"Contract Desc" is still displayed in 21R2 as an 'Order by' option for Object Site/WO Site in Active Work Requests page.But it has been changed to "Site Description" in the latest Apps 10 Aurena.Can I expect the same changes in the IFS Cloud releases? I'm responsible for the Japanese translation quality, but it is hard to handle this "Contract Desc".

Hello,So I know that for the “Over Delivery” field, the system looks first to the Purchase Part, then if that’s blank, to the Purchase Group, and if that’s blank, to the Site. Question: How will the system behave if all 3 are blank?  

I am trying to add a new system administrator in our system.  The person has been granted full system access, but when he tries to create a new Employee File, he is getting this error:  Insufficient access rights.  You cannot modify Pers Protected data for the person JOHN.DOE. What access do I need to grant, so he can do this?

From which table do you get the LU name and view name of the page information of the debug console?Which table should the view connected to the page refer to?We would like to know about table or view having that information.

Hi all.Could someone help with the situation bellow?I have 3 pm actions for the compress equipment and the trigger is based on condition hours.There are some equipments (instruments) that needs to be connected to the main pm action to be generated according to the compress hourmeter.the sequence of conditions are 2000hrs, 4000hrs, 8000hrs and so on.The instrument 01 4k hrs, needs to be connected to the compress 4k and 8k so I’ll not duplicate the pm action of the instrument.Not allowed to connect the same pm action under two different compress pm action. Please see print.Am I missing something or there another way to do this?I tried creating just on pm action including all conditions line in condition tab considering the maint triggers of the work task template but as I generate the WO, the system takes all the work tasks templates to the WO of just one condition (4k hrs for instance).Also tried the replacement function but it’s not possible as there is connection for the related pm ac

Hey all,We are having the issue described here:https://community.ifs.com/buying-procurement-demand-planner-asc-srm-41/apps9-payment-advice-failing-on-occasion-when-emailing-to-supplier-13312but that forum appears to be a bit lower on volume -- no response. While it deals with APPS9, we are seeing the issue in APPS10.The bottom line is that automated emailing of Payment Advice stopped working, out of the blue. It had been working since the start of the year for progressively more Suppliers each month as we entered email addresses and configured Suppliers to receive the payment advice emails.We are not using a Custom Event. We have been using native IFS functionality that runs through IFS Connect’s emailer.. One of our devs has figured out how to make things work with a Custom Event/Action, but we'd rather not have to add a configuration when native IFS functionality should do the job (and has been working for several months).Does anyone have advice on how to overcome the "Mail Address '

Hi, can we set a max lot size in a DOP structure? Case: Component A is made in a tank of 500L. In the DOP structure, we have a shop order for componenent A. However, if need more than 500L, we would like to have seperate shop orders for each max 500L. Thanks!

Hello, I am attempting to configure the History Logging to capture when Components are deleted from a Product Structure. I have enabled the delete tracking on Component Part, but that still does not appear to be capturing the deletion. Is there a way to log this action using the History logging? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

does the default location in Inventory Part works for auto reservation? We have a situation where the auto reservation happens from a location which is not set as default. and in this situation based on which condition the parts are auto reserved? we have IFSAPP 9

Hi Community,we manufacture our products in different steps. We have several production orders for this. If there are special features, these are stored in a note field of a production order. In order to see this information in all production orders of a product, I wanted to create a CF and combine and display the different information with LISTAGG. However, when syschronising, I get the error that no data is found (ORA-01403). Is it possible to use the LISTAGG function in CFs at all? RegardsAndré

Hi,In the V12 : A technician can close his activity as “incomplete”, and on the completion screen, he unchecks the "remove from device" and then see his activity incomplete in his Work-List.In V15, if incomplete and we do this process to uncheck the remove, there is a screen that appears to enter a Follow-up activity, not suitable for the customer.The only way to keep the activity incomplete in the WL is to exit the activity after closing incomplete, with the Exit arrow at the bottom right, but this is only possible if you make the signature optional.The customer wants the signature as mandatory.And in addition he cannot start another activity (Prevent technician at two sites), which does not correspond to the customer's needs, explanation belowCould you explain how to have the same behavior that in V12 without the follow up activity ?Thanks and regards anthony

How to add a Search option on Custom Aurena Page? I created a group element and selector element on a page and this works but I want to add a Search or Filter option to the Group. This page also has an Association to the Group that works as well. I don’t see a Search option when a Group is the main content. Is there a way to Fliter the Selector? If not i have to scroll through thousands of records to select the record I need to edit.Thank you, 

is there a way to find out what are the permissions or projections required for document approvals under customer order. i am struggling to find out.

I am very new to IFS Cloud technology. I downloaded version 1.15.86 of the IFS Touchapps server installation package from the Cloud.Ifsworld.com/Downloads page and I am trying to test install IFS Touchapps server on a VM in Azure, to connect to an Cloud 21R2 application server in Azure on the same subnet as the Touchapps server. If I open the landing page for the application server from the Touchapps server, and then launch IEE, I am able to login to IFS successfully. When I start the Touchapps server installation and it gets to the screen that asks for an application server, i enter in the exact same URL, including the :48080 at the end of it, but when I try to ping the application server, it comes back with the following error:Also, if I try to run a test connection on the same screen, it comes back with this error: The installer logfile shows the following entries. When I try to delete an Aurena projection I get an error message that a Custom page exists. I removed entities an unpublished the projection but cannot delete. How can I delete pages that I cannot see?

Hi!  I use IFS 8. Each month end, there will be users compain that they have to wait 1 or more hours even run a simple daily job. I check Database Backgroud Jobs. There are many big jobs are posted at month end. Some job will running more than 2 hours. Other jobs have to wait when 1 big job is running. I guess there is only one job can run at same time. Is it possible to run 3 or 4 jobs at same time?  Thus other jobs can execute on time if 1 or 2 big jobs are running.Is anyone can help me on this? Thanks in advance! 

We are an Alliance 12.5 site.When a new Customer Support order is created, an email immediately gets sent to the Service Agent assigned. I’m trying to figure out, where this is triggered and email configured.What I have found, is that the body of the email exists in an item in the “Messages Manager” under the Customizer tab.What I haven’t been able to figure out is where the configuration is that instructs an email to be sent on new Customer Support order creation, and that it should contain the text that i’m seeing in the Meesage ID: CST00002?Can anyone point me in the right direction?CheersMark. 

Is there a function within the ‘Customer Order’ screen to Create/print pick list? I’m attempting to print without leaving the ‘Customer Order’ window. We understand there’s a separate screen to create the list but specially want to print from CO screen. See attached if need be.
