In our current (non IFS) system, it is possible to create one Distribution Order and then add multiple order lines to it for different items to be added to the same order, but in IFS, currently our users are having to create many individual distribution orders containing single order lines in each, then having to merge them to get to the same point, which is time consuming. Some of our distribution orders, used for site to site internal stock moves can have many items on them. Has anyone else ran into this issue, and found a way to allow multiple order lines to be added to a single distribution order? Or is thissomething IFS are planning to add in the future? Hi, I have an error when previewing a crystal report.  The logs aren’t really telling me what the problem it suggests that the report is correctly formatting based on the entries and that passwords, file paths etc. are being picked up.. I have a 64 bit client 19c Database Client, 64 Bit CWS and 64 Bit runtime.I have tried reinstalling the CWS but still get the same issue. Any advice is appreciated.   Thank you,

Can we create and use custom menus for Shop Order Window> Visualization views (eg: Shop order materials line availability visualization) in IFS Application IEE client?

Why is the Gantt removed as a tab from the Project Navigator screen in Apps10 as compared to Apps8? It is a separate screen now but few of the MRO customers stated that they preferred to view it in a tab. Could you please let me know why?

In  addition to enabling “Use Tax Invoice” in company level, what are the per-conditions to be filled in order to fetch values for following fields in Mixed Payment window?   

Assume a manufactured inventory part with a purchased part in product structure with routing operation work guidelines where we connect an attachment via the Object Connection Transformations window.(which adds the document to the work guideline as a link)On Shop Order window, when we RMB>Reports>click Work Instruction…Check box Print Attached Documents> ticked, Work Instruction is printed for Shop Order, but Attached Document is not.

I’m hoping I’m missing some easy, obvious option here. I did not find the details in F1.In Apps10, UPD9, how do I cancel a Work Assignment from IEE when it is transferred to mobile and in ‘Work Started’. In Apps8, we are able to go to Transferred to Mobile, rmb, and ‘Unassign Work Order’.I see the rmb option in Apps10 to ‘Cancel Work Assignment’ but it is grayed out when the Assignment is in Work Started status. I’m not sure in what status this feature becomes unavailable, but  it seems to be so for at least Work Started. I am curious, is that also the case for Accepted?Also, looking for a way to manually advance the Work Assignment should the need arise. In Apps8, we are currently able to adjust the status from IEE and it keeps the id of the individual making the change neatly stored in the Journal. 

During the installation of UPD8, we are encountering many errors of a similar nature: !!!Error occurred while executing Plsql Block at 23-MAY-21 00:53:45BEGIN Installation_SYS.Set_Projection_Snapshot_;END;ORA-06550: line 2, column 19:PLS-00302: component 'SET_PROJECTION_SNAPSHOT_' must be declaredORA-06550: line 2, column 2:PL/SQL: Statement ignored The installer ran like this producing many error in the “logging window”, then eventually hung after about 14 hours. This did not occur during the 4 attempts of UPD8 in our test environments.

Is iOS 14.5 compatible with FSM6u10?  The install guide says “Any device that can run iOS 10 through iOS 14 (including iPadOS) is Supported.”

Dear all, We added some new fixed assets to the system but in the wrong cmpany.We've added them and aslo imported them so they now have the status active  Due to the fact that the vouchers are already updated to the GL we can't delete them.So we want to Rollback of the import. Then this message appear.Does anyone has an idea how to solve tais?  

Is there a way to capture who created the transport task? Currently we have some struggles where the user processing the transport task may have questions or such. At this time we have not been able to find any fields that are storing the requestor/creator.

Does anyone have either/both of these templates they could share, please?  If there is a completed example that works that would also be appreciated too. We have an issue (Apps 9) where we are trying to import a multi-line supplier invoice (one invoice no, multiple lines/postings/tax codes) but the invoice fails to load.  When we import an invoice with one record, it imports without error.  When we try multiple lines we get the following error Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated.   Linda

A customer contact which is not longer valid shall be deleted. In Case that this contact has been used e.g. in a customer order which has been Invoiced/Closed, the contact person can not longer be removed. If you try to delete the contact system checks whether any business objects refers to that customer contact and an error message appears:The information message 'The customer contact X is used by Y rows in another object (Business object contact)' is not really helpful for the user. Hi, We are interested in using the planned purchase cost in cost set 5.It works good for entities that don’t have Part Step Pricing in their Supplier agreements or Supplier for Purchase part Price lists. We are on  ifs10I have understood that when calculating planned purchase cost in this cost set, system will use purchase pricing logic, similar to when you enter a purchase order line for a part no.I also read in another tread that when calculating the planned purchase cost in Costing system will use:the standard lot size as order qty the effectivity date as price date. For some reason we do not get this to work when using price breaks, even if we have the standard lot size on the inventory part.Any one that have any input that could help us? Regards,Marika 

I was trying to change the “Default IFS Enterprise Explorer Language” as  "en-GB (English, United Kingdom)" with reconfiguration. But after the reconfiguration language is not changed to “en-GB (English, United Kingdom)”. I was remain as first option “Use Regional Language” 

Hi Experts,I’m trying to make a simple rest api call to an authentication endpoint and retrieve token information. Initially I tried this with the JsonOutboundConnector, which retrieves the response as following,  As you can see the response is in json. I couldn’t successfully capture this response and extract only the access token for use in subsequent calls. This issue was raised hereSince then I got in contact with the resource owners and got them to send the response in xml, which would make it possible for me to use the XmlOutboundConnector and extract the access token. This works fine in postman,The only thing I had to do additionally was to add the following header,  Accept = application/xml (without this header it returns json)Although, when I try the same in FSM I still end up getting the response in json  It’s as if the Accept header is not considered at all? or am I missing something else?​​​​​​​Any help is greatly appreciated.​​​​​​​

Hi I am trying to manually adjust an asset depreciation value in the month as the set up was not done properly at acquisition years ago, now system automatically calculated previous year/period dep, but it won’t allow me to post in previous financial year which I wouldn’t want to. Is there a way to delete the lines in the proposal?  Thanks

Hi,We are having a problem with some supplier. Some off them are not receiving our automatique payment confirmation by email. I doubled check to validate and It seems that all configurations are correct. I try using my email and nothing happens. Anybody know how these confirmations are send? I tried do look all code and I couldn’t find how this process is triggered. Thanks
