Return parts from internal order transit issue

Hello,I want to reverse a distribution order from demand site back to supply site. I have cancelled the purchase order receipt in demand site so the distribution order has been changed to ‘In Transit’; and I also created a RMA for the customer order in supply site, but when I receive parts from the RMA with the function ‘Return Parts from Internal Order Transit’, I can’t click OK to complete it. Is there anything missed during my operation? Could you please give me a clue?Many thanks.

ORA-20110: Create Shipment Invoices

FMCNA / NxStage has recently began using the "Shipment" application to combine Distribution Order lines and ship goods from one IFS Company to another in the same Application Data Base. When we tried to use the “Create Shipment Invoices”, we received the following error message, “Prepayment based debit invoice line information cannot be modified except for the tax liability date. ORA-20110: CustomerOrderInvItem.PREPAYDEBNOUPDATE”I have been unable to locate a setting that would cause this issue and was hoping someone could explain the error message in an attempt to point us to the issue. There are no options to send the transmittal via email or to ZIP the files in Aurena

I am trying to create a transmittal using the assistant tool in Aurena, however I noticed that the options to end via E-mail or Zip a file do not appear as the would in EE. Are they not available in Aurena?

Unable to remove a branch of a DOP Order | Receiving Error:ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

Hi Community,I'm receiving the following error while trying to remove a branch (level 1) from a TOP Level DOP Order.(RMB on DOP Order ID 2 Line -> Remove Specific Branch(es))Environment: APP10 Regional TEST LKP Level 1 DOP Order is in cancelled state. After further analyzing, I noticed that the subsidiary DOP Orders are also cancelled.1. Any idea what might cause the above mentioned oracle error when removing the mentioned branch?Noticed that the Due Date of this DOP Order is in the past and the demand source is not mentioned in the DOP Header.2. How to find the demand source when it is not mentioned under the Demand Tab of the DOP Header?Thank you in advance.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Not sure whether this is a bug in Core. I followed functional flow (but demand created via a customer order), and created the following DOP Header with the same TOP Level Part. Errors when running FSM 5.6.3 application on iOS 14 device

Hi all,I am able to run FSM 5.6.3 iOS application in iOS 13 or lower, but not in iOS 14.It keeps crashing when I tap on the person id or service URL text field on the login screen.When I try to run the app on a device that is running iOS 14, I get the following error message in Xcode: Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue? I am using the same code in FSM 5.7 and the login screen is working fine in iOS 14 for FSM 5.7 iOS app.Also, what is the purpose of the Allow Active Architectures property in the Build Settings? Why is this set to No in FSM 5.7 and set to Yes in FSM 6? Should it be Yes or No for FSM 5.6.3? Is this based on the frameworks that are used in the project (Aviary, Telerik, etc)?

Quick Report "Export To Excel" fails

Hello,We have run into this issue in several scenarios: A Quick Report works fine, but if we try the “Export to Excel” option of running the report we get something like the following: One scenario where this happens is when using “WITH” in the query. That can be overcome by wrapping the WITH in a SELECT.Another scenario it happens with is when using parameters such as a date range, the kind that makes the calendar popup available.But the most recent issue was with a a query using a pipelined result from a custom package method call, for example: SELECT * FROM TABLE(BELL_CUSTOM_REPORT_API.GetCustomerInfo('B%')) This is a custom API with a method called GetCustomerInfo() that uses PIPELINED data to return a “table-izable” result. It works fine in SQL Developer and when running the Quick Report directly. But if I use “Export to Excel” from the Quick Report screen I get the error listed in Excel that you see above. Putting “&AO” in front of the package name does not help.Anyone know

Help needed with a SQL statement for a Quick Report

Hi, I need some help with a SQL statement for a Quick Report I try to create. I want to show the total amount of a Purchase Order including charges (when a charge or multiple charges are applied on an order) and excluding tax. I created the statement below, but did not get the desired result. The statement is working fine, except the bold part. The statement returns only a value in ‘Total Amount’ when there are charges applied on the Purchase Order. And also, when there are multiple charges applied on the PO, the statement returns multiple lines. See the example below. Purchase Order Wanted Receipt Date Receipt Week Status Total Amount P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 726,6 P101306 12-01-2021 02 Closed 701,6 My desired result is: When there are no charges applied on the Purchase Order, the report should show the total amount of the Purchase Order. And when there are charge(s) applied, the report should show the total amount of the PO plus the amount of the charg

Select new Template when renewing a contract

If we use “Save-As” to create a copy of a contract, there is the option of selecting a different Contract Template. It would be nice if that option was also available when renewing a contract too, since sometimes we are changing from one type to another (for example going from the Warranty Contract to a regular one). Is there any option to select a different template when renewing, or could there be?We are using V14.5

Community, We are building a interface to SFTP supplier invoice in XML format and processed by IFS API. Mean time, PDF supplier invoice will send to IFS as well. it needs to be an attachment in the manual supplier invoice window. my question is, how to make PDF as an attachment happen? need to config document management? if so, how to config the document management? How to get Delivery note to print

In the Customer Order screen in IFS EE 10 how do I get the “Delivery Note” box under “Documents Printed” to get ticked. I know it is triggered by something in the status of the Customer Order or the Customer Order lines but I don’t know what sets it. See attached image.I would appreciate any help, thank you.

Aurena versus IEE in terms of features/functions

Our client is rolling out Aurena everywhere but they have found a few areas where they feel Aurena is not fully ‘ready’. Has anyone documented a list of features/functions/modules/processes that do not work (well) in Aurena compared to IEE?An example we have found:Projects/Programs. Aurena requires multiple screens, clicks and views to perform what is available in a single view in IEE.Has anyone else found examples like this and is someone at IFS working to make Aurena better and more capable for all modules?

how do use sinhala font in crystal reports?

I want use sinhala font in crystal reports. we entered data using Sinhala Font(iskoola pota) to IFS application. In both ‘SQL’ and ‘crystal report preview’ the data shows in Sinhala. But When try preview in IFS application , it is not working. I installed the iskoola pota sinhala font in IFS Application server and re-started it. but it is still not working

Basic data translation does not reflect changes in the French language

Hello Community, After I updated the “Delivery Terms” basic data description value in English. The new description does not update in the French side of IFS. (When I log-in using French as a language).What am I missing? See screenshots for more details. We are currently using IFS9.fig1- Shows the new description value updated in the English side.fig2- Shows the French side is keeping the old description value. it did not update to the new description value.Thanks,JL

Accounting Period Status & different Ledgers

Hi, I’m getting the following error while trying to post a manual supplier invoice. The accounting period is open for user group AC. I believe this error is arising because it is trying to post to the “IB” ledger, which is an internal ledger I created while testing out the budget module. I am a little stumped because I am not seeing anywhere to explicitly state that this should post to the GL. Best Regards,
