Wondering if anyone can help, or if this is not possible with Page Designer.On page Serial Object the default view is to have Position and Location set to be minimised - I’d like these to be shown but can’t see how you do this in Page Designer, any tips on how to much appreciated.

Aren’t their user id/password needed ?). Also what are the values needed for <url endpoint> and <redirect url> ? can the redirect url be https://yyyyyy.ifscloud.com/, so that redirects to IFS cloud ? then the url endpoint be vendor web shop ?. Stage Billing - Does standard IFS Functionality exist to reverse or post the Stage Billing Invoice balance from the P&L account using posting control M28 to a define Balance Sheet account? And can this be reversed once the Stage Billing order line is delivered?

We have the export custom event option in IFS Cloud: However, I couldn’t find the option to where we can import the exported custom event (*.ins).Even though we have ACP export/import, in this scenario, we have only an export of custom event. Appreciate any insight on this.Thanks much. /Nimesh

Hi All, I’m sure some here can help me.I’m in page designer as the user has requested that a field is set as ‘on’ by default.When I open up page designer, go to the field and scroll to the Default Value it is wanting a Value to be entered - what value do I need to enter to make sure it is ‘on/selected’?Thanks in advance for help received, Sarah

Hi Community, Recently I installed Demand Planner on 23r2 but when I try to add the host ID and save it from the Demand Planner window it returns “Failed to notify the server”Windows Service is running.Does anyone have an idea on this?   

After receiving an OOB patch from IFS, I applied the delivered changes into our repository. However, I am currently unable to propagate these changes to the DEV environment, because IFS Developer Studio 18 (Product Version: IFS Developer Studio 18 (Build 18 2026-04-06)) appears to ignore the modified files.Observed behavior:Modified Core *.views and *.plsql files are not taken into account during generation/deployment. Even after placing the corresponding Core model files into the repository, the changed files are still ignored. The code continues to be generated according to the Core files instead of the modified repository content. In Project View, the affected files are not shown under the related entity, but only under the Other folder.Expected behavior:Files delivered in the OOB patch and applied to the repository should be recognized by Developer Studio as entity-related files. Modified *.views and *.plsql files should be considered during generation/deployment on DEV. The files

I would like to add some columns to VALID_SUPPLIER_LOV, On Purchase Order header when a new PO is created, a Supplier LOV allows to select a supplier. I want to add columns to this LOV? is this possible in IFS Cloud. Thanks

Hello,maybe someone can clarify for what purpose the tab “Work Orders” is needed in the form “Isolation Order”?Work orders there are attached only manually. If Work Order is connected to Isolation Order via Permit, the information of such Work Order doesn’t appear in this tab. Such connection is seen only in the form “Work Orders, Permits and Isolation Orders”, but not on Isolation Order.So I do not understand for what purpose this tab is needed in Isolation Order. Connections of Isolation Order and Work Orders that are made in this tab doesn’t apply any rules for Isolation Order and Work Orders dates too.

Cancelling an obsolete location  the below error message pops up, - also after executing the pending Transport tasks, - how can we delete a n obsolete location ? 

It seems to me that this version of PSO (6.16.0.46) has serious issue when attempting to rebook an activity. Here is the description of the behaviour:When sending for the first time the request for an appointment for an particular activity, PSO is always responding correctly with the available slots.  If you save a specific slot, the activity is correctly showing on the Gantt chart.  If you try to rebook that activity (customer calls back to change the date of his/hers appointment) on the same day - the sytem always send back Error 500 - An internal error ocours. If you try to rebook the same activity the next day (of after you force the FSM-PSO initialization) you will have no problem to rebook that activity. I am able to demo this using Postman pointing to PSO 6.16.0.46 - IFSScheudlingRESTFull GatewaySame payload work perfectly on 6.5.0.29 (and you can rebook the same activity as many time as you want) - so the issue is not with the payload.  I will go ahead an open a Case, but I jus

Hello IFS Community, i hope somebody can guide me with the following, when a user adds a line in the purchase order, if the Part/Supplier relationship is not in the Supplier for Purchase Part, the system will ask and let the user enter that entry into the Supplier for purchase part. the user doesnt have access to the Supplier for Purchase part, but still the system is letting this user create the entry.i cant seem to find the proper projection for this assistant in order to have it blocked.  any idea how can this be prevented, will be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone,We are working with IFS Cloud Page Designer and have a requirement related to UI customization.Currently, we have a dropdown field “Coordinator” located under the Group: Order Details. We would like to move this field to the main page header section for better visibility and usability. RequirementMove the Coordinator field from Order Details group → Page Header Ensure that the existing functionality remains unchanged, including: Adding a coordinator Modifying a coordinator QuestionsIs it possible to move an existing field from one group to another using Page Designer? Or do we need to create a new field in the header and bind it to the same data source? Also do we need to do the translation also if we add as a new field?It would be better if we can move the same field but your opinion really matter here. Please check and let us know.

