I’m struggling to see how I can remove a licence from a user that has left and how I assign a shopfloor light licence instead of a full licence to users. I can’t see this information in the technical docs - please point me to it if it is there. If it makes a difference we are 24R2.4.

Hi,
if a user is not active or if he cannot login to IFS Application (no permissions sets), the license is given free.
To consume a LTU license, you have to assign only the required LTU Permission Set to the user.

+7yes, its’ enough if you tick to make it inactive, permissions can remain, if user is inactive.
