Histatus of contract included on search on these transactions.If we want to  schedule a batch for billing in these transactions. which status of contract will be included on the list ?only status 300 ? or more if we add status before or after 300 ?Thanks and Regards

My understanding is that IFS Maintenix 8.3 SP6 was planned to be released at 07-APR-2022 (GA).I have searched the product bulletins on the community and did not find one for making SP6 GA. My conclusion is that SP6 has been delayed.Is there a new release date for IFS Maintenix 8.3 SP6?

We just upgraded to  Apps 10 UPD 14, (from UPD 8) and are now being asked to re-enter our credentials each time a work task is finished. This is the case every time, unless they Create New Work, and enter it in themselves. I am unable to find a setting to turn off the re-entering of credentials. Anyone have an idea?

Hi Everyone I’m trying to install a weblogic delivery and getting a recurring error message. This is on IFS Apps 9.Client version 9.0.60.0 Server version 6.90.21.0. I am getting a “failed executing build target” error. whenever the installer gets to the “installing middleware server message” After checking the pre-installer.log files, I find this notable error message:ORI’ve tried this installation a couple times on different test instances, and get this error on different files as can be seen above. I initially thought this might be a permissions issue, but after checking permissions on the folders running the installer as admin should be granting full access to files and folders. I’ve found online that the java.io.filenotFoundException can be generated when a file is in use and trying to be written to. Do any services need to be stopped in order to apply this delivery? I ran the stop all servers administration script prior to executing, but this doesn’t seem to be enough.  Thanks!Lav

I have two .xml filesbut none are listed when I go to add the navigator entry for form in the customized layer.But, entries have successfully been added before (although not in navigator-functional_Cust.xml)Can anyone of you help?Thank you.  

Hello Community, We are using IFS 8.Currently we are using the serialized tracking for the parts. I want to convert some of the serial parts to the Lot batch tracking parts.we have to make the Lot tracking process for one site for now.But the issue is If we change the tracking from Serial tracking to Lot tracked parts in master part for all the site that part will become Lot track enabled and while receiving the Purchase order on the other site user they have to provide the Lot batch no mandatorily as asterisk (*) will not allow them to receive.So can we change this asterisk(*) to N/A so that while receiving the PO user for other site user they do not need to type Lot batch no as N/A each time. Your inputs will be helpful.  

Does anyone know what PART_COST_BUCKET_HISTORY_TAB is good for?I am considering clearing down part cost history with the ‘Keep History on Part Level’ ticked (so that bucket history is cleared) but I can’t find any reference to bucket history in the system.Can you view it anywhere?

I am having an issue with saving/publishing BR Reports in customers on prem IFS Cloud environments. Versions:IFS Aurena framework version: 21.2.2.20211215045945.0IFS Aurena client version: 21.2.2.20211215045945.0IFS Business Reporter Client:  21.2.0 Even with AppOwner account with all the permissions cannot save or publish BR reports. Looking for methods anyone has used to handle the following.Apps10 update8On a Shop Order I am manufacturing a serial-tracked, lot-tracked, multi-level tracked part through (4) operations 10, 20, 30, 40. Lot size = 5. Serial numbers 1-5 and Lot/Batch AAA have been reserved for this shop order.My Site is set to auto-build the tracked structures.All component material is issued, all of this material is serial and lot-tracked also. The Shop Order As-Built Structure is completed before I start production.At Operation 20 I want to scrap (1) part, and this part has been physically identified in the shop as Serial No. 1.After performing a Shop Order Scrap for a quantity of (1), I delete Serial No. 1 from the list of reserved serials, which alters the parent-child relations in the system-generated Shop Order As-Built structures for the remaining serial numbers. Can anyone explain why the following scenarios occur for Inter-Site orders? Scenario 1An inter-site PO is created with 3 parts 2 of the 3 parts are delivered from the inter-site customer order so the order  The 2 delivered parts are moved to Inventory Part in Internal Order TransitWhy are those 2 parts moved there instead of to the inventory location specified on the order? Scenario 2An inter-site PO is created with 3 parts 2 of the parts have a To Location No specified; 1 of the parts does not All 3 parts are delivered from the inter-site customer order  All 3 parts are moved to Inventory Part in Internal Order TransitWhy are all 3 of the parts moved there? Why aren’t the 2 parts with a To Location No moved to that specified location? 

one of our customer is using the DSE (V15.2HF4) and has set up in the DSE session / Logistics :Scheduling with Part Strategy : SA inventory Only. The purpose is that the customer wants the DSE to allocate Activities to a SA only when parts needed are in the SA’s inventory. In alliance we have dependencies between the activity and the part what the customer tells us is that when the warehouse of the material demand is blanked, the dse behaves ok, the system is looking for a SA which has the part in his inventory and let the activitie unallocated if there is no part (this can be seen in the DSE report). but if the customer assigned a specific technician warehouse  to the demand and create a back order then the DSE allocates the activity even if in the warehouse technician there is no part avaible , the customer think it’s not a correct behaviour coudl you confirm or note (according to the customer in V12 thi scenario was working)Thanks for your feedback

And the logical unit used is: ManSuppInvoiceVirtual.Is it possible to add a custom field in this type of screen?Thank you for your help! 

Hi ,There’s a requirement to transfer document from Serial Object to Part SerialThe setup is done in Object connection transformation and I have tested the transformation as well.Key in part serial is partno and serial no which is available in serial object.    After doing all the setup The attachement transfer is not working .any help or suggetion would be a great help. anything else I need to check here that I have missed?

In some instances we get the following error message when clicking on a contact on a service order - The caller name is not associated with the customer in the database: But the user is associated. And other contacts, on different service orders (same customer/site) behave as expected: I find no reference to this error in the event log

Hello, I created a new Crystal Quick report in IFS App9 and when I go to run the report in IFS it keep giving me this error message. “ The layout “report_Name.rpt” could not be found in the Crystal Layout location.”  How do I resolve this? Error Message
