I have a question from the team here: is it possible to have have more than 1 e-mail address pre-populated on a service order (to send out order reports)? Or must this be added manually by the SA upon completion?

You asked a similar question three years ago and it was not possible without customisation. This was confirmed by Jacques Cormier that he had to write a BRD to supply to R&D if they would like to add to standard.
Unfortunately, this did not make it into standard so it would have to be done as a customisation if you want this type of functionality.

I do not think this is possible without a code change. You only have one contact on the service order which I believe is used to pre-populate or from the primary contact of the site.
If you were to do this, where or how would you determine which addresses to use for pre-population? Let’s say there were 5 contacts linked, you may want to only send to two of them not all five for example.

reading the question, just a note. In 15.4 there is a new functionality when sending Report from Mobile, it has a + sign and when clicked that shows all Site based contacts - to be selected and then will be added to the list of emails to send to.

I was responding to auto-populating but this would work to select quickly instead of auto-population.