Is IFS Cloud capable of automatically sending emails to suppliers to follow up on orders that are past due and have not been delivered? we can define the days to due date. but only show me a list,we need to print and send mail to a addresss of Vendor .   Can we implement automatic email sending when the due date is reached?

Hi,We are using a workflow for validation triggered via an Event Action. In the Failure Event, the error message is static.We want to show a dynamic error message similar to:Error_SYS.Appl_General('Error :P1 and :P2')by passing values (P1, P2) at runtime.We tried using workflow variables in the Failure Event message, but it still behaves as static.Questions:Is it possible to pass dynamic values to the Failure Event error message? Hello Experts,We are currently working on IFS 24R1 and have encountered an issue in Request Management → Work Task, specifically under the Material tab when using the Reserve/Unreserve → Reserve option [Service Management → Request Management → Request Task Handling → Request Work Task → Material Tab → Reserve/Unreserve → Reserve].Although the required part is available in one of the warehouses linked to the Site, the system does not allow reservation from this warehouse if it is not the same remote warehouse as specified on the Work Task. It throws an error and restricts reservation unless the part is available in that exact remote warehouse.However, I am able to reserve the same part using the Reserve Manually option under the same menu path. The issue is that the system does not automatically pick and reserve from other warehouses linked to the Site that have the part in stock.  However, when I tested the same scenario in the IFS Demo environment for 25R1 and our Internal 24R2, I wa

Is it possible to show the name and/or shortCode (name) of Items in the Product Tree Data Explorer in assystWeb? Currently, it seems that only the shortCode is displayed at the Item level in the hierarchy, while the parent levels show only the name.To illustrate There does not seem to be much detail about this in the wiki, and I haven’t been able to find any system parameter or user preference that can be toggled to change this behaviour. Hi,Below is an issue raised by a customer,“Document Revision is NOT created and attached to ProjectInvoice object when using the “.rep” layout in Report Rule.”They need documents (pdf)  that will be produced from an operational report and attached to ProjectInvoice object and would like to use Report Rule to set this up.A Report Rule was created for the original PROJECT_INVOICE_REP with some hardcoded values for testing.When testing the print job functionality for the report_id_ := ‘PROJECT_INVOICE_REP’ and layout_name_ := 'ProjectInvoiceRep.rdl', the result pdf is visible in Report Archive, the document is created and attached to the ProjectInvoice object, so the Report Rule works fine.However, Document Revision is NOT created and attached to ProjectInvoice object when using the “.rep” layout in Report Rule.The result pdf appears in the Report Archive and it looks as expected, but no document has been created by the Report Rule.Why is .rdl ok to create Document Revision and .rep is no

Hi, I have come across this issue a few times while creating custom events. If anyone has a solution please let me know.When there is a custom event for a specific logical unit and I want to validate against a different logical unit that is also created synchronously, I cannot use that validation for the other logical unit because it is also creating synchronously. When I use a cursor for that logical unit it always returns empty. Is there anything we can do to retrieve the data in this scenario?For example, in the supplier page there is a business operation that allows you to add a new supplier contact. When adding a communication method for the new supplier contact, it first creates the person entity and then creates the communication method entity synchronously. In my case, I created a custom event on the communication method which first needs to check the same person entity values before performing the validation. HiWe would like to provide Customer Invoice .pdf’s to an external Customer facing application using standard IFS API’s. I would view the invoice .pdf in Aurena via report archive using a result key. Has anybody successfully integrated a similar solution?We are using Apps10 UPD15. We don’t have Boomi. Here is what we have found so far:Using the log window we have found the Report Archive projection and enabled compatibility. We have then viewed an invoice .pdf and can see it makes an API call and gets an ID related to the Result Key. From there it seems to construct a URL and opens the .pdf in a new browser tab. Hi AllI see the following behaviour in IFS and I am thinking whether the behaviour is correct.I have enabled the following setting in the company level. Environment - 24R2Delay Cost of Goods Sold to Delivery Confirmation   I followed following steps.Created a customer order with delivery confirmation enabled Reserve the customer order and deliver the customer order through a shipment OESHIP transactions are not getting created because of the Delay Cost of Goods Sold to Delivery Confirmation setting. My assumption was I can create a RMA (Return Material Authorization) and return the part against the order that I delivered. But when I do that its always empty.I thought its because of the pending delivery confirmation. But I performed the delivery confirmation.After that I cancelled the previously created RMA and Create a new RMA but still I cannot return the parts.  If this flow works differently when we use Delay Cost of Goods Sold to Delivery Confirmation functionality? Feels like a bu
