This is to let you all know that Alliance EMEA Support phone is disconnected. Currently we are working on the new phone and will provide you the details once it will be available. We are expecting this to be available within two weeks.

For clarity, the phone number no longer in service is +44 1628 915 111.

Announcement for Alliance EMEA customers.

We are happy to inform our new phone number +44 20 4551 1728 for Alliance EMEA customers is now active. This number does NOT replace any P1 24/7 contact numbers used outside of business hours.

Please be advised that as of today (11/01/2021) we also have a new support email address for Alliance EMEA customers: AllianceSupportEMEA@ifs.com

Any future support queries will be dealt on this email address.
