Hi,Recently, I have updated our dev environment from 22R2 to 23R2SU6. However, since the Crystal report is required SSL communication. I found an error (from kibana log) when I try to call a simple crystal report. The message is :"message": [    "CWPKI0823E: SSL HANDSHAKE FAILURE:  A signer with SubjectDN [CN=ifs-cloud-rpt.MFADTH.local] was sent from the host [ifs-cloud-rpt.mfadth.local:443].  The signer might need to be added to local trust store [/opt/ifs/wlp/output/defaultServer/resources/security/key.p12], located in SSL configuration alias [defaultSSLConfig].  The extended error message from the SSL handshake exception is: [PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target]." For your information, I have create self-certificates for the CWS server (both RootCA and SiteCer) but I have no idea how to put a RootCA.pfx via ifscloud-values.yaml.  is it certificateFile and certificatePasswor

Hi, We are running TD25R1-SU14 on-prem.Grafana is installed, but not configured. How do we configure the mail server settings? Everything is inside POD’s, so I guess there must be a config file we can edit before deploying the middle-tier ?This is normally set in grafana.ini - I have search all of the deployment for a file with that name, no luck. BRTorben

HiCurrently, we are running IFS Applications 10 UPD24 with Oracle Database 19.8. We are also using Crystal Reports, Touch Apps services, and several additional utilities. Our current operating system is Windows Server 2016.We are planning to upgrade the server operating system to Windows Server 2022. Could you kindly confirm whether Windows Server 2022 is fully supported for IFS Applications 10 UPD24, including Crystal Reports, Touch Apps services, related utilities, and Oracle Database 19.8?

Hi Experts,I was wondering if there is a way to manage standard tasks revisions in NGSM solution. As of at 25R2 and 26R1 I was unable to find any as such. In previous work order solution, task templates have this capability. This is a very crucial business requirement whoever using standard tasks in their business as updating any changes on revisions in all over the system manually is a tedious task,  unless a quite complex CRIM is build.Any workarounds or plans to get this functionality into the core pls ?Thank you,Roshan  

Can these two run in different queues?As you can see these currently are in the same queue, but I am experiencing some slowness.Looks like Batch_Calculate runs and then Batch_Calculate_Details will run afterwards when both run. 

On a form I have a custom multi-select field linked to the Contact Users.  When an event is created, within the ETM, how do I get the id values of each selected contact user record, please?  I need them to then add as additional users.  (I have a working process for single user, and multiple user from individual fields, but logic is defying me for a multi-select field.)Thanks

Hello, If I make manual changes to an activity in PSO, is it possible to see who made the changes? I have found this information in the documentation and it seems like it would be possible.I have enabled the parameter ReasonRequired and now I must give a reason each time I make a change to an activity, but in the History Tab I still cannot see information about who made the changes or the reason. Should I look somewhere else or is there another parameter for that? Thank you very much,Iulia

25.1.7Using the DMM tool, if the standard unit in IFS for INCH is ‘in’, will a part migrate if it’s unit in the legacy system is ‘IN’? Does the legacy unit case affect if the part will/will not migrate?

Hi all,we are working on payment advice setup through even PDF_REPORT_CREATED and I get the error ‘Mail address 'To' field is not specified’ when testing. it seems like supplier email contact does not fetch into &PDF_PARAMTER_1 correctly. I hardcoded the email address To field and tested, it works.Appreciate if anyone can guide me on is issue with the setup. Screen shots are as below.

We are trying to migrate Open stock  which I am trying to do using migration job , the data is loaded successfully and can see it under “Inventory Parts in Stock “, what are the next steps to transfer the balance to GL please? I am trying “ Transfer Inventory Transactions “  option but I can’t see any transactions generated ,is there a step in between I am missing here to generate the inventory transactions so that they can be transferred to GL? I can’t see any data under Inventory transaction history as well so looks like I am missing a step here  

In the Register Arrivals screen, when trying to enter a receipt reference for the receipt of multiple purchase order lines (on the same order, same supplier), I am finding the receipt reference that I enter is being overwritten by an autogenerated number giving each line a unique ID (which is what I don’t want).  Can someone help me with what setting or data point is preventing my receipt reference from being saved? 

Is there an option to set an Engineering Revision not to transfer until the Revision status is Released? There is no other way to check whether Approval completed, all required documents is attached, etc. before the transfer.

In 26R1, was there a way to adjust the available capacity when a Work Center was unavailable for a number of days?Ideally, we're looking for a way to set the available capacity to 0 for the specific days when the Work Center is not available.  

Hi!I  use IFS8. We have a Customer Order 2 years ago.  The order line’s Supply Code is Shop Order. Then there is a shop order connected to this shop order line. The shop order had been receipted and closed  2 years ago. But we don’t delivery the part to customer.  The part is always in stock and status is resevered. Now custoer inform us the order is canceled. We need cancel this customer order and scrap the part. But now we can’t cancel or close the customer order. Can not un-reservered the part. And can not scrap the part. How should we do?

We are on IFS Cloud 25.1.2.  Microsoft just forced updated Office to 2507 (19029.20136) which broke our IFS Excel add-ins.  Users that stayed on 2506 are still OK.Issue is, when you click login, the add-in panel briefly flashes and does not bring up the login window for IFS cloud.Anyone else have this issue? 

Hi,I am looking to see if I can get a better idea of what values are expected to be passed against ‘StdNameId’ attribute when working with the Part Handling API please - (ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PartHandling.svc).I believe that it requires a numerical value from 0 to 10, but I want to understand what outcomes are driven by each of these values please. Is there documentation that supports the API usage here other than the API Explorer?Thanks

Hi, We have just upgraded from Apps10 to CLoud.  Cloud no longer has a sticky note feature, I am trying to find the best way to convert the data held in the table to readable text.  My hope is to create a custom field on the table and then populate it with the data.  However when I try to convert I am getting the following in the field. {\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Trebuchet MS;}}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\lang2057\f0\fs20 new PO has been created\par\parplease see \fs20 E200049\lang1033\par} What is the best way to get the actual text ?
