Hi,We are currently using the Additional Attributes in the FSM-PSO integration, in FSM6. We are transferring some date fields from FSM and PSO, but these are not treated as date fields in PSO. When sorting on these columns, it is sorted as this: Is there any way to format these fields to a date field? I have seen the documentation, which only suggests formating of numbers, which won’t help us in this case.

I have an issue with a standard IFS functionality for Intrastat reporting. For the Intrastat reporting purposes we are getting two separate xml files from IFS: one for Import and one for export goods.The issue is that one of important fields is missing in export report.We have to generate Import and export file separately. ‘Import’ xml output file is correct while in ‘export’ file the ‘Country of origin’ information is missing.Can anyone please explain why this might happen 

I get “The Person Info object does not exist.”  when loading External Supplier Invoice. What am I missing or where can I find which Person Info object this concerns ?

Hi,  I’m wondering if there is a ‘’bolt on enhancement’’ for Apps8 CRP to take on all of the enhancements Apps9/10 now have. The client is not in a position to upgrade at this moment.Most significantly is the calculation date which is not available in Apps 8, this would be really advantageous for the client. Is there any other means of doing this calculation in CRP? Has anyone written a custom event that mirrors this?  Thanks

When user long presses in the Stock screen, the options to move stock are displayed. Is it possible to remove access to one or more of these options, whilst leaving access to others?   

Customer says, “Also my users are seeing their Send log files on the mobile grayed out.  Is that something we can fix so the ones with issues can pull logs?”  Customer is reporting sync issues with their mobile users.What can cause the "Send log files" option in FSMi > Admin to become disabled?  (G2316977-B)Is the ALLOW_ADMIN_EDITS_IN_MOBILE App Param involved in any way?

When running the "Part Usage By Person" and not setting any parameters in the selection screen using the export to excel. it runs for a bit and creates an excel file with this in the cell'<'perform_get_report_pdf_result'>'message_logged'<'/perform_get_report_pdf_result'>' Why would you get this error when you are exporting to excel and not to a .pdf?

Hi, I’m having an issue with an event where it seems to not be able to access CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE. Is there a certain account which needs access whilst going through an event action?   Custom RMB: Works Fine   However the event action doesn’t work...   I’m assuming this is something permission related - but cannot seem to figure it out. IFSPRINT and IFSSYS have been granted select on CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE.   Thanks, Callum

Hi,  In a system setting it is possible to set a default value for the checkbox case sentive for searchingoptions.But web interface does not follow this setting. Is there any other option to uncheck case sentive in webclient? thank you for any adviceJoanna 

Hi Guys,I am unable to import WorkTaskHandling API.I get an error message ‘Import partially complete’. I can see that the collection was not generated but 1 API was imported message is visible.But when i try to open the API, it is blank. I have experienced this error only for this particular API up until now.Any suggestions to get over this problem, i am enclosing screen shots for reference.Regards,Anil

We are using V14.5When using Mobile (Mobile Edge V15.3.2.0 1) in the “History” tab, when doing a “ADVANCED SERVER SEARCH” we are finding that not all service orders are appearing, even some that were previously sent to Mobile.  So I was wondering what the rules/criteria are for what is included in the search results?  Is there a setting somewhere that affects this?MOE-99100 is enabled, MOE-10301 is set to Y, MOE-600 set to 45 days (the missing one has a date of 28 Feb 2022, so is within that time span.  It is resolved, not excluded from Mobile, Request Type is PM, status 500.Resolved).Can you suggest why this Service Order might not be included?ThanksChris

I’ve come across a scenario for manual supplier invoice authorisation where an invoice is matched to a sub contract where retention applies and this has generated negative lines for the retention amounts. I’ve noticed that the amount on the posting seem to be absolute values, i.e. non-sign specific. For example, this rule will apply for all postings where the amounts are within -4999.99 and 4999.99 and I want to check if this is correct and it’s done by design? 

We have a  stopped Incoming Customer Order with the error message: ORA-20111: CustomerInfo.FND_RECORD_NOT_EXIST: The Customer Info does not exist.Being new to IFS, we are not sure how to find what information does not exist.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

Hi All,It was found that the installed "IFSAurenaAgent.exe" in localappdata is an unsigned executable, and this was getting blocked by the customer's Security Restriction Policies (they do not allow unsigned applications to run in their system).Customer manually allowed the "IFSAurenaAgent.exe" in their security policy, and the Aurena Agent worked afterwards.Will need to know  whether this executable has been signed in future release, or if there is a different workaround to running this application in any environments with such security policies in place.  Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

Hi,Our customer has a requirement to remove/ modify some custom navigator nodes added to the navigator tree. Customer environments are currently at 21R2, and it is not possible to remove/ modify the custom nodes added to the navigator tree, receiving a client error (this is a bug and RnD informed that the fix will be only available with 22R1).As a workaround, our customer is questioning whether it is possible to reinitialize the navigator tree.Does anyone know whether this is possible?Thank you!
