I could have the scenario that the employee provides a notification because he/she is planning to leave. The notofication process could be started byt then through negociation the employee decides to stay with the company. Is there a way to cancel/rollback the termination? I did cancel the “Employment Termination Log” but it seems it just makes the the termination activities invalid only. This process is not rolling back all the dates (schedule, assignment, training … etc)    Is the best solution to change all the dates manually? p.s. this scenario in not a rehire - where the employee was fully terminated and retuned. I am talking about cancelling the termination prior to the expexted emplo6ymkent end date. Thanks  

Hi all,I’m looking for some guidance regarding the Customer > Message Setup configuration in IFS.When adding a new message class, in this case DESADV, the Sequence No field is not being populated automatically. As shown in the screenshot, the existing INVOIC message class has a Sequence No populated, but the newly added DESADV line remains blank.  Any guidance would be appreciated, especially if there are specific steps required when adding a new outbound message class such as DESADV for ASN processing.

Hi, I have a customer who uses Increment Schedules for night work. When an employee work night they are entitled to a fixed increment. When the employee is sick, they also have the right to this fixed increment, except the first sick day. Are there any way to set this up in Time Management? BR Karro

Hi I am facing an issue where as a business policy, procurement team always requires a purchase requisition and authorization is carried out on the purchase requisition level.Issue comes when I am running the Inter company flow.I am using the “Int Purch Direct” and “Int Purch Trans” flows, upon releasing the customer order, pegged purchase order will be created instead of purchase requisition.  Is there a way that I can create a purchase requisition instead of purchase order?I have set up the default supply option as requisition in the Inventory part planning data as well.  But for Purch Order Direct and Purch Order Trans flows, Purcase requisitions are getting created. Did anyone faced a similar situation? Thanks,Chamath

Hello all… I have query regarding the MRP demand.Child  Part Type -ManufacturedChild Planning Method = “ K”- PhantomParent Part - ManufacturedParent Part Planning Method= “ G “We have same planning data set up for number of  parts. However After MRP run while looking the  “ Inv part Availability planning “  these child parts which are phantom shows the demand. as “ MRP Planned Demand” ?? Why no other phantom part shows the demand? I have checked the item  master data but all looks okay to me… can someone tell me what could the  reason for it?Thanks in advance.

Hi Experts,In MWO we can set Work Status On shift, Off shift also report Breaks as well.   I can see these data is Syncing back to the Clould as well then where I can find these information in the Cloud? Hi,we would like to report the picking via the REST API in the shipping process. (I know how the API basically works and we have already been able to implement other interfaces with it). As we often have shipping processes with more than 100 parts and do not pick them in one day, we would like to confirm the picking item by item. This works in the web interface via ‘Report Picking of Pick List Lines’: When I display the history in the ‘Log Window’, ‘ReportPickingOfPickListLines.svc/FndTempLobs’ is called up. Here I cannot enter the line, article, location, lot or quantity. It is unclear to me how IFS works at this point.I then looked at the functionality for the mobile scanners (Warehouse Data Collection):You have to confirm each step individually, which is too much for us. That's why we want to simplify the whole process for the user via the REST API. But again, I don't understand the REST API. My customer is using the Self-service Procurement and the Punch out functionality. The customer needs to do some extra stuff when each cart line is created. This is solved by a custom event which is posting a background job, which is running some logic doing the extra stuff.The above works fine when you add parts to the cart from the catalog. Each created cart line, creates a background job by the event. But, when using the Punch out, the background job ending upp in error: “FndUser does not exist”. Looking at the background job you can see that there is no user added inte “Fnd User”-field. To me this means that the session that creates the cart line (from the Punch out), and at the end also creating the background job by the event, is some other user. I don’t know the logic behind the Punch out-integration, but it seems like cart line is created by a “ghost” user, at least not normal Fnd users. Can anyone bring some light over the Punch out-integration and maybe explain “who” is actua

Hi All, In standard Work Orders, we have the possibility to create a ‘new Service Quotation’ from the WO. In that way, the customer can agree to the work before we start the work and there is no discussion when invoicing them later on. Does the same functionality exist for a “New Repair RMA”? We have a customer where a customer initiates a RMA process by reporting a fault, the RMA is created and the Equipment is sent back into a QA location. And inspection is done and we define the parts/resources that need to be done in order to repair the Equipment (all of it is logged into the Repair Bench).  But before we actually start repairing, we want to sent a quotation to the customer explaining the details of the repair and the price associated with the repair. Ideally, the applicable sales part lines from the Repair Bench would be copied to that quotation. Best RegardsRoel

I’m having trouble triggering a workflow from a projection call. When a button is clicked in Aurena, it launches an API call in batch mode — for example, when creating a customer order line or closing a period.  However, I can’t find the specific call within the batch process to link it to my workflow. Does anyone have any ideas or guidance on this? Same issue when creating a customer order line.  Thank you for your help. ​@kamnlk ​@dsj any help would be appretiated :)

Hi I am trying to enable the subscription functionality for the document revision page. Idea is that I want to receive notification when the status of the document revision is changed. I can do this per document revision but I am trying to enable it for the entire page. Hi,We have setup docman  in a new cloud environment and customer migrated all of his documents over to new drive as well. After the new setup, customer can attach new documents and can review old documents without any issue.Questions When we check the File Storage, all documents are going in one folder ‘DocMan’ in the folder newly created and customer wants to save documents in different folders like below. Any documentation on how we can do a setup using File Storage repository type that fulfills customer requirements?     2. When examining the document names within the folder, they appear in an unreadable format.
