Hello, is there a way to store dimensions of a part in IFS i.e the length and width of a part?

I am missting the drag and drop option when creating new documents in all of our nordic presales environment on 21R2 - running in Chrome. Hello,I am setting up a workflow process in which I am sending authorization and decision tasks for end users on the assyst NET side. End users can create a request and if this request requires authorization/decision it is automatically generate and send to them. Authorization is usually done by a different person then the original end user requestor. Question: Can original end user requestor see/view who is the authorizer/decision maker? How to populate this information to the request?

Hi Everyone, I have an issue: I have an active rental in progress. I wanted to create a replacement order, so I right-clicked on my line and selected “Create replacement order”.I released it, reserved it, delivered it, etc.I then went back to my rental follow-up, stopped the rental, and processed an equipment return on the original order. Up to that point, everything was fine.However, when I look at both orders: the original order is still in “Delivered” (the status did not change), and the replacement order was automatically invoiced/closed (I can’t view the invoice details). Should I understand that, logically, even if I processed a material return on the original order and ended the rental earlier than planned, I still need to invoice the original order? (it doesn’t seems logic)The replacement order does have an end date further in the future, and yet it was invoiced and closed automatically — I don’t understand why.What is the process for invoicing when a replacement order is cre

I am a beginner with PSO.I would like to implement data integration from FSM to PSO.Currently, we are able to generate requests from FSM and dispatch technicians (FSM resources) in PSO (the status becomes “Assigned”). However, resource information and various master data have not been integrated into PSO, which is causing issues.I assume that unless data integration from FSM to PSO is properly configured, master data will not be synchronized.I would like to ask for your advice on the following two points: If there are any concrete procedures or operation manuals on how to integrate the master data registered in FSM (such as resources, skills, SLA, etc.) into PSO, could you please share them? I would also appreciate it if you could explain how to transfer data from PSO to MWO. We are able to transfer data from FSM to Mobile, but we do not know how to transfer data from PSO to Mobile.Thank you very much for your support.

Our salespersons creates Prospects, but when working in different countries with different geographical limitations on how to create sales regions, we would need to update the Sales Address Information (Customer view; Address) behind the Prospect.  Customer > Address This is by default only permitted to do for Customer. Is there a work-around for this without changing customer category? Use Case: Sending marketing newsletter to Main Representatives Customers/Prospects. Main Rep can be responsible for a wide sales area, with big differences in weather, culture etc. We would need to pinpoint certain parts of the sales area for different newsletter content.Without the Region field in use under Prospect, we cannot pinpoint Prospects in for example northern Sweden if the same Main Representative works also in southern Sweden and can’t personalize the newsletter in regards to region.

Hi everybody,in IFS10 we have scheduled task to calculate purchase costs (latest purchase cost).   How to set it up in IFS Cloud?I tried to set it up, but I don’t know the syntax for ATTRIB_ parameter in IFSCloud. When I copy the argument from background job (when you run it manually), it doesn’t work. I am aware of other ticket saying it is not possible even in APPS10, but it definitely works, so I just want to double check. Thansk a lot.Jan

Hello, We are currently on 22R2 for IFS Cloud and we have encountered an error. I created a quick report to pull some values via SQL and we want to schedule this report to attach an excel file of the output onto an email and send it to our users.We scheduled the report and have the emailing set up properly, but we never received any emails. The only thing we received was this error on the print manager logs. Thanks,Bryan “Exception while generating Plugin Output Caused by: Error while rendering the report. 11 retries were made. Hello, I am attempting to create an arrival to receive a Purchase Order line via REST API. I am inspecting the endpoint calls that Aurena makes during the process, but i’m unable to figure out which call is actually performing the receipt. I see calls to CreateReceiptSet but the payload doesnt include the information from the arrival line (PO #, Line, Etc). I also see CreateArrivalReceipt, but it only uses what i assume is the OBJKEY that is returned from CreateReceiptSet. I know this is a little tricky because an assistant is involved, but I cant seem to make sense of the calls that are happening. Any tips for figuring out how this assistant works? 

This is in IFS apps 10 upd 25, local installation.We have 2 users with the same permissions, same company and site access, same business roles, etc. One has the access in the INVENTORY PART IN STOCK RESERVATIONS to the Move with Transport Task rmb option, and the other doesn’t. Where is the access for these rmb options on that screen set please?The permission sets granted to both users should grant this access already, so why does one user have it and the other not? Is there another setting somewhere within the Procurement part of the system to enable this?Thanks

In previous IFS versions we were able to see the value of Closed (status) Lost (state) sales quotations in the Sales Quotations view.  In current version 25R1 the total net prices for lost quotations is 0.00 even if there are product lines with values in the lost quotation. Current versions still show values for Closed and Won quotations. Is this is a bug or a change that have been requested? This affect negatively the possibility to deep dive into analyzing sales quotations and specially the lost ones. We have thousands of annual quotations to analyze, and it is not practical to open each quotation separately and combining the quotation value in excels...

Kit Article (25R2):i got a question regarding KIT articles:It doesnt matter which part type the kit article is right?Can be either manufactured or purchased → it will not create any shop order proposals or Purchase Requisition.there are just mrp action proposals which will indicate that there is not enough on stock for exampleKind regards

Is this possible?The reason I’m asking is that when the part description is too long, the text wraps onto another line, which shifts the Part No. down by one line. Hi all,where can a Package part number actually be used?We trying to use a Package Part in the material Tab of a Request Work Task, but does not seem to work.It cant be added as a sales part in a contract line of a Request Contract as well.Can this somehow be used in anything else than a direct Customer Order?Thanks,

Hi all,I have a question regarding the possibilities of BPA. We have a customer that would like to see an informative message if some conditions are met. This means we are going to compare two values and if they are different from each other we want to inform the user of this. In BPA we have the Validate type which can be used to perform a validation. Except when using the “Terminate End Event” in the workflow the workflow will block the user from saving the record as this is an error message. Is there another way to do this validation, but not to show an error message but an informative message? Because we still want to save the change. Since the check is on a custom attribute, I found out that a custom event on the custom field table with online SQL is not working. The Client_Sys.Add_Info is not working in that case. That is the reason we are looking at BPA as a solution.  Kind regards,Michael
