Hi all ,i want to change Payment Terms but it is not active. where i can change that ?  

Materials required can be connected to PM actions by creating a line with necessary part and quantity in the Work list/Materials tab of the PM Action windows.As mentioned in F1 documentation It is possible to configure the system to automatically create demands from the PM actions. Thus Inventory part demands created from the PM action's maintenance plan lines are available to be queried from the Inventory Part Availability Planning window. How to do this configuration setup, in the system? 

is there a way to identify if particular  presentation object (form or window ) is given as grant full or grant query using tables.

Is it posssible to show the product in sector 3. Item/Product section on mobile if only the product is selected in the Service Order ? Only if the Item is selected in the Service Order, the item is shown 

For some specific users, the option Print Order on the Purchase Orders is missing.The problem is not on the User profile , it might be from a Permission set, but not sure where to search.  If I am going to Properties→ Menu Configuration, the Advanced button is not visible to be able to  check the Print Order option.  Any idea how can I add the option into the menu?  

Hi, We are getting errors when the scheduled task Transfer Maintenance Time Transactions executes such as: “Period 2019 - 10 is not open for user group XX in Company XXX” In addition, in Maintenance Postings Analysis the following errors are being reported: “Code string combination "29950/TNB/700/REACTIVE/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/" is not included in any one of the al”   Our finance department are not happy that transactions are trying to post into historical periods which should be closed as part of month end processing. They can manually fix these by changing the applied date i believe, however they don’t want to keep doing this as it is an overhead and still not comfortable.  Is there a solution out there which others are using to prevent errors like this and impact to the finance dept?  We are using IFS Apps 8. Hello all, I have noticed that I am not able to modify the CO Priority field in IFS. I have full access, and according to the help, this field should be able to be changed at any point without impact to anything else in the system. I’m sure it is something basic I am missing, but I cannot find anything in the help section that covers changing this value. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Hello Comminity, In the work order, the material has been issued. However, "material requisition unissue" was made on the grounds that an erroneous transaction was made.The process cannot be continued because the customer number is not entered in the "Co Information" tab. This error message is received when customer number information is entered: Authorized and transferred posting lines exists in the work order and cannot be updated. When I want to create a new work order by canceling this work order, we get this error when we try to cancel it: work order xxxx has posting.As a result; I can neither continue nor cancel the work order in which I issue material and withdraw this material requisition unissue.I am sharing the pictures below. Do you have any suggested solution?when you want to cancelWe cannot enter customer information later. but not the hardest in the first placeI can't revoke authorization either.remove error: Not allowed to remove authorized or transferred codings. Thanks

Working with IFS10, not sure which upgrade. Question is simple, which view/table contains time writing data and where the time has been written to?I have looked in TIME_PERS_DIARY* views and tables and also EMPLOYEE_WORK_TIME_INFO views/tables but non of them seems to include where time is booked to (i.e. work order, WBS etc...) Thanks

We are using IFS App10 at our location.  Is there a function within IFS to cycle count items into or out of inventory when the physical inventory does not match what is in the system?  Thanks!

Our IFS environment is currently on UPD10We are experiencing two issues regrading “Customer Statement of Account”IFS no longer automatically display the “Report Format & Output” popup after pressing “OK” in the customer statement of account screen.   Unable to display the correct report layout to use After checking “Use Confirmation Statement Template”  and pressing “OK” That’s when IFS displays the “Report Format & Output” popup for preview    IFS is displaying a different Report ID’s Layout selection.   Report ID’s Report ID = “CUST_CONF_STMT_ACCT_REP” (IFS is currently using this report ID)   Report ID = “CUST_STMT_ACCT_REP” (Need IFS to use this report ID instead)

Our QC analysis results were displaying just fine until we applied  IFS Apps 10 Update 11 - 14 on March 12th.  Now the results recorded during processing of a shop order are not displaying on the Analysis Results.  Anyone else seeing this?  Thanks

Hi, The items highlighted in the below-attached image are not on the same screen (Estimate screen) in Aurena. Do these items exist somewhere else in Aurena?  

Is it possible to filter a design column or row without having a repeater?  Every time I try to do this, my filter gets wiped out.Here are the steps I’m taking: I create a design row with a repeater and add filter criteria: The design column name and filters.  I delete the repeater because I just want one column - I don’t want the data to repeat. The repeater that I originally had. After I deleted the “repeater”  I click out of the column and then come back to it - my filter criteria is gone. The design columns and parameters are gone. 

IFS Tracks tested: App9 and App10 [Haven’t really tested in the latest versions]  For me, it dosen’t make sense to use the RMB option on the PO header / lines ‘Confirm with Differences Via Change Order’ since it really doesn't enforce a POCO, rather it does the job without a POCO. What do ya’ll think? What is the minimum version of TLS can that can be used between FSM Mobile service and FSM service (FSM6)?

Hi, Some customers would like to use Alliance only with one way : Web back office or Smart client.Today, the web dispatch console doesn’t have all functionalities like on the previous version (suggest SA, colors on background, etc..) or the last enhancements (15.4 SP1) released on the smart client dispatch console (colors by customers).On the 15.4, the smart client with all modules is only available for customizers. For security purpose it’s not recommended to give this access to all users.  How could we give an access (by security settings or specific profile, or other.) to the smart client without set on the flag customizer ? Thanks and Regardsanthony thobie

What determines how print jobs are processed? We have noticed printing does not print in sequence by Job ID? Should print jobs in the same queue print in order by Job Id? What determines the printing order?IFS APPS10 UPD 11
