I cannot see additional fields on a clients environment on the Authorization Routing Template. There should be: This is what I see. Is this an IFS issue or is this permissions?  

Hello Community,I have a requirement where, when creating a new Purchase Requisition, the user is currently able to select any requisitioner. However, we would like to restrict this so that in the LOV, the user can only see their own requisitioner ID.I have already tried the following approach, but I am not sure what I might be missing.Could anyone please advise on how this can be achieved? 

In 24R2, PSO/Work Task/Scheduling Information, if we make changes for fixed resource and fixed date & Time. need to know who has done the changes ?

I am posting this inquiry in the community because we have not received a response from IFS to our email inquiry.We need a rough cost estimate for a potential new IFS customer. This is a small mechanical engineering company with approximately 50 users. The IFS installation would be provided by IFS in the cloud.We do not need a detailed or binding quote, just a rough idea of the costs involved.Please break down the costs into license fees and the costs for the server in the IFS cloud. Would this be possible immediately?

In APPS10 there is a Received - Not Yet Invoiced report.  I have searched and this report should be in IFS Cloud but I am not able to find it.  I understand it may be under GNRI or Goods Received Not Invoiced but I am not finding those either. Where is this report in IFS Cloud?

Hi,Can someone explain me how the tolerance defined under Maintenance Triggers works for Conditioned based PM Actions?I entered the measurement where the relevant (Planned Value - recorded measurement) / Recorded measurement value is greater than the defined Tolerance %. But nothing changes in the PM Plan.So I need to check on this functionality to use it with Replacements + PM Grouping for a business scenario.Thank you!

Users now have to toggle on the “Send Email” toggle when emailing a PO.This wasn't the case in 23R1, but in 23R2, they have to do this, and do it for every PO. This has caused the team to miss/forget to toggle it.Can this be enabled to be on by default? 

Hi All, When we complete an assignment of a Request Task, an assistant appear to Clock Out. There we can give a comment.But, this comment cannot be found anywhere in Assignments tab or Events.Anyone has idea on this behavior? Is this a bug or am I missing something? Respective screens are shown below.   TIA.

Hi All, We are experiencing an issue with generating SLA commitments from SLA Templates connected to Service and Request Contracts. SLA commitments are created when an Urgency is defined for a Request. The Service Catalog item was created as shown below. SLA Template that is attached to a Service item Different SLA Template is attached if the Urgency is 1 Creation of service request are show in below. First, without an urgency.No urgency used. Normal SLA template is fetched from the service. This is shown in the New Request assistant. However, When we created a Request, No SLA details are shown. The creation of a service request with an Urgency.  When we select Urgency = 1, Urgency related SLA Template is fetched and it is shown in the New request Assistant. SLA Commitment was created. We experience some SLA commitments issue when we connect a contract to a Request as well.Any idea on this behavior? Are there any intended functionalities with SLA templates? Or are we missing something

When a person is connected to an resource group and when that resource group is their primary resource group the resource group is fetched correctly in time registration. But I am able to see the other resource groups and able to select other resource groups and saved the record too.An employee should be only seeing the resource groups only connected to them and not all the resource groups which in the company. Any solution for above. Our employees work in multiple resource groups and they are tagged in for specific resource groups?

Hi,I have a customer with 25.2.4 and for customer invoices only date/number formatting is not picking up automatically when the report is ordered. Behaviour is same for the reports ordered from the customer invoice window as well as report archive.I have already verified User language is correctly set in the application Used languages en-US enabled by default Report Locales has the languages set Report Print Task Template has the default language set for both tasks And If I manually select any language and set it back to en date /number field is correctly updating and report can be previewed

Cloud File Storage Migration Tool can be used to migrate media items from older releases into Cloud File Storage of IFS Cloud release.But I didn’t find an information that the tool supports archived media items in the source system.Can Cloud File Storage Migration Tool also be used to migrate archived media items even if it’S not documented?If not, what would be a practicable way to migrate archived media items in Apps10 to Cloud File Storage in R24?The volume of media items is extremely big (several TB). Therefore, it’s not an option to first migrate all media items to the Apps 10 database before running the Cloud File Storage Migration Tool.
