Do we need to setup IFS SupportNet if we are running IFS Cloud in a Cloud Service Deployment?

In order to deliver efficient and effective support, from time to time IFS Support may require access to customers' environments. This is regardless of the deployment option the customer has selected, so is relevant to both Cloud Service and remote deployments.

To enable this, IFS SupportNet is IFS’s preferred Remote Access solution.
