   There are two issues that we need to get guidance from R&D. Issue that need R&D input. Work Calendar Issue : The Work Calendar don’t have access_group and due to which Dispatcher Role is affected : They should only be able to see the Calendars which belong to their access_groupCluster : they should be able to see all the calendars in multiple access groups Access Group Issue on Place in Request ScreenA Dispatcher is able to Type in a Place record which belongs to a different access group. This is a major issue since the lookup filters out the access group but why the FSM is fetching the details of Place which doesn’t belong to the current access group.   Dispatcher current access group : 00301008Place in the above screenshot was typed in and its access group is 0000101 Dispatcher has two Roles :   Both are incrementalOnly LC_ZELHEM_ACESS_DATA has access group   00301008 CONTRACTS : Same issue Any product can be typed in. Hi allIs there a way to get this report into Excel, rather than a PDF?  We don’t have the business reporter function ready yet and I can’t interrogate this report if it’s in PDF format.Thanks 

How much control is there when deciding when real-time travel data from Tom Tom is used? On My IFS it says “The times from this cannot be used for scheduling because it is relatively slow.  However they can be used when work is committed in the schedule and therefore fixed. This improves the travel time estimated and also the accuracy of the following schedule.  “ Is there any way that this data can be used for scheduling? For example, can this data be used only for urgent tasks to get the most realistic travel time estimates that are used for scheduled and choosing the correct resource?

Hi,Please see screenshot below. Could you please confirm that the LINKS element does not include a next page functionality?As you can see in the screenshots the lobby element presented in the lobby is not showing the next page functionality. I have included 9 links in the definition of the Element and only 6 links are shown.So the user is not aware that there is more document linked to this element because the further pages display is not shown in the bottom right corner of the element.A double clicking in the element box is not ideal because it is something that not everybody is going to do to find out that there are more document links.Many thanks for your advise.

Is there any documentation about how to use XML_MESSAGE, VALIDATION_XML_MESSAGE, VALID_IF_FOUND and ALTERNATE_XML_MESSAGE?I have written some simple rules using only XML_MESSAGE, but If I wanted to use the other fields how do they work. My First question would be Does the VALIDATION XML run before or after XML MESSAGE?When does the ALTERNATE XML run?How do I use VALID_IF_FOUND? I’m Working in FSM 6.5Thanks!

We have quite a few customers where we use Alerts - often because we need to contact them a certain time before a PM. But it is often difficult for the technicians and/or dispatchers to see this. In Mobile Edge the alert is shown here - so the SA has to open the order to see it  We would really love to have it in the Work List somewhere. Like:  And if it is possible to show it someplace in Dispatch Console as well, my users would really applaud  

Hi all,Apps 10, upd 11.Bit of an odd use case but i was wondering if anyone knows how to hide a lobby element from a group of users but not the rest?Cant do it via profile to my knowledge.Have tried it via permission set by hiding the element ID presentation object but that does nothing. Seems to be once they have the lobby granted to them then it doesnt matter if they have the permission to view the element itself.Im trying to avoid duplicating lobbies for the sake of a few elements that need to be hidden from some users otherwise will end up with too many lobbies.Also don't wish to have X’s all over the screen so they need to disappear. Cheers   

Hi I created an External File Template for a Bank Statement upload.The input file processes correctly with all records going to Unpacked status.When I run the External File Assistant I now get the below error message where as you can see the Statement Date parameter is shown defaulting to the SYSDATE.Does anyone have any ideas as to why I’m suddenly getting this error message? I’m sure I’ve come across this previously but can’t remember what causes the issue and what the resolution is. ThanksAlan

Hello,Is there a way to specify a default filename when printing client reports? (FSM 6.5)When we use the print button we see a preview of the PDF version of the report and the default file name will be something like: REQUESTS_SERV_67c439a7-e9fc-413d-8d4c-44879a55ff4e.pdfI’d like to change that name, or at least remove all the extra stuff so we get REQUESTS_SERV.pdf to match the rdlc file name.  Ideally we could append the request ID, or some other useful value. Is this possible? Thanks!

Dear all,I cancelled an invoice with PO but the receipts that were linked to the cancelled PO arent usable anymore as the are still linked to the cancelled invoice. Can someone please tell me how I can resolve this problem.As I want to book the invoice again I cant match the receipts anymore that were used on the cancelled PO

The requirement is like this: mWO users should be grouped and work assignments (work task) should be transferred to mWO users which are assigned to a group. If a user accepts the assignment, it should be removed from all other users. It should be possible to define several groups of users.This sounds pretty much as the pool functionality in our mWO. But if a work task is transferred to the pool, all mWO users which have access to the site of the work task see the work task in the pool. Only the mWO users of a specific group (Team? Resource Group?) should get the work tasks of their pool (group).Is there any possibility to define different pools/groups and how it could be defined in Apps 10 UPD 9 or greater?Thx in advance for your support

I have been asked by my team if it is possible to move some fields from one sub-page to another. Specifically they want the field Billable moved from the Material Info page to the Material page. for Service Orders I have been able to move fields (within a given page or between sub-pages) by deleting them and adding them again in the desired location. But not Billable. I assume this is because this field as additional logic to it (if you chose Fixed the Price field automatically appears)? To be precise - I can move the fields, but the functionality is gone (value is NULL) 

Hello, When a sticky note is added on Project Invoice window, it disappears once the window is refreshed. NotesLogged in user is IFSAPP. The issue exists for all windows of component PRJREP. The correct view names of the logical units have been given in Object Connections window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards,Devni

Hi,Anyone that can inform me about one-time-suppliers and I would be forewer greatful.I dont quite understand  how to use it. It seemes like I have to open the supplier site and register the suppliers data. What is the point then? I would like a form of “shortcut” in the manual suppliersystem where I could register the onetimesuppl. and the payment will show in the paymentproposals along with the other invoices at due date. Then they should remain in a separat log so they are searchable later if needed.That was my wish now back to reality, h ow does it work?  Mvh BM
