Hi, we are using V14.5 and have noticed that if a user changes the site on a service or CS order, they will get a pop up asking if they want to change ownership of the installed item. If they select YES then we have found that it not only changes the site on the Installed Item but also changed the Install and acceptance dates to today’s date, which for us is not desired.
Is there a way to stop the install date from changing, so when the site is changed, the install date stays the same (same behaviour as if you change the site directly on the installed item)?
If not, is there a setting to prevent users from changing the site on an order?
