Hi All, We are experiencing an issue with generating SLA commitments from SLA Templates connected to Service and Request Contracts. SLA commitments are created when an Urgency is defined for a Request. The Service Catalog item was created as shown below. SLA Template that is attached to a Service item Different SLA Template is attached if the Urgency is 1 Creation of service request are show in below. First, without an urgency.No urgency used. Normal SLA template is fetched from the service. This is shown in the New Request assistant. However, When we created a Request, No SLA details are shown. The creation of a service request with an Urgency.  When we select Urgency = 1, Urgency related SLA Template is fetched and it is shown in the New request Assistant. SLA Commitment was created. We experience some SLA commitments issue when we connect a contract to a Request as well.Any idea on this behavior? Are there any intended functionalities with SLA templates? Or are we missing something

Hello,One of our users has changed the ownership of a company owned part to company rental asse. is there a way that we can move back to company owned? we can’t scrap or count out and receive again as we need to have the exact serial no for the part (system does not allow to have the same serial no for same part duplicates)

When a person is connected to an resource group and when that resource group is their primary resource group the resource group is fetched correctly in time registration. But I am able to see the other resource groups and able to select other resource groups and saved the record too.An employee should be only seeing the resource groups only connected to them and not all the resource groups which in the company. Any solution for above. Our employees work in multiple resource groups and they are tagged in for specific resource groups?

Hi,I have a customer with 25.2.4 and for customer invoices only date/number formatting is not picking up automatically when the report is ordered. Behaviour is same for the reports ordered from the customer invoice window as well as report archive.I have already verified User language is correctly set in the application Used languages en-US enabled by default Report Locales has the languages set Report Print Task Template has the default language set for both tasks And If I manually select any language and set it back to en date /number field is correctly updating and report can be previewed

Cloud File Storage Migration Tool can be used to migrate media items from older releases into Cloud File Storage of IFS Cloud release.But I didn’t find an information that the tool supports archived media items in the source system.Can Cloud File Storage Migration Tool also be used to migrate archived media items even if it’S not documented?If not, what would be a practicable way to migrate archived media items in Apps10 to Cloud File Storage in R24?The volume of media items is extremely big (several TB). Therefore, it’s not an option to first migrate all media items to the Apps 10 database before running the Cloud File Storage Migration Tool.

Hello,We are on 24R1 and I enabled an object connection of EcoActionObjectConn and EcrObjectConn on the RoutingHead and DocIssue logical units. I’ve refreshed the object connection cache but when I go to the Change Request screen and into the object connection tab, I do see the RoutingHead LU but it does not seem to be pulling in a default drop down list of object keys. it’s the same story with the DocIssue LU.Is there a reason for this? It seems to work with the EngPartRevision LU. See image below.I just hope to get a better understanding if there’s something I potentially missed or if this is some sort of bug. Thank you.

In IFS Report Designer, we usually use pageNumber() and totalPages() functions to get the page number and total pages.However, these functions are not working in Report Studio. I have also tried some processing attributes but none of them seem to work either.If anyone knows how to get the page number and total pages through Report Studio, that would be very helpful.Thanks in advanceRegards

Good morning, community,  We are having an issue when using count report, serial tracked items cannot be listed into the stock.  The systems says that if I have just 1 PC on stock, I can find just that one or neither, there is not an option to give “2”.  How do I get serial tracked part on stock, then?  Thank you, Best RegardsPetaKu

Hello Community,Need your expertise on below scenario, any input or ideas are welcome as I am trying to figure this out still. We are running a bit unusual intercompany set up with an integration between app 8 and cloud.we are using INET_TRANS as media code to support this as it generates an application messagefor DIRDEL and INVOICE message classes INET_TRANS does not seem to trigger the application messages , my requirement is to generate an application message for DIRDEL and INVOICE so we can communicate to APP8 from cloud to process direct delivery and invoicing, dispatch advice is triggering. I have message class added in both ends message defaults enabled to create automatically as well.

Hello, does someone know how to pass multiple values to a single column while generating external link to aplication form? Example: I want to generate link to operation statistic form passing 2 order numbers 101344564 and 101522291 Generating a link with just one order number works (folowing the instructions in Development guide) but i cant add the second one. So first link in below screenshot works but i have been experimenting with finding OR operand and the others dont work: Does anybody know how to pass multiple values (what is the syntax(symbol) for OR)?   B R Ivan
