Within the APB for a selected Shop Order we can see a list of the potential statuses and of which are applicable to it.However there is no way that we’ve been able to find that provides clear definitions of what each of these statuses actually means. If we use the Help button on this tab, it brings up the window below and if in the Usage section we click on the Show Status URL it provides no meaningful information. We can explain most of these statuses ourselves, but when our client asks specifically about what the INCOMPLETE status means we’re struggling to differentiate that with RELEASED or (especially) PARTIALLY REPORTED Can anyone point us to where we can find an official IFS document that explains exactly each of these Scheduling Status values represents

Hi, In our receipt process, we want to attach the delivery note to each receipt line.This is the current proces: We select all applicable lines in register arrivals. These lines are always from the same PO and are all on the same delivery note from the supplier. We register the arrival. Then we go to the receipt screen, and attach the delivery note to each receipt line (each different part has of course the another line)You can imagine that if there are 30 parts on the delivery note, we have to do this process of attaching the same delivery note 30 times, once for each line. Is there a way we can do this at once, or get the delivery note copied to other receipt line?For example, go to the receipt screen, select all applicable lines, RMB and attach the same document to all lines. Thanks for the help! 

We are in the process of adding country of origin data against the supplier for purchase part records however some of our suppliers, typically distributors, could supply the same part from multiple origins which they wouldn’t know until the point of dispatch.  If we were to populate the SFPP record with the most likely country of origin, is there any scope in IFS to be able to register the country of origin at goods receipt, should it differ to what has been listed on the SFPP record?

But does IFS Cloud also support water footprint or soil impact tracking automatically? For example, when calculating carbon emissions for a product or operation, can IFS Cloud also measure the environmental impact of these emissions on water resources, soil, or ecosystems? Or are these types of data only possible through manual KPI definitions? Which international sustainability standards (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, CDP, SBTi, SPTI, etc.) are supported for automated reporting in Sustainability Hub or Emissions Tracker? For which standards does IFS Cloud provide built-in KPI sets, calculations, or report templates? For which ones do users need to define manual KPIs and create their own reports? Why doesn’t the Transport Task report support custom fields at the line level?I was trying to use Report Designer instead of updating our existing Crystal Report since it’s going away, but found it doesn’t support custom fields at the line level of the Transport Task report. I tried everything I could think of and then finally looked at the report package and found --Xml_Record_Writer_SYS.Add_Custom_Fields(xml_, 'TransportTaskLine', rec_line_.objkey, 'TRANSPORT_TASK_REP', language_code_);  -- removed since we cant support custom fields here If IFS really wants us to move away from Crystal they need to support this basic use case.This is for Apps 10 Update 22

Hi everybody,i want to import a customer order via sFTP to IFS but get an error message in application message:. IFS takes the file from our local sFTP server but isn’t able to create an incoming customer order. Both conditions (orders and contract) are in the xml file available. Can anyone help?

Is there a standard procedure or recommended way to add a picture (or other attachments, like maintenance instructions) to multiple functional objects based on a specific field, such as Type Designation or Object Type?What I would like to achieve is; I upload media to a specific type designation →  it would automatically show on all functional objects of that type determined, or do I need to attach the media items one by one to objects?Any suggestions or best practices for mass attaching files or automating this process are appreciated. BR, Ville

Hello, Our GL is not updating automatically.  When checking the GL Voucher Rows Analysis, I see that we are missing dates. But when a user performs a manual ‘Update GL Voucher’, it then populates the the GL Voucher Rows Analysis with the previous dates that were missing right after the manual update date.  For example, were missing 3/20, 3/21 GL data in GL Voucher Rows Analysis. When performing a manual GL update on 3/22, it will then show the data for 3/20,3/21 in GL Voucher.  How can I have the GL update automatically?  We have a task scheduler that is suppose to update the GL automatically, but it is not doing its job. Why did it stop updating the GL automatically? Is it due to the accounting year not being updated to 2023? Or the USER ID not being updated to recent accounting users?  Thank you for the help!   

Hi,  (IFS Cloud - 24R2) I have a Sales Contract Item that’s linked to a Project Activity. I want the Revenue from this line to appear on my Project Activity as Planned Revenue. I can see the below from the Help Pages - my question is which posting control linked to this set up? The help page is not too helpful at specifying.

Dear Community,  We are using MHS invoices between our entities in the last 5 years, without any major issue un our IFS Apps10 UPD 21 version. But it looks the messages stuck in Released status form 15th of October. Unfortunately the RMB functions are not available, and not sure what is the reason. I found this community thread, but that did not help to our issue: Why are outbox messages stuck in Released Status ? | IFS Community We didn’t change anything in the settings:    Do you have any idea how we can restart the process of Connectivity Outbox Messages?  Thank you very much in advance for any idea. Kind regards, Balazs

Hi All,Can we get list of parts picked in a shop order picklists. My customer is using pick by choice so ideally serials or lot batches in the pick list might be changed when picked.  Customer is using wadaco for picking. They expect to generate a printout on what picked. Is there any way that I can get what got picked for the shop order.for customer order pick lists we have a separate window “Picked pick lists” but nothing available for shop orders.Any ideas on how to get this please. Thanks,Chamath

Hello, I created a custom event that triggers on add, update, and delete. This custom event calls a workflow, and when creating a new work task, I get this error. I no longer get an error if I modify the event to trigger only on creation, but having both creation and update enabled at the same time causes issues.

I'm wanting to add Unit Cost from Inventory Part In Stock where lot/batch's match.The entity on this page is ShopMaterialAllocSinglUtil, but that doesn't exist in the entity configurations. We have a scenario where we would like to add a service automatically to a service order if the SA adds a specific product. Doing thsi with Problem Code backoffice works fine for PMs and UMs, but sometimes a customer may request a product that is not originally on the order. The SA will then have to add both a product and a service, but we would like this to be added automatically (to avoid potential loss of revenue).
