Our QC analysis results were displaying just fine until we applied  IFS Apps 10 Update 11 - 14 on March 12th.  Now the results recorded during processing of a shop order are not displaying on the Analysis Results.  Anyone else seeing this?

Hi,

You could check to see if the data is shown in the ‘Result - Number’ field.

This may need to be enabled using the Column Chooser option.

 

 

It looks like the same value should be shown in both fields.

The ‘Result - Number’ field allows you to do advanced searches on the Results data which is not technically possible in the ‘Result’ field.

 

 


Awesome, Richard.  That did it. I do wonder why IFS just did not get rid of the old Result field? but anyway, that gives us what we need. Thanks for the quick response.
