Hi,I've written a logic to import pdf files to IFS using custom method, IFS CONNECT, routing rules and routing address are correctly configured. When files coping to IN_DIRECTORY location application message status appears as below,"Failed executing statement (ORA-06550: line 1, column 14:PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object IFSAPP.C_CUSTOMIZATION_UTIL_APIORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PL/SQL: Statement ignored)"process initiated user : IFSCONNECTany suggestion to fix this issue? Thank YouRegardsNimesh

In MCPR flow an invoice needed to be credited in customer company and reinvoiced due to the invoice address and value needing to be amended. Subsequently, we cannot transfer to the general ledger after following the normal steps and no errors are on these transactions. Any Idea on this behavior?

IFS Community, Can anyone please point me to the direction of where we can update IFS to prevent the warning “Wanted Receipt Date xxxx-xx-xx is not a Working Day” We have both a WEEKDAY and WEEKEND day type, which we thought would prevent this error, but am still receiving the warning, each time our scheduled database task runs throughout the day & weekend.  What step are we missing to prevent this error?   

Hi,Obstructive maintenance load is hereunder displayed entirely in “Machine Operations Scheduling” area, but not in column chart “Machine Load” when no manufacturing load is scheduled.An obstructive work task of 24 hours is scheduled hereunder Only 9 hours are displayed in machine load on 02/09/2021, and the remaining 15 hours are not on 01/09/2021From a business perspective, I won’t reschedule anything on 01/09/2021 on PR250 because the machine is in maintenance. The workload should be displayed in any circumstances then, whether manufacturing load is scheduled the same day. The problem was first reported in LCS case G2156460 (Machine obstructive time not correctly reflected in manufacturing visualizer) related to manufacturing visualizer in IFS Applications 10 IEE client.Detailed explanations received from Saman are reminded in attachment. I thought all problems described in the case would have been solved in IFS Cloud, but it seems not to be.@Saman K Could you explore this feedback

I have to change the code part description in English Language. When I try to save it, it doesn’t save.If I make the change in German Language it save after several tries the change. Has anyone made similar experience.  

Hi,I hope someone can help.I have created two custom fields, one for Region and the other for Description. The fields will sit side by side, however, I would like to hide the label from the second Custom Field (Description). For Example: currently I have “Region: Description:  *Field*   *Field*”I would prefer to amend the Region label to include Description, so would like “Region Description:  *Field*   *Field*”So to omit the unwanted colon after Region.Is this possible?

Hi, We have currently the purchase order authorization rule with Allow change after authorization set to ‘Within authorizer limit’ but we would like to change it to ‘Within Order amount’.For PO’s that have a higher value then when it was authorized we need to revoke authorization and re authorize in order to be able to cancel lines.For PO’s in status received this workaround is not possible since you cannot revoke authorization from received PO. We cannot figure out a way to cancel not yet received line from such PO.Is there a way to work around such situation?/Anna

This is a IFS 9 instance and we are using SSO.  This is only happening to 1 user.I have a user who gets the following error when trying to log into IFS after he clicks the IFS Explorer from the web page. Ifs.Fnd.FndSystemException: Explorer: A fatal error occurred. Application will terminate. We are using apps 10 and i want to use the purchase order to send raw materials to the partner. The event PURSHIP with posting type  M1 M15 are used for this event. I use M1 to fetch the inventory account  using C32 control type but i request help to fetch the right account with M15. The issue i have is that posting type M15 is not based on the component part but on the parent part whatever the control type i used. When receiving the parent part two events are created. The ARRIVAl which is used when receiving part based on PO using and M10 and an other event POINV-WIP is created with M10 and M15. M15 amount value seems to be the sum of M15 value of the PO PURSHIP.Actually i want to know what’s is the M15 purpose.I am looking forwaerd to hearing from someone who was facing the same issue. Eventually i intend to simplify by using material to the supplier partener using  NREC and NISS but my customer seems want to use purchase order for that.  Thanks  

We are desiring to setup multi site planning with 2 sites and use distribution orders to generate supply/demand between the sites. When I run MRP I am failing to generate any distribution orders. Does a guide/instruction manual exist outside of the online help to ensure we are setting everything up correctly? 

Hi, we have had a couple of users that have reported that Astea stopped working for them, possibly after recent updates but then that they cannot install Astea again with MS Edge.  As a workaround they finally installed it using Firefox.  Is this a known issue and is there something that needs to be set in MS Edge to be able to use it?  We have plenty of users that are using Edge without problems but I am worried that we might see more of these issues soon.

HI,     I have created a report which takes an RequestId as Input and Generates the report,It all works well when we run it from the report screen by providing a requestId,but when the same report is configured in the Request screen via report set it gives a 140 Page doc with the same report being repeated over an over again.Any idea why this might be happening,it is giving 140 copies on all requests,Is there any specific mapping needed to run it from the request screen

Hi, I would like to know if there exists History logging for Customer Credit info in IFS 9. We have some customers where credit has been breached and the only way to breach a credit limit is if the credit limit amount or dates are modified. 

Why does IFS make a request for an Agreement instead of a request for order when you perform this action from the Project quotation list? Is this something you can setup?I would like to make a request for order quotation instead of an agreement quotation for a part.

how to set pre-posting possible or mandatory for a specific code part or for all on a specific object like PR, PO, CO, PO receipt  SO  on the header or on the lines depending on the object

Hi, I notice on support for Windows it states “Already supported versions will remain supported until IFS Applications Core releases reaches R&D support end date, “Does this mean that 21H1 is currently supported for Apps 9 - if so when would R&D stop supporting Apps 9 for Windows releases. Many thanks, Matt

In connecting a sales contract to a project, Add Project Activities to Contract Line Item functionality, one prerequisite is that Only activities that have not already been connected to a line item within that contract can be addedIs there a specific reason for this? Can’t it be done the same way that more than one activities can be connected to an item by giving each a weight? TIA

We have just upgraded to App10 and just started testing Demand Server. One test instance has already been installed on one of our servers.Now the users would like to install another one to a different database/instance. The server name is already used as ‘Forecast Server’ for the first instance and port 5010 is also taken.  So can the second Demand be installed on the same machine?ThanksWen

Does anyone know of a good way to print/save drawings attached to a Structure within IFS? We need to print/save all the drawings at the different levels of the structure. Right now it is done one by one.  Thoughts? 

Hi,  Hope this message finds you well. We have a supplier with WHT set up to  be withheld at the payment (as image below), the Tax Code is also set up to withheld at payment. We need that the accounting and voucher to takes place only at payment moment. However, when we try to make a Manual Supplier Invoice, it automatically turns into PartlyPaidPosted and generate a voucher, as below:  Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
