I know there are a plethora of AP Automation products available in the IFS marketplace. Does anyone know if IFS themselves have any plans to offer this as part of the standard product?

Hi,
Much AP automation has been in IFS since apps 7.5. This is supplier invoice workflow or posting proposal depending on who is making the statement or presentation you may review. IMO - I see the terms being used interchangeably.
Now, if we are talking about OCR (this can read PDF, emails, and other) where the data is converted from text and images, and then transferred to IFS for processing, external parties had been doing that for many years.
In Cloud (believe 24R2) IFS started to offer an OCR tool using AI to do similar as the external OCR vendors.
In short, the workflow / posting proposal automation has been in IFS for a long time. The IFS OCR process turning text into IFS data, is new for Cloud 24R2.
