Hi Community,we are working with Apps 10 Upd. 11 and want to print a label with Part_no and Description, but on Inventory part barcode label (INVENTORY_PART_BARCODE_REP / InventoryPartBarcodeRep) there is no Part Description.But on Inventory Part Barcode Analysis it is visible.Any proposals for a fix without modification?And does anyone print a simple picture of the part on the labels? In my opinion a great approach to avoid errors.Thank you for your feedback!Regards Martina

Hello.Could you help me to answer our Customer’s question:………….we are using Transportation task to move stock from between companies/sites. however, although on the finance side this works fine for us on the inventory side it doesn't work well. mainly because Transport task only is to move material thats in inventory. what we need is to be able to see intercompany stock requirement and schedule production (MRP to see the demand) and then ship it to the other company using the Transport task.We tried using Distribution order but only issue is that Distribution order only allows us to schedule one material per Distribution Order. Also in a DO we have to create AR and AP invoices and payments althought all these transactions are intercompany.  ………...

Hi I am looking to add a custom field to the customer tab on representative 360.  Specifically looking to add the Cust_Grp from the Customer > Order > General Tab. pl/sql for the CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_API.Get_Cust_Grp  requires customer_no. On the rep 360 page the customer_no is actually Customer_id. The expression i have written doesnt give errors, approves, publishes and synchonrises.  After reloading configuration in the rep 360 window the custom field doesnt appear in column chooser. help please. 

Hi,We have discovered a mistake on an periodic voucher that was entered in December 2021. The expense should be period allocated from 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022, so three periods (Jan/Feb/Mar) have been posted to wrong expense account. Still there are 9 X vouchers remaining with incorrect expense account.Appreciate if anyone could advise what is the best way to fix this issue.Best regards,Roshan.

Dear All, Can somebody provide more information on Pricing using Customer Hierarchy?I have a customer A that is connected to Customer B in a Hierarchy (A is below B). Customer A has no pricelist/customer price group attached. Customer B is attached to a Customer price Group. When making a Sales Quotation for Customer B, the system takes the right Pricelist as Pricesource.But when I try to make a SQ for Customer A, the pricesource is directly to the Sales Part. But according to my understanding, because A belongs to B in the Hierarchy, it should be possible to use the price lists attached to customer B. Is there another setting we have to set? Or do I misinterpret the online documentation? Hi experts,One of our customers has an issue of Request Contacts getting copied to connected tasks in doubles.This happens only when adding a New contact under the 'Contacts' tab of 'Request' screen by using the 'New' button. Issue doesn't occur when adding a contact by using the 'Select' button. Issue occurs in both custom screens and in the baseline screens of customer’s environment. There are no relevant Business Rules or Client Scripts to be found. “Watch All” doesn’t trigger anything. Couldn’t find anything related to this by manually going through all rules and scripts. Server logs indicate 2 entries that have inserted same contact to task_contact. When TASK_CONTACT_COPY app param is set to N, duplication does not occur; only one entry is copied. (But Contacts added using Select button doesn’t get copied to the Task, as expected). Requesting your expert ideas on what could be the root cause for this.Dulshan

In Aurena, It is noticed that when we change the maximum number of rows for business reports there is a note stating “Max number of rows that by default will be retrieved in a data set during report execution. Should only be modified of there is a need to retrieve large data sets, which might affect performance and lead to memory issues” <see the attachment>Could you please let me know whether there is any limitation in Aurena when retrieving large data sets using Business Reports ?Your feedback and recommendations on this is highly appreciated.

Hi Community,This is for IFS 9 Enterprise Explorer  Currently on the manual supplier invoice screen, when copying unmatched PO receipts from a referenced PO, users are able to manually override a tolerance check while matching PO receipts per line (please see the attached image). We would like to disable this functionality, and abort the process once the tolerance has been exceeded. We don’t want the user to be able to save the supplier invoice at all once the tolerance has been exceeded. Is there any way to anyones knowledge that we can accomplish this? We were considering creating a custom event to check the tolerance again at the time of the manual supplier invoice creation, but if we could do something at the point this pop up appears that would be preferable. Any other suggestions to solve this issue are also welcome. Thank you

Hi Community,We have Inter-Purchase Direct transaction which is supplied by a Shop Order.This is giving a cost issue when Direct Delivery is registered - below error comes. Also, we see a Discarded status Incoming Delivery Notification (DIRDEL) for this exact PO line.The same PO has some other lines with Invent Order Supply code and they have registered without any issue and Incoming Delivery Notification is Approved status.Does any one know how to troubleshoot this?I tried to check in EDI message handling and I do not see a column for COST in there. So, how Cost from Supply site is taken to Demand Site?And our Internal Orders are with 0.01 Prices. ThanksGayan

Hi,Would like to get ideas on how Maintenix users in Organisations handle inventory with calendar based on-wing tasks that go overdue whilst on shelf.I believe this would affect any organisation using Maintenix for components with/without a supply solution. When inventory has an overdue task, a Maintenix job changes the status REPREQ. The supply department would suspect the inventory requires repair, (in our business requires back-office review for each part to consider) The inventory cannot be issued or electronically fitted by the maintenance repair organisation without this back office support to clear or overrun the task. The maintenance repair organisation maybe now subject extra work without notification, this is depending on how your business handles overdue tasks. In our business we need to have the units RFI. HiWe have a customer (using V14) which was working with email listener with is an on prem exchange server. He is going to move to Microsoft 365. During testing it looks like the emaillistener is not able to read the microsoft office 365 mail box. We have tried on our internal customer environment we have also the problem (where as the quite same configuraiton is working for us on V15 from our office).Do you know if this is supported in V14 ?Thanks for your feedbackRGdsChristophe

Hi For the last 3 years I have looked after creating and modifying permission sets. We have 4 non-Prod environments and 1 Prod environment. All are at the same IFS version which is:Mods are always done on one of the non-prod instances. Once tested and approved, they are imported into PROD (after making a backup export of the existing PROD permission)I have never had any issues importing until the last month or two. A successful import now is hit and miss. More often than not, I am getting this error:I am logged in with my own login id with IFS_Full permission. Nothing on that side has changed. Typically, if I try importing the original permission back in, it works. Then if I try the modified version again, it will work.But today I was not able to import the previous version,, got the same error. I logged in as IFSAPP, got the same error. I shut everything down, restarted my computer and was able to import the original as IFSAPP.Any ideas what might be causing this or what I could check
