I want to enter data through postman in one of our customer’s test environment. I tried connecting to the environment using Basic Auth as Authentication type, but it’s giving an error.How can I connect postman to this environment? Is there a different Authentication type that I can use?Following is in the API Documentation. This is a 25R1 environmet. 

All, hope someone can help me as I can’t find it at all. IFS Cloud 24R2 U19. I want to start exploring the use of the Product Category field on the Inventory Part which appears to need basic data in it to use. I’ve searched what I think are the obvious areas but can not find the page I need to fill in this basic data, any help much appreciated on where I find it.

In IFS Cloud 25R2, we are working with Service Requests and Request Work Tasks and have encountered an issue related to the Coordinator field.Currently, the system appears to require a Default Coordinator defined at the user level. If this is not set, we receive an error when generating the Invoice Preview.Our questions are: Where is the Coordinator officially defined and maintained for Service Requests / Request Work Tasks What is the recommended approach if we need to process a Service Request using a different Coordinator than the user’s default if we cannot specify a different other than the default? Any guidance or clarification on standard behavior vs recommended setup would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi, can we set a max lot size in a DOP structure? Case: Component A is made in a tank of 500L. In the DOP structure, we have a shop order for componenent A. However, if need more than 500L, we would like to have seperate shop orders for each max 500L. Thanks!

I have requirement to create a report and invoice date which is of date data type is the parameter that needs to be given in the order report dialog which should also allow between operator. I'm trying to use report_sys.parse_parameter(column (which is date data type), parameter (which is date datatype)).its throwing me invalid relational operator error. How do we solve this.when the parameter is date data type.  Thanks in advance.

We have a list of documents attached to customer invoice and when the invoice is printed, we would like to t the invoice and all the attached documents should get printed after the invoice as annexures (in a certain sequence).We have configured reporting rule for this with the following parameters:However, the output is a little random. sometimes the annexures get printed after the invoice, but there are times when half the annexures come before the report, and half of them after. The need is multiple documents getting printed after the report as annexures. Can someone provide help here.

Hello experts,Please see screenshot below. The resource CHA is not getting more jobs committed today, because he has jobs downloaded in his device for next week, and the week after, so it seems that max committed jobs allocated in the rule, which is 5, is stopping more jobs getting allocated today. We have modified the rule parameters, please second screenshot, but the change in the Rule Window (1 day) has not worked to limit the rule to a validation of only the current day. Could you please advise?

hi IFS experts, My retention setup on the Sales Contract is like this. *Requirement from the customer is- Retention is 10% from each item with a maximum of 5% of the final contract sum (USD 50,540.63)I am on the last AFP where I want to release the final retention. All the other claims have been done. How do i do this? I tried to enable this and then enter an amount but the system is not letting me do that. Please help me process this.  Thanks,Ashani

Hi,We have fixed Time, Fixed resource tasks and then its assigned to the engineer. Next after few second its noted the job is uncomitted.These engineers do not use Mobile and there is no Commit rule or any at the moment. Why PSO uncommit these manually allocated jobs?Is there a way atleast we ca get a reason for this behavior? First CommittedThen PSO uncommit it again.   ThanksKM

Hi Everyone, Is anyone able to successfully work through the Supersede button in IFS cloud?I think the only way is to go to Purcahse Order handling projection and remove the supersede from the Entity action grants > In action remove the supersedebut it works for few users and for remaining few it doesnt.

Hi,We have an existing IFS Cloud 25.1.5 Remote Deployment environment that was originally installed using the Quick Installation.We are enabling SMB File Storage for the first time by following the official documentation.Current situation:The environment is already running. The ifs-storage namespace already exists. The csi-smb-controller and csi-smb-node pods are already running. SMB File Storage has not been configured before. We have updated ifscloud-values.yaml with the required SMB configuration (ifsStorageSmbCredentials, ifsfilestorage.fssEnabled, fssSmbSharePath, etc.).My question is:After updating ifscloud-values.yaml, what is the supported procedure to apply these configuration changes to the existing environment?Is there an additional deployment or configuration update step required after modifying the file?Thanks!

We are receiving an unhandled security checkpoint error.  This is on attached approval processes when using an approval template. So in the example below, it is on an Inventory part.  It also happens on a Supplier for Purchase part as another example.  However, it does not happen for any of our document approvals within the document revision screen.  I did see another post that recommended going to system parameters and turning the Security checkpoint framework available off and then on again….but this did not correct our issue.  

We won’t to modify the filename of the attached invoice : But based on IFS documentation this can not be done   Is it possible threw configuration to disable the standard wat of sending email a implementing it with event or somethis else so we can be able to modify the object, body and attached filename please?  We are on aurena 23.1.13 Thank you in advance

Hello, I have a situation that has me baffled.  If I create a project invoice from an invoice plan, a value shows up in the Preliminary Revenue column.  But, if I create one from an AFP, the value does NOT show in the Preliminary Revenue column.  Are the AFP posting types still in play in this scenario?  Any help is appreciated.Thank you Patrick
