Hi All,I created a task with “Allow Multiple Visit” = True and, as expected, it has more than one Visit ID. However, when I transfer it to mobile, the work assignment does not apply the configuration I need, which is active for MWO.Is there something missing in my setup, or is it not possible to have an MWO configuration for a Request Work Task when multiple visits are involved?Thanks  

All, We have set up the following history log on the INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_TAB.Availability control is the only attribute that I want to be logged at insert, update and delete. As insert is selected is this is why we are getting every transaction logged into the history as per below even though there is no value? I thought that the log only created when there is a value added to the field not when it is value is NULL, which it is when I check the DB.Any insight here much appreciated as this is now creating far too many records.Sarah

We are new to IFS Cloud and see that we do not have the option to have a Part Type that is BOTH for Manufactured and Purchased. We wanted to see what method is available to use to be able to drive the Manufacturing of a part, but also Purchase the part when we do not have the ability to MFG at that time.We also want to take into consideration inspecting the material when it is either manufactured or purchased.  Ideally, we would like to use the same Control Plan to inspect the product whether it is Manufactured in house or Purchased. 

The ‘Use two stage picking ‘ is not available in the Sales and Procurement tab under Site window .Where can I find that? Is there any alternate option for it?

 Hello everyone I’m fairly new to IFS and I was wondering if I could change the IFS Language so I did some digging and followed kind people's instructions.after making some changes, I could change the language in Aurena and translate the text accordingly. Still, in the application in the “option > Regional setting,” I only have the English option. i cant find the solution on the web so please help me in this regard .AurenaApplication 10

Hi,May I know if there is any way to use LEFT_TRIM and RIGHT_TRIM together in an external file template?I am trying to remove both leading and trailing spaces from the Account field in an external voucher upload.When I apply both functions together, only the second function works.For example, if I use LEFT_TRIM as the first function and RIGHT_TRIM as the second, only RIGHT_TRIM is applied, and LEFT_TRIM is ignored.Thanks in advance.

We have FNDGPT activated after subscribe to IFS.AI. We are trying to migrate Approved suppliers but the default status after the data migrated is set to not approved , I am trying to change the status to “ Approved “ using the below method name but getting the error saying this list doesn’t exist ,is there a source to show valid “method name” for API’s please to make this sort of changes

Hello Everyone, we want to change the order of list elements on the page PartCost.client These list elements are inside of a tab. I already learned that i can not do an Overtake like in the PL/SQL files. So i tried it this way:  But the result was, that the tab was now duplicated in the Client on with the original order and one with my custom order. Is it even possible to change the order without using the PageDesigner? Greetings Daniel

Hi, We can add Related Account (referance to another customer - Customer B) to a SalesQuotation belonging to Customer A.When we open Customer B - we can not see which Sales Quotations are ralated to this customer. Do anybody knows where to find it (overview of related SQ to a customer)? Account CRM does not contain this information.Br.Barbara

The process works in Postman but fails to have the desired effect when used in the workflow, despite no errors occurring during debugging.Workflow Steps Get shipment data Retrieve ShipmentId and NoteId. Hi, in earlier releases I was able to send an XML message to ‘int/soapgateway’. Via routing rules I could route this XML message to a PL/SQL function. Now I tried it again in 25R1 release and I always receive an errorCannot Create JSON Object: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1] Can it be that XML messages are no longer supported by soapgateway?

In IFS Cloud 24R1, we want to restrict an HR folder in Document Management so that only certain users can access it.What is the correct way to set this up? For example, we have a few departments in the folder structure, and each folder should only be visible to its assigned users.

Does anyone (I am looking at @Mathias Dahl  😁 here) know whether files in the app server are deleted / cleaned up on a regular basis. The app server file path is defined under DOCUMENT_TICKET_TEMP_PATH of “document default values” Reason for questioning this is, I’ve written an event action based on PDF_REPORT_CREATED job to unpack documents connected to a Purchase Order / Line and email it as an attachment to along with the purchase order.
