Hi,We are having a problem with some supplier. Some off them are not receiving our automatique payment confirmation by email. I doubled check to validate and It seems that all configurations are correct. I try using my email and nothing happens. Anybody know how these confirmations are send? I tried do look all code and I couldn’t find how this process is triggered. Thanks

Upgrading from IFS8 to IFS10 UPD9. User see following error in IFS10 when try to use the function ‘Copy costs to cost set one’. IFSAPP can perform the task successfully.Can someone please help me what settings i am missing in this scenario for the user to perform his job. Looks like i need to register this task somewhere but i have no clue what to do and where. 

 Hi all, Our customer ( FSM 6 U 5) has following questions on mobile Customer is using both iOS and Windows mobile and for Window mobile they use Laptops and  for iOS  phones. For mobile to sync to happen, does the app needs to be active and in foreground  in a mobile device?We have seen items stuck in Send queue when there are some system performance issues where the acknowledgement from server some how id not come back to device. Will this get cleared in subsequent syncs or do we need to do a initialization?

We are running Apps 9 and have a problem with clearing an RNI item.  The original receipt is tied to a fixed asset object that has since been scrapped.  We typically clear these by creating a $0 invoice to the supplier, match the receipt and post the offset elsewhere.  IFS is not allowing us to match this receipt because of the object status.I previously worked in SAP and there was a way to manually clear these items out of the received not invoiced account and was wondering if there was a similar option in IFS.I know we can take the difficult route of rolling back the object transactions to open the object back up and clear this but that would require rollbacks to previous years, which is not ideal.

Hello,We are running IFS Apps 10, and are primarily using IEE on Windows clients so far.I am wondering if anyone has experience running IEE on a Windows Surface Pro tablet (or any Windows 10 tablet):What are minimum specs we should consider if we want to run IEE on a Windows 10 tablet? Does IEE perform acceptably on less-than-cutting-edge tablet hardware? Is Wi-Fi connectivity problematic (lost connections, etc.)? Are there any other “gotchas” to consider?We are considering Aurena for some use-cases and understand it is more tablet-agnostic since it is browser-driven, but we also want to understand viable options for running IEE when we would rather deliver that experience to users. Thanks,JoeK

Hi community,I have come across an issue with the IFS application regarding the Nitro Reader which I recently download set up on my PC. All of my colleagues are familiar with the Nitro Reader and have done the same. When we open documents from IFS, they get opened with the Nitro Reader. However, they get stuck after a moment. In my Posting Proposal screen the previews are also visible and shown in Nitro Reader.I have changed the windows default PDF viewer to Acrobat Reader DC but still got no luck.  How do I fix this?I’ve attempted the solution provided in my previous query:  However, this doesn’t seem to resolve the problem. We are using Actice Directory User Integration to create new users in IFS. The FndUserIdentity is taken from &SamAccontName which is in AD an abbreviation of the location and name. In 95% of the users that are created, the abbreviation is used as Identity, but sometimes the FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME is used for the Identity. I don't understand why the users are created different; we don't see any differences in users in AD.Does anybody have a clue?

Error when login to the Admin Console and get to the deployments Hi there!After Installation of UPDATE 10 during the weekend, I can now see in the Admin Console, that the deployments are all on yellow, unknown state.Checking the Deployments section, I am receiving this error message.I can not find any other hints in other logfiles. The system is running fine, customer is working with it. What is the issue? Why can the AdminConsole not find this functionality?Kind regards,Tobias

What are some of the causes of “No Data Found” feedback when you make a search in IFS under Voucher Row Analysis, Voucher Detailed Analysis or even Work Order Sheet 

I’m working with the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event in Apps 10upd5 and trying to use the USER_MOBILE_PHONE variable. I can’t find where you can set the value for a user. It’s not the mobile phone connected to the Person record, it appears to be coming from the FND_USER_PROPERTY view. The only other place I’ve found it is in the Aurena interface on the Account Settings in the User Information section.Is this one of those partially built out but not completed features? Or am I just being blind?Thanks for any insight,Lane

Hi, In IEE version we have dialog boxes, for example Report Format & Output dialog box. In Aurena version can we still use the term dialog box or is it called  a screen i.e. Report Format & Output screen? Thank youSamantha

A question for technical experts please,We need to implement a modification in IFS where,  A Free text box to be introduced to the Supplier window to input the text used right now on sticky note When the PO is loaded, (e.g. query by a user) that piece of info is to be fetched from the Supplier need to be popped up as an Information message. Users can ok it and proceed with the PO Do you think this is technically feasible at all, especially point 2?

Hi, Has anyone got any suggestions to a possible route cause?Note I am doing this from a clone onto a new server VM, I know the passwords for the likes of IFSSYS and IFSPRINT not sure if that is the problem.I am setting up crystal web service 64 bit I have done the following. Installed 19c Database Client 64 Bit and commented out SQL Net Ora connection, Created TNS entry for target DB. I have Amended the Machine.Config File for the .net framework. I have installed Java and set my system environment variable. Configured server for IIS with relevant compatibility support. Installed 64 bit Crystal Web Service and Installed 64 bit Run time. Installed .net 4.5 and set the CWS for the application pool. Amended the crystal config file for the TNS entry.I can Invoke certain operations on the report services such as check for CR web init. But when I check the get saved report A I either get a HTTP 500 error in IE or in Chrome I get an error for failing to load database information.  Additionall

Hi All, I’m Having a case where customer had FSM 6 U3 and when they creates a request in Web client, they enter the Serial ID (a valid serial ID)of a product and press Tab key and the product related details (Not having to click on search icon and select the product with certain serial ID from the list) are automatically fetched as follows,  Recently, they have updated it to U7 and they are saying it doesn’t work anymore. In update 7 Web Client, when they enter the serial ID and press Tab key, nothing happens, nothing is fetched. Also it doesn’t show any errors. I checked the release notes of U7, and it mentions Tab key navigation being excluded from Web client features. Then again in the U9 release notes, it mentions the same feature being included   My questions areis this feature back in U9 ?  If customer wants to directly enter serial ID and Press Tab key to fetch product details, can it be done ? If yes, how ? (According to them, this way saves much more time) Does this have anyth

Hello,The company I work for is running a pilot using the B2B supplier portal - we are running on apps 10. We have run into a situation where the supplier contact that will manage the orders from within the portal is tied to multiple supplier numbers within the IFs system. We set up each of the suppliers and persons appropriately and as seen below check all the supplier numbers, but are not seeing all of the right data in the portal for each supplier number.It seems IFS is only allowing for there to be a single default supplier and only those orders/data set appears in the portal.Does anyone know if multiple suppliers can be set for a single person?

Hi when creating a New Manual Supplier Invoice in the Aurena wizard for this I can't enter a value with decimals when doing the posting information entry. The app automatically rounds to nearest full value. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Tried a new line with 0,22 but it rounded to 0,00 so I'm stuck with a faulty posting.
