We are looking to enable SSO authentication which is fine for the bulk of our users but there are a number of IFS accounts that can only authenticate via the DB method.
For those accounts, is the only way to log into IFS via the EE Admin access point?

Yes, as far as I am aware that is the only way to get normal IFS access. That is what we do when needed.
