Can anyone advise how the name appearing on the CONTACT field can be updated. This field automatically populates when the Work Order is saved during the prepare stage. The contact name also appears on the Work Record Sheet Signature . Many thanks for your help

If the object connected to the work order has an address and ‘Contact’ is defined there, work order will automatically get the Contact name from the object
Search for : Equipment Object Navigator for the object and the site
Check the tab ‘Address for Objects’

Ideally this field can be manually changed/edited as required. Please check whether you can enter the new contact name by typing it on the field. LOV will not work for this field.
