We’ve updated a serialised item with a BOM of non-serilized components.
How can we update the same item already in installed base for all sites ?
in v10 we reloaded the items with same serial number and site ID and the BOM was loaded. In v15.3 that does not seem to work using import installed items from the module installed items

Have you tried from the import module, there is an import ‘item_installed_maint-item_components’? This import allows you to identify which components for which item.

Hi Jacques,
I thought the same thing but was wondering why this was not a separate import that was needed in v10 which they were used to doing and perhaps did not look at this import. In any case, let’s see what happens.
