Is there a way to allow a PO to accept a +/- variance to the ordered quantity?  For example - we order 100 boxes, but supplier may have slight over-run, but we accept up to 10% over/under.  Can we set the PO up to allow that automatically for receipts?

Some basic functions working on EE doesn’t work correctly on AURENA. For example, I can put an ending date of a BT on EE but not on AURENA. In such case, how do I solve the issue?Thank you

How can we avoid creating a new Document Revision based on a previous Document Revision without a copy of the view copy. We only would like a copy of the original file and not the view copy file. Users forget to create a new view copy for the new document revision, and then we have a view copy which is a copy of the previous document revision and  not a copy of the new original file. 

When using IFS Applications with PSO, all of your scheduling data is loaded into PSO with the LOAD.  If you are using ARP as well, is there a way to have your scheduling data to automatically copy to ARP (Such as resources, resource types, etc...)?

HiI try to figure out how this IPD tax information work.  According to the help it is used when you enter a customer order with the supply code int purch dirsomehow i cannot make the system to fetch the taxcode from the IPD Tax information it always fetches the information from the supply country tab (see first printscreen). Did i forget something?

Hi All, What are the replacements for back end tables OP_CLOCKING_TAB and OP_MACHINE_TAB in cloud? they are Operation Status Per Employee and Machine Codes screens in 7.5. But, i cannot see them in cloud altogether with components SHPEMP and SHPREP.What are the replacement pages for these in cloud 21R2?ThanksRoshanga

Hi,I’ve created new company based on existing company in customer test environment & I need to remove that due to incorrect data used.However it is not allowed me to remove the company saying that there are wage codes connected. Its get below error message when I going to delete the wage code.Kindly explain me the steps to be followed to clear up this error message.The Wage Code "10" is used by 1 rows in another object (Time Reporting Association).ThankyouBest RegardsNarmada

I am building navigation URLs for absence requests in Aurena. From one lobby I want to navigate to the “My Absence Requests” page - but I wish to filter the list within that page to only show Confirmed status requests. The trouble I’m having is that the page filter (No1) doesn’t have a Status option.I need to filter on the list Filter (No2). Is it possible to build a filter that will accomplish this?

This error comes when trying to update PO using a change order .PO is in Received state and i'm trying to update price of the part , nothing related to  Delivery date .

HiWe encountered on the outbound data audit integration the following on some outbound messages sent to an external system. the created_dt is for example 2022-02-14 15:04 the delivey_date is 2022-02-14 15:10  and we have an error message “dispatcher failed….” we can see that there is a column called “retry count” at 3 could you tell me how is working the retry count ? i suppose that this means Alliance had tried to countact the external end point 3 times ?  Do you know how the retry is done  : each minutes or the system tries 3 times in the same sequence ?What could explain in our example the difference of the created_dt and delievery_date of 6 minutes ? sometimes we have 15 minutes ? Thanks for your feedbackRgdsChristophe 

We have an requirement where we need to filter the data from Global Code on the basis of a specific logic,To acheive that we have created a view ,But if we then use this view in lookups for different fields we see that message translations configured on Global codes stop working.Is there a way by which we can still have message translations when we are using an custom view and not global codes directly

HelloOur customer is using several process flow for integration (V15.1HF10 we will upgrad in HF11 next week). He is asking how the system behave when at the same time  lots of  messages which should be sent to an external system “comes in”. Are the messages sent one by one sequentially ? today we have 3 application server but only one is running Astea data Handler Dispatcher - could we start this service on all servers to speed up the process ?When we have a deliverydt entered does that mean for Alliance the message has been sent ? Thanks for your feedbackRGdsChristophe

Hi,We have some employees on half time working (90%, 80%...etc of the day rather full 1 day) for certain schedules. On the absence part, we need that this half time must be applied for the absence limit. For example for the person with Calendar 90% is the absence limit is not 1day but should be 0.90 day. So if we import absence limit as 1.80 and If the employee has 1.80 days left it means that it should equal to 2 days in theory in order to allow him to take those on the absence calendar. However, when he books leaves for 2 days on absence calendar he can't take 2 days because system considers the leave balance is 1.8 days (not 2 days) and system notifies that absence limit is exceeded since system considers that 1 day = 1 (not 0.9). How can we convert the 1 day to 0.9 to sort this issue?Please advise? Thanks in advancesNimesh

Hello I am Uğur,As a developer of an IFS Partner, i have an issue while i am installing a delivery.Issue is occuring while i install delivery. This progress bar is waiting on %42 and no more progressing…On %42, it is trying to copy “client.war” to  IFSHOME\instance\PROD\ear\main directory…it's just waiting hours and does not do anything more.I guess this is about the server’s authorization. But i could not find the problem and so the solution.Thanks.  

In Astea v15.3 we receive a “mail with the The GL Distribution Log file for every transfer we do.How can we configue not to receive that mail ?Where can we check those logfiles if needed ?

Hello,When I create an advance invoice from a customer order, the information of percentage is mandatory. otherwise I can’t create an advance invoice. But once the invoice created, I can’t find this percentage information in my invoice. Could you tell me where to find it, please ?If there’s no such field.after creation, is there possibility to add a customer field ?
