Hi All,There is a requirement to Extract roster/shift data from PSO and update the FSM shift table.(Roster must be planned in PSO. If roster is planned in PSO, shift data will be limited to PSO. But there is requirement that shift data must be available in FSM side)For this, I have tried to use the existing methods in ThreesixtyIntegrationmanager and Threesixty communicationmanager.(These classes provide the PSO connection, token authorization and etc).But as per my knowledge, I couldn’t find any relevant methods for the above functionality from the above mentioned classes. Is there a way to achieve this using the existing methods?If not, what are the alternate ways to get them? Use Restful API?Are there any example codes that I can refer about how to establish the connection to PSO using Restful API? (I have seen that there are some examples for this with the use of POST MAN. But my requirement is to implement customization.)I would really appreciate your valuable inputs on this.Thank

Hello.We have an issue on our DOP structure’s due dates.In our example, a DOP header has a Start date at 27/05/2022 and, when the structure has the statut “created”, every lines of it has a Due date at the same date of 27/05/2022. After that, we release the DOP structure .In standard, the DOP order due dates of WINCH-T40 and B-MODULE-BOIS are 27/05/22. However, in the shop order the required dates of these components are 02/06/22 because they are called on the second operation of the shop order This impacts the dates of shop orders and purchase orders of components managed in DOP (or MRP/DOP)This does not impact the dates of shop orders and purchase orders of components managed in MRP because the MRP component need is triggered by the shop order (however if the MRP component is below a SF component managed in DOP, as the SF date is wrong the component date is wrong). Have you allready encounter this issue ? and have you a way to avoid it ?

Hi, Our company policy prevent us from downloading from Microsoft Store which means that we cannot make use of Microsoft Azure Vpn Client. Can the Cloud Build Place be setup to use OpenVpn instead?I think it is possible in Azure to setup so that OpenVpn certificates can be used and not only certificates for MS Azure Vpn Client. So is it possible for us to request that our Cloud Build Place is setup in a way so that the vpn profile that can be downloaded from IFS Lifecycle includes settings to connect using OpenVpn?Or is there any other way of accessing Cloud databases and Git repositories from a development desktop without MS Azure Vpn Client?

Hello IFS Community, Is there a way to add a “WHERE” clause to a LOV?The Marketing group want to add more Maket Code to the Markets basic data and disable other. The basic data cannot be remove (Black blocks) See screenshot 1.Screenshot 1.When the IFS user click on Market and LOV. We would not like  to display the values with black blocks. See Screenshot 2. Is there a way to add a WHERE clause to only select the right values? I would like to do this without creating templates  or Save Searches Queries. Will be possible to add to the code below a WHERE clause?  Thanks,JL

The customer has installed the Aurena Agent successfully and it can be verified from user settings page. Also from the console tab in background page for chrome extension I can see the below line got message from agent: {"method":"Hello","value":"Hi!","status":"SUCCESS","version":"0.1","guid":"32b83171-5db9-4c85-aa37-851c4c9fa5fa"}but when I try to view a document nothing happens and not even an error is raised. The last call in the log is below got message from agent: {"method":"GetLocalProperty","value":null,"status":"SUCCESS","version":"0.1","guid":"32b83171-5db9-4c85-aa37-851c4c9fa5fa"} When I compared it with an internal environment, it is missing the DownloadAndOpen method call. What could be the reason here? I have attached the log file for further reference

We have looked into the "Reminder and Interest" functionality within IFS but could not determine how to dispatch automatic reminder to customer. Thanks

All- I am in high hopes someone can help me.   I am in Aurena (latest release) attempting to setup the 1099-NEC.  The suppleir is setup with reporting & tax codes.   Income types/report types are setup.  A WH tax code is defined.    The tax group is setup to tax codes.   I have processed multiple supplier invoices and payments, fetched tax data and updated the GL.   The tax transactions show up but my report is empty. Best-Christy

Is there a baseline functionality to block users from logging in / using one of the clients:* Smart Client* Web ClientBackground:In the upcoming months we want to migrate all users to Web Client and are searching for a functionality to 'deactivate' their possibility to use the smart client.2.) Additionally we thought about a pop up, which should occur in the next weeks after login to Smart Client. It should inform the user that Smart Client won't be supported any more by us from day x onwards and that from day y onwards, the login will even be blocked (see topic one). Is there a best practice to handle this? My assumption is that this can only be done via Smart Client script. Or is there any other possibility?regards,Thomas

Any suggestions for entering a single purchase order line and allocating the cost of the line to multiple departments (this is a code part).  Currently consumables are shared among different departments, and they would not like to have to enter multiple lines to spread out the expense.  Thank you so much for any suggestions

Hi,I was wondering.Our internal IT wants to disable Internet Explorer on all devices.Astea is still using Internet Explorer.Would it work if we list all the Astea URL's and force them to open in Edge using IE mode?Or will this cause issues in the Astea Browser?

Currently our companies are configured so that the invoices inherit the purchase authorization routing when they are matched to a PO.  If there is a discrepancy on a payables invoice that is greater than the invoice tolerance, the invoice will require reauthorization by the purchaser again.  If the invoice matches the po, no additional authorization is required.  This works great except when a purchase authorizer leaves or changes responsibilities.What we’re seeing is when a user who authorized a po is no longer an authorizer, the invoice authorization cannot be inherited and as a result the invoice will get Assigning rule ID 9000 which has no code part restrictions.Is there something specific that we should be doing when a purchase authorizer is no longer a purchase authorizer?Is anyone seeing issues with Invoice Authorizations when purchase authorizer no longer exists?

First test I do after upgrade to 15.3.0.4 is opening Customer Support Order module. I have lost all my personal views and favorites but I lost also the Organizational Views. Can I recover the Organizational Views ? Will we lose all setting on every upgrade ?
