We want to implement Customer Agreements in IFS 10 UPD 10.  When we print or view the standard repot (Customer Agreement), the Agreement Description field is not available. It appears that it is not in the table or view.  We planned to use the Agreement Description field to indicate which Distributor and End Customer pair this agreement is for (we sell to Distributors who sell to end customers. We sometimes offer special pricing for these combinations)

When we tried to work around this by creating a custom reference field to pull it in to the Report, we get an error.

Has this been fixed with a patch? if not, anyone know of a different workaround

Actually, we ended up creating a custom field that refers to the Agreement ID field as initially described. Though the field did not appear available to the _REP view, when we tested it, the Custom field does now appear on the Customer Agreement standard report, as we desired.

Hi, This should probably be in the distribution group. It’s considered part of customer order / pricing functionality.

Hi @KLAVALLEY ,

In views, it is called objkey, in tables it is called rowkey. If it is missing, you can not use Custom Fields. Please refer the below link for further clarifications.
