Hi,Looking for some advice and guidance for appointment bookings via PSO.We use FSM and request appointment bookings from PSO. Some appointment requests are what we refer to as 'Rebook'. This is when a task is already scheduled or fixed committed and we look for new appointment bookings.When we do this all the scheduling data is reset. This therefore means any current scheduling data is removed and is causing a few issues, when customers then want to keep the existing appointment.Is there a way of searching for new appointment bookings, retain the existing appointment data and only update when a new booking has been accepted?It might be worth adding we're be using a customised version of the perform_threesixty_appt_request MPM. Any advice will be welcomed.Ady

Lobby Element changing values dynamically based on Filter selection. For Example, we have a lobby element created with list of open Work Orders (requests)By Default it should should all requests, however as soon as you select country, the same lobby element should filter the values based on Country selected and after state is selected, it should show the workorders associated to the selected state. We can definitely create three different lobby elements with First one without condition, second one as request.user_def1 = “$COUNTRY$” (Just as an example)And third one asrequest.user_def1 = “$COUNTRY$”request.user_def2 = “$STATE_PROV$” But is it possible that the 1lobby element behaves in three different ways.I tried with Just the third one and unless you select the values, it will show Zero results (and expectation is it should show the entire list)

Per IFS Update 10 “As Report Comment is now available on time reporting pages, users can easily input the comment for their work order reporting”.  We do not see this option in Time Registration. Did this not come along with the update? For projects you can enter ‘Details on current Row’ but work orders do not have that option.

Is there anyway to remove the ‘Continue’ button that appears on mobile survey statements?  We have many statements in a row (too much text for one statement) and dont want to have to click ‘Continue’ on each one.  In FSM5.7 you didnt need to do this, they all just appeared at once.

Our manufacturing quality group would like to trigger a Control Plan analysis once for each finished good roll (think roll of fabric) that is produced. Seems like a valid business requirement. I  have read the documentation on Sample Frequency Trigger and understand that you can’t create custom trigger types. I have read about Acceptance sampling and don’t think that will do the trick (but maybe I am just missing it.)has anyone done this before? Thanks

Hello, I have setup a Payment method for a Supplier. According to the IFS Help, I can perform a RMB on the method and select Electronic Payment Addresses to enter the information in. However, when I attempt to do this, that option is greyed out. I have checked Permissions and I have full access to the screen. In the help, I do not see any additional prerequisites to add this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Inventory Part has the Inventory Valuation method Standard Cost, Cost Per Lot Batch and Zero Cost Allowed  Business Purpose - I want to count in a new lot batch with zero cost. I know how to modify Cost Level Details in the Inventory Part and receive the part at zero cost for the cost modified Lot / Batch Number only.My question is how do I create a new lot batch with zero cost without having to go through modifying an existing lot batch no? When I try to do ‘Count Per Inventory Part’ entering a brand-new Lot number, I am unable to count in with zero cost. It automatically takes the Unit Cost assigned to other lot batches, and thereby creates an inventory transaction without zero cost. If I want to count in a new lot batch with zero inventory value, what should I do?

Hi All,I get below error when running a Interest Proposal. This customer is a inactive customer who does not have a AR Balance. The Address are also set to inactive using valid to date.I am not sure why system validates a customer who is inactive and without any AR Balance. I believe,  inactive customers without AR balance should be ignored when running the Interest Proposal.Does any one know whether there is any way to run the Interest Proposal only for Active Customers.Thanks

Any official procedure to change IFSSYS password for apps10 ?

It seems like this should be easy but I am getting strange results. I’ve created a custom LU with 3 custom fields:  a checkbox for the user to use,  a ‘checked by’ field to capture the User who clicks the checkbox along with the date they did it.The ‘Checked by’ field is created as Field Type = Read Only I am using this expression: This does correctly capture the user who is logged on and checks the checkbox. The problem is after that data is entered, when I later log on (or anyone else is) to view that info, it picks up my ID and the current date. It is picking up the user who is logged on (which it is supposed to) but I don’t want that to change when anyone views it. The custom field is not updateable and not insertable (they are grayed out, even if I wanted to make it Insertable but not updateable.  I am out of ideas. Anyone out there have any? Thanks
