Customizer v15: Limitations to number of fields - Title Editor?

As part of our upgrade to v15, I’ve been asked to add titles to a select set of modules (Service Order, Customer Contracts, Installed Item), so we get a setup that is close to 12.5. But I get some weird behaviour in v15. Is there a limit to the number of data fields that can be added to to tiltles?

This is a bug confirmed by R&D.  They suggest until a fix is developed we modify the Customizer customization UIM directly in the AsteaShare folder for the profile.

I will contact you to walk through this with you and see how best to do this manually until the fix is developed.

      Hi Bjørn,

      I am inquiring with our Customizer developer if there are limits.  Can you also describe what that weird behavior is which you are encountering?

      Here’s an example (the Title is not customized). This is what Customer Contracts titles look like: 

      When I open the Customizer - Title Editor I find all these fields added, but not showing: 

       

      Which is what leads me to asking in the first place

      Ok, so if you remove the flag from is_info where you are apparently looking for the first seven, do the next set appear within the tooltip?

      If so, I suspect there is a limit of 7 rows in the tooltip.

      Update - I removed the ticks in these boxes 

       And now only PM shows under Info 

      I have tried to remove all the titles - they just come back

        I found that not touching any of the labels already on the titles helped - I have previously removed any fields not required by us, and it seems that removing them tends to “crash” the customizations and reset the titles to default
