Hi, Can someone please explain how to setup entity filters. There is a mobile user where I can see some filters are applied to several entities. In the Grouped push filter map I am able to see what is the filter that has been applied. In the application, what is the window that I can use to edit or delete this where condition.  Thanks and Regards,

Hi, I want to make sure a customer’s instance has been applied with a particular bug fix with the version the customer is in. This is related to App8.The version in the bug details (patched in) is 14.0.0 for PURCH (App8)When I checked the installed components in the customer’s environment for PURCH, it appears as 14.0.0-MEP ? So, does anyone know what does this “MEP” part means in the version ?If the customer has this 14.0.0-MEP version for PURCH, does that mean that bug fix has already been applied ? Thank you 

Hi Everyone, We are using APP7.5I’m hoping someone can help, and this is just something really obvious I have overlooked. When we revise something our parts are backward compatible (meeting fit, form, function criteria). Our stores will then pick stock from oldest to newest. Is there a way to find out at a point in history which part revisions we had in stock?So for example I would want to find out what stock we had at what revision of part no AB1234 we had on 01/11/2016?

Customer is asking for details about Document Management features (in IFS Cloud). Does a white paper or similar exist somewhere, I struggle to find such material. Someone please help.

We are using IFS 7.5 Our BOM can contain many thousands of components. It is regularly the case that engineering revise these components (someitmes multiple times) for use across multiple BOMs (for wider compatibility, responding to supplier/client feedback etc etc). All our parts are backwards compatible for fit, form, function reasons. It would be useful for our software team to know which revision of a part was delivered when the vehicle was delivered. Is there a way to see this data, perhaps in transaction history?

Hi - I have a request from my team to remove the sales tax from the sales order report (and sales order history report). We send out the reports as order confirmations, and certain customers will have some orders with sales tax, others without (eg. some boats have to pay VAT, others not - belonging to the same company). We use our ERP to calculate VAT, so it is OK to have all orders being without.I have tried deleting the sub-report calculating tax - the report then crashes.I have tried to set all fields invisible (Show field - false) - but some of the fields are still showAny good tips from you guys? The bottom part here is what we want gone

Hello, I have a strange behaviour of function Transfer to Project Inventory. Sometime, the function does not offer/show its dialog window. I need to transfer from project inventory to different project inventory. User A:Warehouse Management\Quantity in Stock\Inventory Part In Stock part ID: 1234, available Qty > 0 project: PROJ001, PROJ002,.. (user is member of project team) function Transfer to Project Inventory is available → the function DOES NOT show the dialog window the same part (part ID: 1234, available Qty > 0) no project, it is standard inventory → the function DOES show the dialog windowUser B:the same conditions like user A → the function ALWAYS DOES show the dialog window

After each installation , customer complains that layout of IEE client windows which is done via personalized layer is gone. As per my understanding user profiles not effected  with installation unless something is added on base profile. Any idea why this happens?

Hello - I want to set a user to have a different default load voucher type for external vouchers other than the default that is set in external voucher basic data.  I know it is out there but I can not find the screen.ThanksFor example, M voucher type is the default but I want PR to be the default for a specific user. 

Hi,Does anyone know how system works with automatic matching when PO lines are having different tax codes. should it get the correct tax code from PO to posting lines ?  I have tested few times but it only get the first line tax code from invoice. I used the copy unmatched PO receipts.. to get exact invoice lines, same as PO lines.When this is the case, invoice does not get auto authorized due missing tax correspondence with invoice line tax codes and posting line tax codes.ThanksGayan 

HIWe have from time to time blocking error messages on mobileEgde : SVXXXXXXx (SV number)A2STC013 : this data doesn’t exists, it has been closed ot deleted , would you like to retry ? Whatever we answer : yes or no this message stay on mobile screen and the only process is to kill the mobileEdge App and proceed to a switch user to erase the local database. What we can see is that there is no API message capture in the inbound data audit queue when this happens,  so this looks like a controle on the “mobile device” and that for the SVXXXXX generally we can observe several assignment/reassignment in a short period. Have you experienced this kind of issue ? Thanks for your feedbackRGdsChristophe

Hi For the functionality : Contract grouping :1/Could you explain what are the pre requisite to use it for billing purpose ?Is it only necessary to : Create a group, Add the group on selected contracts ?Then on transactions Contract Billing Batch or Consolidated Billing Batch : add as criteria the selected group and schedule the batch with this criteria ?2/ Could we add a group for contracts : on differents nodes ? differents customers ? Thanks and regards

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has ever come across this and if there is a way around instead of creating a new revision.To get the view copy into IFS you need to upload the word file from a folder containing both the word and pfd files, both with the same title. It then pulls through both the word and pdf copies. A user has only created the word doc and it's released, is there a way of adding the pdf to that record.

Hi All, I am trying to add a sales part to my Remote Warehouse Assortment but I get an error message: The sales part in question has been defined with an Inventory UoM = Pcs, but with a Sales Part uoM = ‘SET/1’ (Sales UoM is on customer request, for some reason they didn’t want to use ‘pcs’). Creation of Sales Part was without any issue. But now we also want to add this part to the remote warehouse assortment for auto-refill and it seems there is something still not OK with the conversions. Does anybody have an idea about this? Best RegardsRoel  

Hi, Is it possible to apply dynamic filters in lookup based on condition ? for example in stock lookup, filter which is applied should work only for serial part and should not work for non serial part.Kindly suggest on same. Regards,Ramya 

Hi I have tried to setup the Payment method rule but id didnt work.My Intension was to use another Payment method in case the invoice comes in another currency than default.For exampleThe default currency for this supplier is CHF in the payment tab i have setup two different payment Methods with the payment adress I have also setup a rule ID The rule ID says any amount in EUR shall use the payment Method SEPA  How Does the system now recognizes the Currency, whenever i Create now a payment proposal in EUR the Invoice gets not recognized i must add the invoice manually. Does anyone know the exact conzept of this Payment Method rule or how it basically works?
