Does anyone know if the Labels dropdown in assystWeb are defaulted to multiple translations or is this shipped with 11.5?

With 11.5 there are labels initialized for the new Promotion Utility. The labels initialized are the base language of English US and 8 languages that will get added the locals dropdown if required (French, German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, Italian and Dutch).
Locales on the Labels form can be Added and Removed when user has the Application Config Locales and Customize assyst privileges.
