Hi,We’re planning to install IFS Cloud using the air-gapped deployment method for security reasons. We’ve been waiting for the air-gapped option to be released which it was in 22R1. However, there is very little information or technical documents describing the process. Where can we find the installation guide and requirements for an air-gapped solution?Thanks

Hi,   I am trying to trigger a Custom Event from a Command Button in Cloud 22R2. I created a projection action and selected the method: EVENT_SYS.EVENT_EXECUTEAnd in my page, I created a command button of type Execute Action,and selected the projection action I created. In the Parameters, I entered my Event LU and Event ID. Which seems to work fine. The event is executed correctly. But how do I pass a parameter to the custom event? I can select attributes in the EVENT_DATA parameter, but I dont seem to be able to fetch that from the Custom Event. Lets say I select ‘WoNo’  into EVENT_DATA,   how do i  use that WoNo in my event action? (This is cloud 22R2 so using a command button to execute a workflow is not possible) Thank you!Kalindu  

I have noticed some views used for data sources (Parquet Files) get delivered without any row data once they land in our ADLS gen2 storage. CUSTOMER_ORDER, PURCHASE_ORDER for example. Other views work absolutely fine - seems to be hit or miss. Does anyone have any idea why that would be the case? I copy the query used by the data pump job into a quick report, and it returns data just fine. Is there a specific account running the job that I can check/update its permissions?

Is there any way to add bookmarks globally in IFS CLOUD, instead  of doing manually for every user?

Hi All,I am trying to unreserve items that are reserved to a Customer Order Line which is supplied by DOP. The reservation was made by performing DOP Netting in the DOP Header connected to the customer order line. According to the documentation, un-reserving can be done by following steps given below.From the Inventory Sub Tab of the Supply Tab in DOP Order, right click the reserved stock line and choose the Manual Unreserve option. It takes you to Manual Netting from Inventory window. From there Qty Res value can be reduced to unreserve Reserved Quantities.  However, I am getting the error Qty Reserved Can’t be Less Than Qty Delivered.  This is due to Reserved Qty being delivered to Parent Order Is there any work around that I can use to unreserve these reserved items while the DOP Header/Order is still open?

When it comes to tax calculation with cash discount in Belgium it works a little different then IFS standard. In IFS there is a setting on company which says “tax reduction on discount”. This option lowers the VAT if the payment discount is deducted. However how the Belgium TAX system works is that you need to amend the base amount of the tax regardless of if the payment discount is used or not. Are there any other customers that have this issue in Belgium? How do you solve it?  

Dear Team,I am running the Periodic Cost Allocation (PCA) process for central overhead costs. In the Step Item specification, I have defined multiple parameters for accounts to include specific ranges that should be considered during allocation.For example:Range 1: From 3410000 (Non-project related travel and entertainment) To 3535004 (Fixed assets under construction – Capitalization) Range 2 : 3540000 - Capitalised ov to 3542000 - Training costsMy requirement is to include both account ranges when executing PCA. However, when I define multiple ranges in this way, the system returns:“No balances found to match the selection.”If I define only one range, the balances are correctly considered. Could you please clarify why PCA does not recognize multiple account ranges in the Step Item specification? Hello everyone,We are facing recurring workflow errors in IFS Cloud when users perform updates from the Aurena Native Maintenance Mobile App.ContextWe have a workflow triggered on ActiveWorkOrder when a specific text field (e.g. Directive) is updated.Everything works fine when the update is done from Aurena Web (UAT).However, when the same action is performed from the Mobile App, the transaction fails and appears as “Failed Mobile Transaction” in the Mobility Queue.Observations The workflow executes correctly from the web UI. The workflow fails only from the Mobile App, even for simple actions like updating a text field or adding a document. RowKey is enabled on the entity (ActiveWorkOrder). It seems the mobile event payload is incomplete (some optional fields are missing), which may cause the workflow or trigger to crash. Questions Does the Aurena Native Mobile App send partial payloads when updating an ActiveWorkOrder (only modified fields)? Is it expected that optional field

