the WorkOrderClassCode logical unit, not sure if this impacts what I want to do.Thanks Sarah

I wrote a small projection to download documents. It seems that we can’t assign BLOB variables with large size to binary variable in Projection (like more than 200KB). Is there a workaround for this?I tried to use “CreateAndImportDocument” service provided by IFS and use method ” Invoke action CheckOut”, but failed (get “ODP_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR”)Do you have any suggestions to download large files?

I am very new to IFS ERP and am attempting to educate myself throughout the software.  Can anyone please shed some insight into converting Business Leads into Business Opportunities and why I can’t find the converted opportunity anywhere?  I have tried this at least a dozen times using new customer, new prospects, existing customers.  The opportunity is nowhere to be found.  I understand once converted, the lead goes away.
