Is there an option for app device approval MWO Aurena Native (MaintEngApp).
I’m using IFSAPPS 10 UP14.
I know that there is this option for the old mWorkOrder in TAS.
I need to restrict the login for devices. Just allow with an approval.

This capability doesn’t exist with MWO Maintenance or MWO Service. It wasn’t a greatly used feature by customers so we made the decision to not carry this forward. If you would like this reintroduced then please create as an Idea

I’ll create this idea.
Also I’ll talk to Database supplier to see if we can see any solution, a vpn for instance, to not allow any device be connected to MWO app.
The main point is security. Even the company provide a mobile device to the employee, it’s possible to install and login using a private device for example.