Hello!I´m trying to setup internal trade and have succesfully done the entire process but then I realised that I would like to have automatic receiving of goods at the buying company. The internal trade in thsi case means that the buying company picks up the goods at the sellers warehouse so when the selling company does the delivery in IFS Cloud I would like to have the goods automatically received on the buying companys side. I´ve setupo the DIRDEL message but what triggers it? Thanks for your advice, I feel a bit lost :) RegardsEmma

Hi,Where in IFS can a manager get an summarized overview with employees overtime, flextime and sick leave during a time period?Not just day by day.Is there an report for this or a lobby element. Employee Results does not show the total value, only day by day. Regards

Hi,Our requirement is to add products to a contract so that we can schedule regular and ad-hoc servicing of the products.We have imported Request Contracts and Equipment Objects but would like advice on how to import Contract Lines to link the Equipment Objects to the Request Contracts. It looks like we need to import to psc_product_service_item and psc_contr_product but I feel that there is more to it than this.Any help much appreciated.

Hello, I am facing a blocking issue when using the projection:CreateCopyProjectHandling.svc / CreateCopyProjectVirtual_DoCreate The POST request executes correctly, but the backend returns this error: DATABASE_ERROR ORA-20105: FndEventAction.EVENT_ACTION_ERROR: The Event Action "Workflow" on "C_ACTIVITY" has failed. The workflow never starts: no instance appears, the watcher shows no activity. I removed all conditions and all OLD/NEW attributes from the Event Action → error still occurs. Hello Comminuty, I have been trying to get multiple external payments created for different cash accounts (multiple currencies) through the same CAMT054 file with no luck. Receives the following error: ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$PermanentFailureException: ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [LOAD_FILE_ID] is mandatory for Ext File Log and requires a value. The file contains 3 notifications for EUR, USD and SEK iban numbers. Is this not supported by us or are we missing something in the configuration? When I remove the rest of the notifications and try the same file with a single notification, it works and creates an external payment for the relevant cash account.   Appreciate if someone could assist to confirm if this is supported as the customer is currently receiving this from their bank.  BR!

Hi,I have a mismatch between the PSO allocation and the information that arrived in IFS Cloud.My scheduling window is very large, 30 days. I have a task scheduled in PSO for 02/12/2025; however, this information did not come back to IFS Cloud. When I have an allocated date of 01/12/2025, this information does come back to IFS Cloud. I don’t know where or if there is a value that needs to be set. Hi.We’ve been doing some modifying via page designer on request of our users and updating some fields on the Service Contract page as “Required”. Setting fields in a Wizard will highlight a required field in red if its left empty, but this doesn’t seem to be the case on pages that do not include wizards as seen here: You can see the * next to the field name indicating its required, but even when blank its not highlighted in red. This is also the case for fields that are not custom.Are the fields not being highlighted on regular views because they’re not required for creating the pages content such as in a wizard, or is there a way to get these fields to also be highlighted? Thank you in advance.

We are trying to bill a customer for a service.  This will be an ongoing for at about 6 months, billing every other week (upon receiving Invoice from our contracted service company)  But this would be the first time doing this in IFS (23R1)  We really have not worked with field service module,  and would prefer not to at this time.  We just would like to generate an invoice for each time we complete a servicing particular customer.   Sorry for the ignorance on this topic.  Thank you for any help provided. 

Hi All,Need guidance on how to configure overtime banking in IFS. The requirement is that employees can choose to bank their overtime hours instead of being paid at the 1.5 rate. They should be able to save up to 40 hours per year. They may then take time off in lieu and also build the bank back up again within the same year. Employees should have the flexibility to either:Convert the banked overtime hours into Lieu Leave, or Receive a payout on a selected date.If anyone knows how to set this up in IFS or has experience with a similar configuration, please advise.Thank you! 

HiI am working on an integration IN IFS Cloud, where in PLSQL code I am getting the document from document management (as BLOB) and want to send it to Connect to be uploaded to ftp server using FTP_SENDER. I cannot find any method in PLSQLAP_SERVER_API that can handle BLOB message.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Please limit the amount of data and try again.”How am I supposed to avoid this ?Thank you

I have a question for clarification,  In any control plan there is an option “Attribute Qualification for Skip Lot” which can be toggled to ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, under “Acceptance Sampling Parameter” but the same field is not found on any of the templates that are created or saved.What is the logic behind it.Control Plan:  Control Plan Template:Not to be seen here,  Regards,
