I have few customer-related questions. It’s all about the FSM attachment file extensions.
Q1 - What are the restricted file types which are not allowed to attach in FSM?
Q2 - What are the allowed file types that can attach to FSM?
Q3- How to blacklist file extensions in FSM?

There is an app param called ATTACHMENTS_BLACKLIST. This is a comma separated list of all file extensions to prevent as attachments.
If the file extension is not on that list then FSM should allow it.
If you wish to add more just add the extension separated by a comma e.g. .exe,.dll
