Hi All, I couldn’t find any documentation explaining this great new addition with 23R2. There are a couple of slides in “IFS Cloud 23R2 - Whats New in Asset Management,” which I have added below. But that doesn’t explain the process flow or the integration. I found two community posts that also only provide very little info. IFS integration for Document Signing | IFS Community IFS Cloud 23R2 - new component IFSAPP Docman ESign | IFS Community Can someone provide some tips or direct me to the relevant documentation link to make this E-Sign functionality work? Hi, I am trying to use the option for self-signed certificate. I have the message that the self-signed certificate has been generated, but I do not have any file generate in my MGT. I’ve tried many versions 24.1.2, 24.1.8, 24R2. The process has been changed, because I remember that old versions, after registered the self-signed certificate, a copy of file was copied at MGT server file. Thanks, Gianni Neves

Hello, I have a custom event that is triggered when new transport task is created.This event is run in background because when not I receive an error because I want to change a record that is still locked.This works fine. Only when there are a lot of background jobs there is a delay and that cause problems.To avoid those problems I want to place the background in a specifiek queue so it is executed straight away.See below my current code. Those any one has a solution for that? Hello, We recently took SU14 on 23R2 and believed that push notifications now should work (after we have read this: We are still facing an issue to recieve push notifications. We are using IFS MWO Service 25.1.1406.0 and push notifications is enabled on the device. I am quite new on MWO and trying to add NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL - are there any standard end points to use and what should be the setup? There are topics similar to this title. But I couldn't find the exact answer I wanted. I am trying to calculate the cost of materials in stock. We are using IFS8 version. The Average purchase prices for materials are available in the INVENTORY PART table. I know this prices comes from the purchase order lines table. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only Received/Closed Purchase Order lines. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only for Primary supplier. But when I take these into consideration, the average price I calculated is still different. Are there any other conditions besides these? For example, is there a date condition? or number of order lines. Do we create the conditions I wrote above ourselves? If so, where are these settings made? There is page in Inventory=>Financial Control=>Calculate Purchase Cost. But there is only date option here.

24R2. I have a Shipment that resulted from one Shipment Order where both Sender and Receiver of Type = Site. I used the Create Consolidated Pick List for Shipment process to try to create pick lists by Storage Zone. It does not create any pick lists, but the background process also does not fail. If I use Customer Order instead of Shipment Order, same lines, same process, the pick lists are created.

We utilize Cloud 22R2 and we utilize logical printers for certain reports. When we have these print jobs go to a few specific BizHub type printers the local printer is requiring the selection of paper size. Is there a setting somewhere within the Cloud Logical Printer set up to select paper size to be letter?

Hi, we just made the leap from IFS MRO to IFS9 (huge jump). In the IFS9 help it seems to say that when a WO is in released and the operation is released you should be able to do a RMB on the operation line and finish that operation out. However we do not seem to get any status for the operation other than Release (when WO is released) and then Cancel. When we RMB the close out is never an option. Is there some other setup we are missing to allow this to close out this way? We can finish the ops from the header when the WO gets Finished. BUT we need to close operations 1 at a time and not all at the same time. Thanks for any insight!!!

Is there a way to get the current user Id by using a context substitute variable(#USER_ID#) in the value field? Hi, In designing lobbies in IFS Cloud we could use variable substitutions such as ‘#START_OF_THIS_WEEK#’. I encountered an issue when we use these variables in WHERE conditions with - (days). e.g. if we have a criteria to take the date before the start of the week, I would think that this would work. ‘#START_OF_THIS_WEEK#’ -1 but we ended up here with the following error. but, if we use the database method to retrieve the same value here. it works fine. Am I doing something wrong with the use of these substitution variables? or is this a bug? If we use the variables alone they works fine.
