The default email message from Mobile Edge that we are getting is:“Dear customer, please find attached the Service Order Report for Work Order: SV2104200007@@1.”We’d like to change that if possible, does anyone know where this is stored and if it is editable?

We receive PO lines with serials in our daily business. Those PO lines have charges distributed by amount. But let’s say, we receive only 200 out of the 500 PO line quantity, the total charges get allocated to that lot of 200 only. The next lot of 300 has zero charges allocated. Hence the Unit value of the inventory is significantly less compared to the first receipt. Is there a way to overcome this in IFS?  

Hi,Hope y’all are well.I am facing an issue regarding Hedge Contracts. My client has some hedge contracts with banks, to set a fixed exchange rate, for a fixed period, for specific suppliers. I need to register those contracts and attach to specific suppliers in order to use the contract fx rate instead of the updated system one when invoicing.I.e., I need to:Attach the bank agreements with the suppliers To have a “expire” date in those agreements The agreements must automatically fix/set the fx rate in new invoicesIf it is not possible to make it automatically, at least set the fx rate per supplier. Does anyone know how to do it? Hello IFS Community, Can somebody point me to the best path to find solution to the following issue?I am running Crystal Report XI R2  and my  IFS 9.  

i have this error when starting my job  ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [TAX_LIABILITY_TYPE] is mandatory for Order Quotation Line and requires a value.  TAX_LIABILITY_TYPEis not null in my file  and i also try to give default value but still have errorplz help

From the debrif work flow when I goto attachment screen and clicking on add attachment icon its takes me to the TaskAttachmentAdd screen where I could see the description and type of attachment along with the attachment.  When I click on save it saves the attachment. But in that same screen TaskAttachmentAdd  where I can add the description and type I enabled user_def1 from task_attachment table. I put some value in description and value in user_def1 and saved the description saved with the attachment but user_def1 is still Null.Can anybody tell this what is the appropriate way to add one more column like user_def1 and save to task_attachment table

Hi Community,I need to make this field read only for every users in the environment.I tried to make it read only by RMB on the page >Properties > Read only but it reflected for only the current account. When I logged in to other user accounts, I can still edit the field. Please help how to get this done..thanks in advance.Regards/Hari

I apply a Manual Gross weight to a Handling Unit when it is produced / purchased. When I move the handling unit in stock to adifferent Inventory Location the Manual Gross Weight field is cleared. What can I do to ensure this data is held against the Handling unit until the unit has reached Delivered status on a shipment?

Hi,I’m trying to upload absences using migration job connected to ‘External Absence Import Type’ window. However, when executing the background job this error displays “ORA-20110: ExtAbsImportTransaction.NOPOSTIMPORTFUNCTION: External absence validation function  not defined for format EXT_ABSENCE”Same error can be recreated from the application. Is there something to do with basic data setup?below is the external absence import type I have used. Any idea how to solve this error?Thank You

One of our MRO customers are having an issue where, when you manually add a blow through part (Type K) in an ASO material line and then include a random part to the same work scope from the Disposition Summary Screen; after the releasing of the Interim order structure, the manually added blow through part gets removed.Kindly explain why this is happening as I believe think this an incorrect behavior.

An MRO customer of ours is requesting for solution for the following scenario:Customer is having a part which is always replaced every time in the parts of the unit that composes the received repair product. There are multiple number of these replacements parts under each unit, and the customer doesn't want to issue a Disposition Shop Order because they are getting replaced every time. But he wants it to be able to be connected to ASO material tab as well. How can we handle this on the system?

in SAP it is possible to delegate an authority level for another employee during the Manager’s vacation. Is it available in IFS, so that POs, postings etc can be authorized by another person during only the vacation of a Manager. Can you please help understand how to do it with screenshots maybe?
