Hello, We are currently having this issue in PSO. We created several regions and connected for the beginning three resources to the regions. However, they are shown as duplicates on the gantt. In this case, resources 457, 464 and 494 are shown above, as if they wouldn’t belong to any regions and also under the current region. We deleted the resources, created them again, as usually, but nothing worked until now. Do you have any ideas here? Thank you, Iulia

Hello, We are using IFS 8 SP1+ with 2 managed server with an external load balancer as netscalar. We are getting error in 4 to 5 min “Database session has been expired. Please restart client application” on many screens. We have Dedicated session timeout is 5400, Ideal time parameter of Oracle profile is set to unlimited. Also netscalar timeout is set to 10 Min. Does anyone came across same issue or help us to identify the issue where else we can check for this timeout parameter apart from above mentioned. Thanks in Advance

We won’t to modify the filename of the attached invoice : But based on IFS documentation this can not be done Is it possible threw configuration to disable the standard wat of sending email a implementing it with event or somethis else so we can be able to modify the object, body and attached filename please? Hello, I'm working on something in IFS Cloud using Developer Studio and could use some advice on linking two custom entities. I've got entity1 with a field called field1, and I want to create entity2 with a field that lets users pick a value from entity1.field1 when they're making a new entity2 record.(like a dropdown or lookup to select an existing field1 value) What's the best way to set this up in Developer Studio? Any pointers on using associations or foreign keys for this kind of thing in IFS Cloud? Thanks for any help!

I am currently trying to make a field (toggle button) visible in a fragment using Developer Studio. I noticed that I am unable to use the $SEARCH and $REPLACE method to update the “visible” property of one field that is part of a group within the fragment file. I have two questions: Does this mean I have to overtake the whole group just to update this one field? In the fragment file, I also noticed that using “Override” for a group doesn’t allow me to call “super”. Does that mean if I use “Override” on an existing group, my block of code will always be added after the core fields/lovs within the group? EDIT: I tested out just using “Override” on the group and only mentioned the specific field I wanted to update. After generating and deploying my -cust file, I checked the build place DEV client and my button is now visible. Does this mean that the preferred method to updating a specific field’s property (visible, editable..etc.) is using “Override” instead of “Overtake”? As it seems tha

I am trying to enable a custom event on the PO to verify if there is an attachment before it it sent for Authorization. I am using the PO Status as the trigger but the alert will only come after the Authorization step. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, How can we use the 'View on Map' functionality in the Dispatch Console? I tried adding an address to the Work Task, but it doesn't appear on the map or show any results when using 'View on Map'.

We are running Apps 10 Update 11 In the Aurena interface is there a way to search for a date that is say 3 days in the future? An example would be in Inventory Part In Stock and we want to find any items that expire in the next 3 days. In IEE I would use the advances/SQL query and use something like EXPIRATION_DATE <= trunc(sysdate)+3 I’m trying to figure out how to replicate what we currently do in IEE in Aurena. Not that we are migrating to the cloud version immediately, but it’s going to happen sooner or later.

Hi all, I am quite new to IFS Cloud 24R2 and I would like to ask if it is possible to add CF to Routings - OPERATIONS. When i run “Page designer” i can see the name of the entity: RoutingOperation. Am i right??? But I am not able to find this entity in “Entity Configuration”. The only entity simmilar is RoutingOperationList and it says: “This Entity cannot have Custom Attributes”. Is it really impossible to add CF to “Routing” - “OPERATIONS”?? Thanks Jan

Hi IFS Community team, I am supporting a managed service-esque company with an IFS PSO Implementation that has now gone live. As part of this, we would like the event definitions for each of the event IDs for management as part of their managed services processes. In another case, this was handled by the MessageTexts.xml file for PSO v6.12. Please could someone kindly provide this file for both PSO v6.14 and v6.15? This will be a huge help. Hello All , while we trying to set IFS 23R1 on GCP cloud we are getting error below error no steps when we need to create SSH key for remote access. We have a Vendor - multiple that we no longer use. I am not able to change their status to in-active in the vendor center as they have purchase req’s already associated to them. Is there another way to remove them from the selection list of vendors? All of the associated PR’s are fulfilled, so one would think you could make that change.

Hi, I am playing around with the Shipment Orders functionality and I have seen in other topics here that it is possible to receive items via the Register Arrival screen but the shipment orders are not being displayed. I have tried creating a Shipment Order using the Material Requisition tab from a Request Work Task (with the Supply Code = Service Location), as well as manually (from Site to Remote Warehouse). In none of the cases are the shipment orders shown in Register Arrival screen. Am I missing any configuration? I am using 24R2. Thanks

Hi Experts In IFS app10 there use to be a direct offset possibilty. In CLOUD I am able to see that there are offset posibilities but cannot directly offset them out of the payment proposal. I cannot open a second window with the manual offset, since IFS gives an error message that these invoices are used in a payment proposal. Any idea to offset them from the payment propsal window?

Hi, in MWO, when we attach a picture to the task, that cannot be seen in the Mobile service report, instead if we check it from the Clould Service Engineer we can see the attachments. What is the missing piece that I cannot see the same in the mobile? In the Report Layout I can see Task attachments are there. How I see it in the Cloud. And the mobile Report. Please explain how to get the Pictures into the service report,as this is working fine in the clould report. Thanks Kasun

HI Expert, I'm in the process of creating a custom LOV filtration. there I added new custom LU to hold some basic data, where you can match object level and object types, I have added a fndboolean field to set the record status as allowed or not Then I Created a reference field to this LU in Functional object entity, now I'm going to add that as a lov field in the functional object page and filter based on the object level attached to the functional object (This works perfectly) additionally I want to filter the LOV based on the Allowed toggle button, as soon as i add that into data source addgreget ref I'm getting the below error. any idea to resolve this ?
