Hi All,Is there is a way to not reflect the secondary position of an employee in the organization chart?My second question is to understand the impact of assigning a secondary position to an employee ? other than it will be visible in the org chart. Just to understand the context : we are actually having an issue with a custom function and to resolve it temporary I have to assign a non primary position to these employees. Much appreciate any help  

Hello,We are using Apps 10, UPD11. Does anyone know if there is a certain step in the process or place where the Supply Type can be changed? We are reviewing the Shop Order process to integrate into the Buyer role and looking for the correct handoffs in the process. We are finding that no Requisitions are created from components that need to be ordered and are investigating how to get these to create as part of the handoff. On a Shopo Order we want to be able to identify materials to be rerouted in and use Purch Order Trans as that seems to create requisitions for us.  Our only option right now looks to be use MRP on PM A items to be able to see the demand and have requisitions be created to bring parts in for that SO. Thank you,Joann

Hi IFS Folks, Good day. I am wondering what is the difference between manual pricing and costing pricing in ‘Update Customer Agreements from Base Prices screen’. When I am using costing pricing it runs background job to update prices but there are no updated done but when I use Manual Pricing it works as intended. Please can anyone explain me the difference. Many thanks.

Hi All,As my long title states, I’ve created half a dozen custom fields for the active work orders in the LU Activie Separate, once an active work order becomes complete the data moves to the LU Historical Separate - What is the best method to get one the custom fields into this LU and 2 when the work order is completed that the data in the custom fields follows too.Thanks Sarah

Hi,Can someone explain how I can move a table in a static field.The problem is that the table is not in alignment with the left outer boarder. This means that 1 cm of the left side of the paper is left blank.Normally, I would merge cells for achieving the desired result. Hi,On the sales part it is possible to set a minimum sales qty, but is it also possible to set the sales qty as a fixed multiple. For example, you can only order multiples of 100 (100 - 200 - 300 -...) and not 250 for example?I would think there would be a standard field for something like this but I can’t seem to find it. Best RegardsRoel Timmermans

Hello, I have a case where we want to split Delivery Overheads into to different accounts depending on what Cost Bucket the cost comes from. My idea was to use Posting Control M57 Delivery Overhead to make the split. I’m not sure if this is the correct way to approach this. Can’t see that any of the available Control Types connected to M57 can be used for this. Anyone got an idea how to approach this issue? BR Tobias

Have you ever experienced any situation where  it is  possible for the system to filter the print options based on the status of the PO?Is there an option we can use to adjust applicable print options according to the PO status.?For example cancelled POs only have the “Print Order Work Copy” command as the print option.But in the order reports when user enter the cancelled PO number it shows all the print options.User tries to print the “Order Changes” report.Option to print 'Order Changes' is available for a PO with no POCOsWhen user selects a non applicable print type there is no output. Just wanted to check if there is any option available or experience to share.  

Hi FellowsJust go stuck with one migration job which i am unable to crack. Keep giving ORA error when creating file in migration job. I know the meaning of this error but after checking the details, its still coming up with same error. Here’s the screenshot for better understanding.    This is a sample excel csv file containing data that needed to be added in a table.  I may be missing something but unable to identify the issue. Looking for some positive response. Regards
