It seems both apps gets updated and the functionality seems to be quite identical. What is the exact difference between the 2 apps?

In the Disposition Shop Order, when I RMB on the Disposition Line → Select Part Identified. I get the below error message.“The quantity reserved tor part XXX on site xx at location xxx should not be negative.” Could anyone assist me with this.

A Customer is migrating from APPS8 to IFS Cloud. Before migration process, we have some shop order in Apps8 in state “Parked”. All operations aren’t in state “Parked”, depending on what was already done. Could anyone explain the behavior of Shop Order in State Parked.

Hello IFS Community, I have some custom fields created through Entity Configuration (not by customizing the client file or projection), and I would like to control their visibility based on a condition.For example, I have a custom field named part_no on the Approval page, and I would like it to be visible only when LU_NAME = 'InventoryPartInStock'.How can I achieve this using Page Designer?Any examples — especially with screenshots — would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help.

Our inventory statistical period is created on each month basis. We would like system to fetch dynamically on Parameter Period. If it is running on Dec.1, 2025, then 12 should be feched to paramter Period field. What function/SQL statement we should us in field Period? Thank you.

I have a line on a CO that has a supply code of ‘Project’Normally we would create a purchase requisition on the project to drive demand for the part to be purchased, however due to annual leave and permission sets we are unable to. Am I able to create a manual purchase requisition and peg it into the project at a later date? If not, is there a way to drive demand while we wait for the project manager to return from annual leave?

I have encountered an issue with custom fields in the MWO client. When I add an editable custom field under Task Information, I can successfully edit it from the MWO client. However, when I add the same custom field under Customer Information, I am unable to enter any value in that field using the MWO client. Apps for Page Designer MWO Service APP Is this expected behavior, or am I missing a configuration step? How can I make the custom field under Customer Information editable in the MWO client?Thanks Nethmini

Hi All,I have been exploring the new Contractor Management solution in 25R1 for Request Tasks. I like the idea of creating the PO Lines based on actual reported items like time reported of the contractor. There are multiple customers who have modifications for that in the Work Order solution.But I am supprised to see that in the Release Notes there is a restriction. Which makes it not possible to send the Request Task to the mobile of the Subcontractor Resource...Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. It is not possible to utilize Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. Any Request Work Task that is assigned to a Service Contractor cannot be transferred to mobile. I am looking for the reason why this restriction is build in?I have customers who wants to have both their own employees and subcontractors to work with the same mobile Service MWO Solution. But that is not possible for subcontracted orders, as described in the Release Restrictions and by my own test

Users are not able to install Astea Mobile application on Android version 14.Getting message that it was made for older version on Android.screenshot attached.

Kindly why the option send dispatch advice is disabled in RMB shipment screen when the shipemnet status is closed. is there ay reason for that as after closing the shipment it should allow to sent by the option send dispatch advice. we are using IFS10 and UPD11Thank you.

If the source document has a connected electronic document file, that electronic file is copied to the new revision. The Copy Original Document button copies the following data to the new document revision:Where does the user have the option to “copy those documents and add them to the new package as new document titles and revisions”? Where is this Copy Original Document button? 

Hi, I want to be able to raise a “fixed price” Request in IFS Cloud. “No matter how much labour or materials are consumed on a Request, customer will only pay “£XXX”. The options I can see are as follows: Create a Request with a Price Rule that contains a Fixed Price Line - is it then possible to amend this Fixed Price amount?  Create a Request Quotation and add a fixed Price Line. Process request from Quotation. This seems slightly lengthier than the above process. If possible I’d like to skip the quotation process all together and simple raise a fixed price job. ThanksTom
