Hi everyone, I’m trying to establish a cycle count program using count reports and I’m having an issue with the business logic being used to add lines to the count report. I’m finding a disconnect between the cycle interval on the inventory part, and the last date an inventory part has a COUNT-IN or COUNT-OUT transaction. It appears the ‘Last counted date’ which is being fetched by the Get_Last_Count_Date function,  is populated on the inventory part in stock, but is granular down to the part/config/location/lot/serial/ecn/wdr/handling unit combination. So if I count a part at a specific location, then move it, the last counted date will be lost.  My interpretation of the cycle interval logic is as follows. If the cycle interval on the inventory part record is 60, and the part is counted on October 1st, then the next time the part would be fetched and added to a count report would be December 1st. (our distribution calendar is 7 days a week @ 24 hours a day). My testing has completely

Hi all,I’m working with a client in Aurena (Apps 10 UPD 13) who would like the ability to toggle through multiple different Sales UoM on the Customer Order Line. For example, for the same part number/site, they may price the material by various weight UoM such as metric ton, lbs or short tons.   Is there any method this can be achieved via standard functionality in which I am missing?  If not, any alternate suggestions from other customers looking to achieve something similar? Thanks!

Hi all,I have a question regarding creating lobby for a user.When I create a lobby with a personal user (so not IFSAPP), for example Lobby = TEST JS and save Lobby is shown in the lobby overviewWhen I double click on created lobby, error is shown that created page was not found:So my question is how to get user in the position to create a lobby and edit it by him/her self?Is it possible to edit own created lobby, without getting rights for the created page in permission set from Admin? BR,Jan

Hi All,Navigate to “Engineering Part Revision” window.Query for a part number -> Go to Approval process tab.The system doesn’t allow the user to modify the note field.Is this a bug or do I have to configure any settings to enable that?

In IFS10.11 the option to archive data is available from the Solution Manager options. I can’t find it in the Aurena version.Has anybody an idea if that function is available in IFS Cloud (so IFS21R1 and higher)? 

Hello All, I am curious if it is possible to script a cost value update from one site to another? Currently we have a production site and an estimating site. The estimating site has a copy of our component parts, which we use to create customer quotations. The issue we face is that part 12345 in the production site may change from $5 to $7, but the PN 12345 in the estimating site is not updated, unless the user manually updates the cost. Is it possible to create a scheduled task to routinely perform an update from the production to estimating to keep the costs identical? Hello,I have created 2 separate Excel migration jobs for creating and modifying records of Custom page.Creating job is working fine where as updating job not working(Observed that objkey is not fetching).As per below IFS community suggestions i changed the key flags as well ,then too not working.Is there anything i have missed ?Here are my job details Note: If i use other job procedures like 'INSERT_OR_UPDATE’  its working fine, facing this issue only for Excel Migration.

We currently have 2 Astea profiles (for 2 different entities, in different countries). As the date for upgrade is coming closer, I have been asked if it is possible/adviceable to upgrade the profiles at different times - mainly due to traning.Background: we will install v15 on new servers. And connect to a new SQL instance. Both profiles are integrated to Microsoft Dynamics AX - through separate staging databases.Our initial plan was a “big bang” upgrade - but depending on advice we may reconsider.

Hi,We are trying to set up some simple data archiving in our test system but we always get the following type of error in the archive logORA-20105: Assert.IS_PACKAGE: "INV_PART_ARC_API" is non existing package.We have tired it on several different tables and it always returns the same type of error.Any help would be much appreciated. Mark
