We are utilizing Shop Order split to create a new shop order to rework parts.  Does a prorated amount from the parent shop order move to the child shop order?  If not, does it make sense to receive the qty to be reworked from the Parent shop order and add the part to the BOM and issue the parts to the Child Shop order to bring in the cost?

I am attempting to upload a budget period using the external file assistant and a template that has been provided.  When clicking finish I get an error stating the load file “contains rows with state Unpack error” -  Error Received after clicking “Finish” Below is a screenshot of the file I am attempting to upload -    When I go and view the external file transaction for the failed load, I see that row 1 is the source of the unpack error.  Specifically, it states “Invalid value format or invalid Decimal Symbol in the Loaded File.” -  Screenshot showing row 1 with an Unpack error stating “Invalid value format or invalid Decimal Symbol in the Loaded File.” I am a bit confused why row 1 would be causing the error because there is an External File Template Control for this specific template that states Row 1 should be skipped if the first value it finds is “ACCOUNT” which is true for this excel file.  Below is a screenshot of that control and also the file template as a whole -  External F

Hello Experts,I have a question on the IFS.ai Co-Pilots document search logic when search for answers in the documents uploaded to the customer’s own data lake.For an instance, say if we have an expired document revision (which is in Obsolete status) that is in the data lake (uploaded prior to the expiry) does Co-Pilot logic screens them out from its searches?E.g., “Rate Agreement 2024” doc revision is still in the system but has been expired since 2024 Dec. Moreover, a new “Rate Agreement 2025” revision has been created in the system from Jan 2025. If a user queries on a certain job category’s rate (e.g., what is the hourly rate for a electrician on a normal work day?) via the co-pilot does Co-pilot logic today omits the 2024 Rate agreement  doc revision from its search since it has been expired and resort only to 2025 agreement?If the answer is “no” do we know if this or something similar to this is on the roadmap for Copilot? Thanks and Regards,Sachitha D

Hi,Using MWO with IFS Cloud 22R1, I noticed that the “Actual Worked Hours” are calculated using “Assignment Finish” date and time.Is it the expected behavior ?It make more sense to me that it would be calculated with “Work Finish” date and time.Kind regards,Lénaïc

Customer (Apps10 EE) wants to create a document revision without a file and in a field on the document revision enter a link to an external location where the file will reside. I recall doing this before custom fields were readily available, but I cannot recall where in the document revision the link was entered. Anybody have experience with this without using a custom field?

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue updating a column label in assyst Net.I’m trying to change the label for “Event Type” using the IFS key:monitor.event.eventTypeThe problem is that assyst is not picking up the new value for this specific label.What’s strange is that other nearby/adjacent columns change normally using their IFS keys and the new labels appear in the UI, but only “Event Type” refuses to update no matter what I set.Has anyone seen this before?Is “Event Type” controlled from another key/location (hard-coded, system label, different resource)?Any advice on where to check or how to force it to take the new label would be appreciated.  

All,How can I use the page designer to make the Demand Line No field here mandatory so user stop forgetting to fill it in? When I open page designer I cannot see a way to edit this at all, can’t see it in Assistants or Dialog or Pages - help very much appreciated.

Dear allIn IFS Cloud 24R2, for purchase requisition lines, select one supplier, there are 20 items (maybe 50-100 lines) to be released to convert purchase order, but among of them about 2-5 items will not to be released, use “not equal to” and “;”, but it does not work, the filter out items are still there.In IFS10, it worked. Can we have any other simple solution for end user? please help to check. ThanksSusan  

Hello, I'm working on something in IFS Cloud using Developer Studio and could use some advice on linking two custom entities.I've got entity1 with a field called field1, and I want to create entity2 with a field that lets users pick a value from entity1.field1 when they're making a new entity2 record.(like a dropdown or lookup to select an existing field1 value)What's the best way to set this up in Developer Studio? Any pointers on using associations or foreign keys for this kind of thing in IFS Cloud?Thanks for any help!

Hello.I’ve been investigating the possibility of utilizing an alert type Message Box after a supervisor has authorized a Travel Request to remind them of the need to also Select the travel request so the subordinate can proceed with creating an expense sheet. I’ve tried searching the community as well as asking Copilot for details and I’ve read that it might be possible to apply a Message Box to a Command via the Page Designer? Is this an option in Cloud, or is the only option to utilize these via Workflows as I’ve seen some users in the Community suggest. If this is possible, what options do we have and what would be the best way to go about doing this? Thank you in advance.

I found the module (machine learning) which enables predictive scoring for Business Opportunities. The product documentation says something, but leaves gaps in helping to understand how actually the predictive score is calculated.Does anyone have documentation or knowledge on how the predictive score is calculated?Are there lobbies or ready-made reports which uses the predicive score for forecasting? Does it take into account the BO probability also?

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding the material constraint in MSO.Our customer asked if there is a way to ensure that MSO checks whether enough input material for a shop order is available. The expectation is: If the required material is available → the shop order should be successfully scheduled (respecting other scheduling rules as well). If the material is not available → the shop order should not be scheduled. To test this, I performed the following steps: I selected an already successfully scheduled shop order in MSO with just one operation step. I went to the Inventory Part Planning Data and set the input material to Always Finite. I issued (consumed) the entire input material for this shop order, so there was no remaining supply. I ran MSO again, expecting that the shop order would no longer be scheduled due to missing material. However, the shop order was still scheduled. The only difference I noticed is that the flag indicating that the material constraint is acti
