Is it possible to add a prefix to the delivery note number, or change the formatting in any way. I would like to differentiate it from the shipment number.

Hi, you can change the formatting of Alt Delivery Note No field. The requirement of Alt Delivery Note No itself caters users to have different del note nos.
Go to Branch window, create a Branch > RMB > Delivery note series > define how you want the No to be generated. Make sure the Branch is connected to the site in the Site window.

As I know this is a automated scripts creating this delivery sequence. You can hard code each delivery id based on your requirement (before each installation) which I do not recommend since the synchronization of delivery ids between ifs side and your environment connection will be lost.

Thank you for the response. A very strange place to put delivery note numbering. It does change the output on the delivery note report, and that is what we were looking for.
