Dear Community!

Using the standard technical documentation for installation of the CRM Panel I have now logged in successfully to the panel / IFS.

Now, I want to switch the user which I logged in previously. I already removed the panel several times, switched to another configuration but still, the user is still cached somewhere.

As there is no option like for the document management add in, I really appreciate if someone can tell how the user of the IFS Crm Panel, Outlook Add In can be swichted or logged out.

Kind regards,

Toby

HI Toby,

CRM Panel doesn’t have a logout option. But you can try to clear the cache and see whether it works. Please refer the attached zip.

Note: Please close the outlook before you run this.

More info => https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/testing/clear-cache#manually

Best regards,

No entries are there in the directory mentioned

adding that this path is not working

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Win32WebViewHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\#!123\INetCache\

the subdirectory #!123 does not exist.

I have logged in to CRM
Closed outlook

executed the script

and started outlook again

And I had to login again to the environment.

So the first part of the script seems to work.

ECHO Deleting files in local app data outlook folder
del /s /f /q %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef\

Thanks and kind regards
Tobias
