Hello,I migrated existing transformer from Apps 8 to APPS10 for testing Intercompany schedules transformer and I am getting the below error and this error is not identified in our current Apps 8 version, only occurred in Apps10.Here is the error message..Error while preparing input data. Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.config.ConfigCache$MissingConfigException: Missing Transformers configuration for instance 'Transformer' Please let me know how to debug this Issue or any suggestion will be highly appreciated.Appreciated, thanks

In the middle of amending a customer order line the user had a quick 5 minute chat with a supervisor then clicked on Save to save the amendments made earlier. Outlook CRM Panel

We just installed the CRM Panel and it’s live in Outlook. The issue is when I click on it and bring up the pane, it really doesn’t do anything. I see a list of contacts there with a plus sign next to them, but when I click it nothing happens. I was there at WOCO 2019 when the showed this and I know it does much more. What am I missing? This is all I see I found that this wasn’t granted so I added that, but it didn’t change anything. Is this and IFS thing or a Microsoft thing

Client Script: working with Date/Time

Hello,Are there any script functions for working with dates and times?I’d like to work with the date and time as an integer so I can get the difference in hours between two date variables. I can do Date1 - Date2 but the result is another date. I’m just wanting the hours. Something like JavaScripts Date.getTime() would be very helpful.

Getting Error in Batch Server and print job are not working

Hi Guys, Print jobs are not working, when checked the log getting below error in batch server log.MessageQueueManager-BATCH2.ifs.fnd.batchserver.task.TaskManager.run --> MessageQueueTask-BATCH2 (TIMED_OUT) in state TASK_TIMED_OUTI am using IFS8 SP1, I am getting error in batch server Task timed out. Because of this my Print Job are in waiting and also application messages are in released state.I have restarted complete server, Tried increase batch process for Batch2 from IFS connect also restarted Application server task.Any idea on this… Thanks in AdvanceAnshul

IFS Job for Gather Statistics

Hi All, Question : It’s mentioned in the IFS documentation that there is a Oracle Job for gathering table statistics from Oracle 10g, and also an IFS job probably triggers this oracle job. It’s advised to use only one. Where can i find IFS related scheduled job which is responsible for gathering statistics? Answer : “In Oracle10g there is a predefined Oracle job for gathering statistics. The job is called GATHER_STATS_JOB and can be seen in the view Dba_Scheduler_Job. You shall either use the Oracle job or the IFS job for gathering statistics, not both. You turn off the Oracle job by using Dbms_Scheduler.Stop_Job('GATHER_STATS_JOB');” There is a form called Oracle Objects in IFS applications. This can be used to analyze a performance issue whether the statistics are old. Also you can select specific object and gather statistics if you are facing a problem in a certain DB object. Hope this helps.

Time Clock "Already Clocked In"

Hi, I hope someone has experienced this and can offer some insight. I have a customer who is having issues when employees clock out using an absence code, (eg On company business), the clocking does not affect their presence within the system. When they clock in again, the error “Already clocked in” flashes up as they were always “present” in the the system during the spell in which the absence code was in effect. Does anyone know where to set the link between an absence code and the employee’s presence? I am trying to have the absence code, uncheck the “presence” box. The danger being that it’s important to know who is physically present versus not in case of emergencies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Revaluation account - wrong ledger

Dear reader,I have a Accounts Receivable ledger account which I want to setup as Revaluation Account. The column ‘Used in ledger’ is automaticly picked here but it is wrong (‘General Ledger’ must be ‘Accounts Receivable’ and cannot be changed or I do not know how to change this) . The first booking on this account was a Q-voucher (because it’s a ledger account) followed by only A/R bookings and this seems to be the reason for this behavour..? Second to this I cannot save this new record because ‘General Ledger’ expects the ‘Currency Balance’ boxfor this account ticked and cannot be done anymore because transactions has already been made for this account.Hopefully there is a way to change this? Aurena Configuration - Searching with custom field

Hi All,I have a problem in Aurena configuration.There is a custom field in the sales info group, it is a ready only field and added by using configuration.Could I possible to add this custom field into search bar in top of the page using configuration.Customer needs to search using this field.When creating this field in IEE client it is ticked as “Searchable”.Is it possible to search using this field and I need to do this requirement using Aurena Configuration

Custom Field - Select statement with two variables

Hi, I want to add a custom field to the Purchase Requisition Lines view, which is based on two criteria to make the search unique.I've made a Read Only Custom Field with one of the key variables, but make it work for each line I need to add a second variable to my select statement. Problem is: I get an error when I want to finish creating the Custom Field.This is the field I want to add to Purchase Requisition Lines:Operation_DescriptionThis is what I got so far. Business Opportunity Pipeline Chart Lost values

Hello all, I have been configuring my BO pipeline charts, but I am finding an issue that I do not understand. In any given BO, you may have multiple lines, which may be won or lost depending. I am seeing that if you have a BO with lost lines, those values are not able to be represented anywhere on in the Pipeline Chart. The example below outlines the issue I am seeing:BO # 10 has two opportunity lines Line 1 value $500 line 2 value $500 The pipeline will show the total value of $1000, however, if you mark line 2 as Lost. The $500 value will be removed from the pipeline, but you have no visibility into what the original opportunity value is, and you have no visibility into what the Lost opportunity line value is.The only workaround I have come up with is to run a search for BO lines with a status of Lost. You would then be able see what you have lost, but there is essentially no way to compare. I am not sure if there is something I am missing, but there seems to be a disconnect. Any hel

Exclude PO from MRP Supply Calculation

Hello Everyone, Is it possible to exclude a Purchase Order in status “Confirmed” from MRP supply calculation? This is a very unique situation where we need the supply information on the PO to be excluded from MRP. It seems the freeze status in the PO header might be an option but the user has already Confirmed the PO which makes this option unavailable. There doesn’t seem to be anything available on the PO line either. We have considered cancelling the current PO and re-issuing with status freeze but it’s a very large PO with several hundred lines. We are in APPS 9. Thanks

user notification grace period

Hi community, in Apps 9 users would get a popup when there user account was almost expired and in grace period. Now, in Apps 10, users do not get any message. The setup of the profile is the same.Does anyone know how to get the message popup for users when their account is about to expire ?Thanks in advance.

Apps9: Can you turn off receipt financial transactions?

We have a business under the who would like to configure IFS to only create GL postings when the supplier invoice is received.At the moment, the posting control setup means when goods are received, an entry into the P&L with the offset being the GRNI account.We would like to switch this functionality off for one company.They have very little goods received which have not been invoiced and the additional transactions differences are hard to reconcile (Often rounding in the postings).Effectively, they would like to receipt the goods, have no financial transactions created and then post the supplier invoice to the P&L (Using the purchase order pre-posting)Is this possible through parameters in IFS?
