For FSM, PSO or any others are required Software to practice all topics with in FSM, PSO. 

I created a custom logical unit to hold a number that I need to have 4 decimal places, but the system automatically truncates it to 2 decimal places and that is what is stored in the database.  Is there a way to increase the number of decimal places stored?  We are in 10.

I have completed all FSM Essentials and PSO. I wanna do practical with FSM contents; Means I wanna know how we create a request, task, billing, invoicing and more.I wanna a platform at which we can practical of all required topics that is covered in FSM and PSO. 

Hi i have setup different payment institutes. for these payment institute i have setup the same payment method with the same payment instruction (BANK) for COBA  If I create now the supplier payment file how can i setup ifs connect to distinguish the payment files from one another. I can only set the output path into the same folder, but i didnt see a way how to setup ifs connect a folder for each bank account. The risk is that the user uploads the wrong file into the wrong ebanking since i can only output the payment file all into the same folder

Hello,I have created a custom field in APPS10 to display in AURENA.I added an English and French translation for this field in Enterprise Explorer :  The translation works for Enterprise Explorer but not for AURENA:  Do I need to add an additional setting to apply the translation on the custom field?Thanks for your help! 

Hi All,We are getting an error ‘The Organization Code for ERATLIFF is not valid for this period’ when we are trying to authorize an expense sheet. This is an old expense sheet and when we get this error the user was in a different Organization. But then we updated the Ord Code of the expense header and it’s details. But we are still getting this error.Kindly advise me to fix this.Thank you! 

How can i give access of Lobies that were developed in  IEEE to Aurena, is there a prefix for lobby pages.

From the approvals menu, using aurena when i am trying to navigate to Object details it is not giving the correct screen.

HI All,           We have setup surveys for Differenet Customers in FSM for Task Completions both in Mobile and Client(Web and Smart),however we want to have Surveys specific to customers,So we have used the access Group field on the survey table hoping it would restrict those surveys only for task with the same access Group but it is not working.Are we wrong to think that Survey access could be controlled using the access group field.If anybody knows of a seperate way please let us know ThanksManish

Hello,We are using IFS apps 8 SP2.While login into application with IFSAPP getting below error.Below are the information regarding our IFS environment.IFS Application version- Apps8SP2 on windows. LDAP configured (All end users mapped with AD are working fine and able to login in the application without any issue) Facing ‘Operation time out’ issue with IFSAPP user only because it is automatically bypass the LDAP authentication and use database authentication. I have created some customized fields.  They are based on a “list” so predefined options for the user.  When I goto export the field in the export module, the exported value is just 1 or 2, not the text.  Can someone advise why that would be or how do I get the text?

Can we save the way columns are sorted in the views ?Saving the required columns in the required order is OKSaving the search criterias with and without pre-selected values is OKBut the way the columns are sorted is not saved. Each time you select another view, always te first column is sorted ascending. You have to redefine the required sorting order in the different columns again manually.

Hi,Recently our customer faced an issue related to a cancelled order.Looking deep in the process, we’ve discovered that the technician did not connect his app for a month. Within this month order had been cancelled, reopened and assigned to him again. When he has run his ALLIANCE mobile app again, he got the following error message : translation is “transaction failed” - ...A2STCO13 : this data doesn’t exist, it has been closed or deleted.Whatever is the answer (Yes or No), the pop-up comes again and again. No way to move forward.It looks like the app didn’t get the information that the order was cancelled.Is there any cleansing of mobile messages which can explain that ? How can we prevent that ?Thank you

Hi Team, One of our customers has below question & I would like your help on it, What values on FSM Resource (threesixty_resource) will send an update to PSO?  For example, we want to increase all resources travel time and out of region multiplier but updating these values and reinitializing PSO we do not see an update.  Are there ANY fields on this table that FSM will send to PSO?   Doing these mass updates in PSO is problematic and it is easier to import an update in FSM vs one record at a time. Thanks in Advance,Bhanuka.

Is it possible to have multiple users in using 1 mobile device? If it is possible how to set it up?  Since when the app is starting up, the user-id-field cannot be changed.If it’s not possible, do you know why it’s not possible to have multiple users? Thanks in advance for your enlightenment....and Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2022! ~Juni

Hi All,We are getting an error ‘There are no payments to be made’ when we are using Payments in Full function in IFS App 09.We are able to replicate this error when we logged as IFSAPP as well.There are 3 Authorized Expense sheets which need to be payed.Kindly let me know your suggestions to solve this issue.Thank you!
