Hello there,I have a question for you. There are some lobbies which are available on the EE environment but are missing on Aurena environment. Example there is a lobby called “document management” in EE But i couldn’t find lobby called “document management” in Aurena.So how can i get this lobby into Aurena?Thanks and Regards!

Hello IFS community, We would like to create a purchase structure for configurable part in IFS9. However this error appears when adding the parts:  However I read in manual that Configurable purchase structures actually should be allowed in IFS. Is there any option where I can allow it or how it is actually blocked ? Thank you!

Hi, We would like to use attachments in control plan templates, where the attachments of the control plan template are also copied into the created control plans (IFS10) However, that does not seem to work. We create a control plan template, add the attachments. But when we use that template to create new control plans, the attachments of the template are not attached to the newly created control plan. Is there something we do wrong, or is this not possible? If not, does anyone know a workaround besides manually adding the attachment to each newly created plan? thank you!

where can i find "matched PO receipts to invoice"?

We found that when parts are received into inventory in IFS (via Register PO Arrivals) instead of receiving on the mobile app, those parts don’t show in the user’s inventory in the mobile app.  Does anyone know why? Is there a way to “correct it” so the stock does show in the mobile app for the user? We are using IFS 9

Hi, We are creating an incoming message to Create or Update a Task. In this incoming message we will also create/update one or several task text entries related to the task.Our requirement regarding Task Text, is that for a specific task we can only have one task text per text_line_code. Example: For task with task_id = 100 we can have 2 task texts one with text_line_code = TYPE1 and other with text_line_code = TYPE2, but we can not have two task texts entries with text_line code = TYPE1.To meet this requirement we have created a integration map function to do the validations, Before mapping (we will save from this function information for fields: text_line_code, text and text_sequence). The function is working correctly when we are creating/updating only one task_text. However when sending two task_texts, the function runs two times, but it only saves the result of the second time it runs, meaning that both task text entries will have the same information(text_line_code and text).Does

Hi, when there is a new service order created, the description is takenover to first activity comment by the system. currently this field is cleared afterwards by a process flow.But i wonder, if this is standard behavior from the system. I would prefer to disable the process flow, as we have too much currently. Can this automatic filling be disabled (e. g. by MOE parameter or something else) ? Thanks for your help.RegardsTorsten  

Hello Community,We’re using Apps 9 and I’m trying to set up Reliability statistics at customer order level (on time in full delivery of an order v promised date). We have multiple lines on many orders. I can create statistics for delivery v promised date for all lines that were shipped, but that’s not quite what I’m looking for.Can anyone suggest a method?  Do I need to combine it with backlog somehow?Thanks for your help

Hi,the Acess document is herited from acces template.Is there a flag to allow or disallow the acces to document if permission set is allowed on Object.Example : a user has acces to project. even if it is not added in access template the user has acces to the document. RegardsThanks

According to IFS this type of custom menu can be executed on both single and multiple rows. I find this is not the case. I have a CM on tbwPurchChgOrderLinePart. I expect I will be able to select multiple purchase change order line and be able to RMB on CM, but when multiple lines are selected the CM option get greyed out. Has anyone noticed this issue?

Hi All.Could someone help with the situation that I created a Workflow Configuration but after sync it’s not working.Running apps10 UPD14, mwo maintenance 10. One thing I have noticed after investigation is that as I query the views, the site access is not visible linked to the configuration seq field. Please take a look in the prints. In the WORKFLOW_CFG_FILTER view, the workflow ID is there, but in access not. Am I missing someting thing or it looks like a BUG?tks a lot   

We are running Apps10 UPD14 and doing our first Aurena deploymentA really common question we are getting isCan we switch the default search method in Aurena from “Starts With” to “Contains”Is there a way to change this?

We are running Apps10 UPD14In IEE - we can set a default saved search to run when a screen opens (inside Properties from Nav Tree).  For example - in Business Opportunity, automatically search for Business Opportunities where status is not closed or cancelled, and the main rep is the current user, sort in descending order by create date.Can we do the equivalent in Aurena?We are trying to figure out the fastest way we can get meaningful info in front of the user.  The sort order is one of the biggest usability challenges we have.  It seems like IFS automatically defaults to sort by create date in ascending order.  So - we are always seeing our oldest transactions first (customer orders, business opportunities, etc) and in general, these are the transactions we are least likely to want (we have 7 years of history).  

hello when I try to access this tab I get this error, if I open the debugging window I access correctly. With the administrator user it also works for me. Can anyone help me?  

One of our Dispatchers ran some 15 PMs from PM Batch Scheduler (not Scheduled, but on the fly). This job failed, and we see on the contracts that no PMs are generated.AFAIK there is a lock on these contract lines somewhere, to avoid multiple PMs being generated at the same time. But where is it? We would like to re-run these ASAP

In our upgrade from 6.7 to 6.15, some of the ad hoc reports upgrade without issue and some do not respond when the upgrade option is selected. Short of recreating the failing reports, is there some expertise around what may be getting in the way of the upgrade? 

Hi, is there a specific manual or more info on how to use and setup One Time Customer - this will be used for small orders, where only 1 transaction is expected. Do we need to setup one generic Customer Account and edit for each order ? Many thanks 

HI I wonder if there is a way using Smart Client to delete all the tables that are specified in a RoleThe delete button shown below only seem to delete the selected items ( even if you set up a filter )Over 1K tables to delete so hope this is a way. Ideally would not want to go through scripting as ideally would like the client ( Sedgwick )  to be able to do thisthanks
