Hi All, We have started release update 24R2 SU06. During the implementation process we got a instruction from our client to deploy with SU07 as there will be a critical security update into the 24R2 SU07.So, can we apply SU07 before completing the release update process and test it altogether? Please guide us if this is feasible.  Thanks in advance.

I have found IFS Cloud that when the ‘Price Freeze’ toggle is enabled in a ‘Sales Quotation’ Line the opposite setting is shown on the ‘Sales Quotation Lines’ view.If you make a change on the ‘Sales Quotation’ it makes the opposite change on the ‘Sales Quotation Lines’.I have looked in Apps9+10 and the setting on the SQ is the same as the SQ Lines…Any information / feedback would be appreciated or is this a know issue?  

Hi all,I'm trying to understand the functionality behind the ‘Normal and Collective’ setting for customer order invoicing.We’re currently exploring the use of staged billing for customer order lines but have run into challanges with customers set up for collective invoicing. One option we're considering is switching the invoice type to ‘Normal and Collective’, but I’m struggling to find clear documentation on what this setting actually does, and how it impacts the invoicing process. Hi, does anyone face issues related to long running calls slowing down IFS?It was working fine for a while but since several weeks, we start noticing some long running calls related to the Method GetCountAttachments from the package ObjectConnectionServices.We are on APP10 upd 13 and did not move our UPD for more than a year.We are on full standard and only do change on the customization layer.We only use the following modules: Finance, Project, HR, Procurement, Sales, Document Management.I do not know where to search for this method and or to what it’s related.Any help will be welcome, Thanks.

Hi Experts,I have 3 custom attributes(all are NUMBER format) in page ‘Customer’. They are LIST1,LIST2 and LIST3. The corresponding view is CUSTOMER_INFO_CFV. I want to add another custom attribute in work task page as TOT_LIST, which is also a number and should equal to sum of LIST1,LIST2 and LIST3.The corresponding view is  JT_TASK_LIGHT_UIVI know that I have to add a Read only type custom field in JtTask entity. I tried select statement, but was not successful(I can’t perform addition operation in a select statement ?) and then switched to use ‘Expression’ option and I am still not getting anywhere as I see. My sql knowledge is not that good either. As you know there are certain things you cannot change after a record is save.  For example, you cannot change an inventory part’s unit of measure after the initial setting is made. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of things like this throughout the who system???

Hi team,I have equipment whose status is out of operation. However, work orders are still generated using PM action.I would like to know how to stop generating WOs for PM Action when the equipment object status is Out-Of-Operation. Is this functionality possible in a standard system?

Hi,I’m trying to display the Part ID (from Service Object Details) in the Request Scope tab on the Request page. For this, I created a persistent custom attribute in the SrvRequestScope entity.Added the screenshot below.Current Version Using 24R2 However, this custom field is not appearing in the Attributes dropdown of the RequestScopeitemList in Page Designer.  I’ve checked the Projection Metadata and found that the attribute has been added to the "ReqScope" entity instead of the "SrvRequestScope" entity. Could anyone please explain why this is happening and guide me on how to make the field display in the Request scope? Thanks in Advance.

Hello,On our Sales Part, we add a secondary reference which is our client product number (the sales number is our internal reference)When an user add a Sales Part to a customer agreement, he select a sales part then do is configuration and validate it.Once it’s created, the secondary reference custom attribute which is a read only is filled.What I want, for clarity for user, is when they choose a sales part, the custom attribute is refreshed to display the value.You can see example on screenshots of what I except :  For now, the user can see this custom attribute only after validation and page refreshed (triggered by validation).Is there a way to achieve this ?Thank you

Hello,For one user, the PM Batch Scheduler returns error as soon as the search button is clicked.Having a look on the event viewer, I noticed that the SQL query has an error ( highlighted in yellow)  When I run the exact same action, my query is the same except instead of this wrong line, I have :“AND (pm_sched_dates.cconth_id is null) And” which is a dupplicate of the next line. And It works. I can’t see anything in the user’s profil which can explain that. Can you help please ?  ALLIANCE V15.4 SU9

Hello. We added two new required fields for Business Opportunities, and made the changes both when going to Business Opportunities page and on the New Business Opportunity Page. However, the wizard for New Business Opportunities is skipping right by the required fields. As you can see, Main Representative is required as is Estimated Opportunity.  But the “Next” button becomes enabled even if you skip those fields.   And then you can just go on your way. How do I ensure that the button doesn’t become enabled until all the required fields are filled out?  

Does an over tolerance exist for shipping customer orders where, for example, the order is for 10k but production made 10,100?  We want to ship the full 10,100 as the customer will take it, but are looking for an automated way to define the over shipment tolerance.Thank you for your input!Robin

Hi team,Is it possible to adjust the expiration interval of sessions in IFS Cloud（23R2）?We've observed that there is a system parameter associated with session timeout, but unfortunately, we're unable to modify it. Please refer to the attached image. Is the value of this parameter the session interval? If we can't change it from Aurena screen, can we change its value at the time of installation?
