Is there a way to change the rule order for conditional field actions? I think by default it appears to be alphabetically ordered unfortunately this is not always the logical order for the rules

IFS Community,We are finding the auto-reservations is not reserving materials to the CO Lines in order by the Planned ship date. What is the field used to determine what is reserved first and is there a setting we can change to ensure the auto-reservations is using the Customer Order Line Planned Ship Date?

This feels like a n00b question... I'm writing a report in SQL. What is the best JOIN clause from the inventory transaction history (INVENTORY_TRANSACTION_HIST) to the customer order invoices (CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_JOIN)? I want to see the inventory transaction history so I can see all the cost elements on an invoiced order line. I need a solution capable of handling multiple deliveries on the same line. The closest I've gotten so far is to use the proximity of the invoice and delivery dates, but that doesn’t feel completely right. I don't think I need to handle credits (yet).

I have a question from a warehouse manager - why is total cost missing for a lot of products? We do have cost on the products. 

Dear experts,I am trying to post a Manual supplier invoice using a posting proposal through a newly created company. However,  the Manual supplier invoice was directed to posting proposal analysis window via RMB and therefore, I could not able to finally post the invoice. Appreciate it if you can help on this matter. Further, I was not able to find a posting proposal window as well. I am using Apps 10 upd 15.  Thank you

Is there a way to prevent someone from approving their own requisitions?  For example, if the person is in a group that allows them to authorize requisitions up to $5,000, can you set it up so they can approve as long as they are NOT the requisitioner?

Hello ifs community,Purchase order line Qty=10 kg,Qty per Assembly in component part=1,scrap factor=50Then what will be the required qty?The component part screen is showing the required qty = 20 kg but i am not able to calculate this 20 kg Qty. can someone help me to find the way of calculation  of required qty with qty per assembly and scrap factor.

Hi everyone,To let you know I’m using IFS APP 9. We are trying to put a process on our shop order with a subcontractor.This is the scenario :We have a product X , with component A & B. ( I already set up the structure / routing )The product X is made by our subcontractor from component A & B , so we have to send component  A & B. After he mixed component  A & B together he sends us the final product X.We keep the stock in our site because we also sell component  individually to other customer.We have a customer order for product X, which generate a shop order ( beacause we don’t have stock) telling us to prepare items A & B, eveything is correct until the shipping .At any moment we can bring up what's product we send on the delivery note to our subcontractor, so when we get the delievry note after the “Ship WIP to supplier” there is only the operation related to the service "mixed A & B".So how we can send our product to the subcontractor  after getting the item

I am wondering if there is a way to assign a single PR line to multiple activity sequences-for example, if I am ordering 10 of a certain part, can I assign 5 to one activity sequence and 5 to another without having to create multiple PR lines/PO’s?  I am new to IFS but familiar with SAP, and I know that SAP has this functionality.  Thank you!

Hi,On the 15.4 Release, we have the customization option : Attaching an .xml file to a .pdf ReportWhen the report is exported, the xml will show as an attachment in the .pdf file. Could you share an example of a report with a xml file as attachment on the report ? and the xml used for this example ? Thanks and Regards  anthony

Hi,I have a Custom Logical Unit created and a projection of type Integration created for it. I am able to retrieve the data from Postman without issues.When I try to update using PATCH, I keep getting the following error. What is the setting which controls whether Invoice Tax line is to be created automatically in external supplier invoices? The invoice line has a tax code and but the RMB>Tax Lines doesn’t show any info and the user has to enter it manually. However for some invoices it is created automatically.This is seen in external supplier invoices created using MHShelp. IFSAPP10 UPD13

Hi Ive been trying that the system goes to the external supplier invoice tax codes when loading an e-invoice xml file.  The system will always fetch the tax code from the supplier window i dont have a delivery nor a supply country. But as far as the help says it will get the default value from either document adress and company window. If i delete the tax code from the supplier it will get into an error.  How can i make the tax code fetched from the external supplier ionvoice tax code window?

Hello Team, Is there any possibility of adding a one-time deduction for “Application For Payment” in IFSAPP10?Using the deduction percentage option in sales contact will add the same deductions to every application created.  Rather than that, is IFS have an option to add different deduction amounts to different AFPs made from the same contract? Then later same can be invoiced including deductions. Thank you..
