We want to export customer contracts from our UAT Astea v15 to import in production.I can export the contracts and import by adapting the Servie Level, Coverage Schedule and Pricing Rules to the ID’s in productiion. But how can I export/import the SLA priorities of the contracts ?

In IEE - under User Profiles > Profile Content tab > ifsweb folder > the destination page in Aurena, there is a table that appears on the right side with a column “Entry”. Is there documentation or a list of Entry’s that can be used for Aurena?

When I see purchase requistion lines in IFS 8, I have 2 lines (items) that always appear and I can´t see what is the requisition and nothing appear in inventory part availability planning when I look for this items.Can anybody help me?

I am trying to activate an Authorization Rule for Purchase Order for some specific Supplier Static Group.I selected all Usage of Authorization Rule except Apply Regardless of Supplier Stat Group and put values in the Supplier Stat Grp tab which I want to include for this rule to have under authorization rule.Please follow the below screenshot for reference as I set up my rule.Can you please help me out of this to make the rule which will apply only for Supplier Stat Group. Thanks

Hey,Is there any way of limiting what data is visible in MWO Service 10. For example, we have a long list of Work Types but only a small selection are applicable to the Engineers on MWO Service 10 so would like to ‘hide’ the other work types to ensure they are not incorrectly used. Thanks,

Hello, We use the Code Part Values - Project tab currently and I would like to have a custom field on the Prepare Work Order tab that has a read only value from this table. Now ideally can this value be found from the pre posting of the work order? If yes can some someone guide me as to how and where on the custom field set up I do this, thanks.

Hi FriendsIn previous version Apps8 you can clean and drop an ifs module for example Accrul calling to AccrulCl.sql or accruldr.sql. I can not find this king of files in uppers version example Apps9 and Apps10.How can I remove a module from IFS ?Regards 

Say I have three Word documents. Each entered as a document revision. Is there an option to combine the three and produce either one Word or PDF document from it?

When installing Developer Studio Version 22.1, it fails after installing with the following error:Tried reboot of computer, uninstall and install again, but no go. Also the previous version I have installed now comes with an alert that it will only work on iFS9 projects.
