Hi All,Facing an issue with allocation/commitment,  activity was committed  at 4  AM but resource shift will start 08AM  and end at 4 PM for entire week  but how activity  got allocated at early Moring before shift time .  ex: SLA of the activity was 09/09/2026-11:54 PM  end  SLA- 06/10/2026-12 PM when i see in PSO task was committed at 4 AM today (06/10/26) actually  without shift timings PSO should not allocate and commit but how this was  committed? we  defined commit rules and  Time Before Shift Start  to 4 hrs. will  pso allow to commit task  before shift time  due to  time before shift value? can please suggest how we can stop allocation/commitment before shift time?  

I have a question. Is it possible to configure the repository of the "File storage" type in such a way that the files of attachments of different classes of documents are stored in different directories and not in one collective "Docman"?

Hello,  I am wondering whether there is a given set-up on the inventory part, main part or anywhere else, where these parametres can be set.   The point is that we want to have the structure depth: Full level And the “allow changes to DOP Structure”: ON  Without the necessity to switch it once the DOP is created.  Thank you,Best RegardsPetaKu

Hello I am raising some questions on behalf of customers.Our customer was always requesting Partner to raise cases but this Partner will be replaced to another company, hence they (customer/new partner) need to know how to raise the case from themselves.Is it possible for user bulk registration to IFS portal? if answer is yes, could you please tell us the process and all required information? Could you please let us know the process if users forget their user id and password and how they can recover when their ids are expired.We would appreciate if you could provide the onboarding material or technical document. Regards,Chikako Yoshimura

I found an On-Boarding element in the Account lobby view in Cloud, but I can’t find where to create the on-boarding process, nor find any more information here in the IFS Community or in the IFS documentation. Can someone explain how to get this in to use, and if there are any more documented information (product documentation) on the function?  

Hello there!I was able to create an order report using the Report Generator.However it’s only available as a PDF file.I have been looking for a method to enable the xls file from the IFS and I found the Community post - Excel output from Order Report.It gave me a direction for my research, but the links aren't working, do any of you have the functional links or the documentation available?

25.1.7In previous versions there was a page titled Manufacturing Structures. Here it is in Apps10.I do not see this page in my 25R1 world.I recall reading in the Release Notes that a new term, Master Structure, was introduced at some point. Did a page for Master Structures get overlooked?

Good morning, The technicians' shifts are generally 5/7 from 7 am to 5 pm.However, every week, some technicians have a shift composed of standard shift + on-call-On-call: (from 00.00 to 7.00) + (from 17.00 to 00.00) (Monday/Friday)-On- call: Saturday and Sunday: on-call (00.00 to 00.00).Shifts must be split up and separated from standard shifts, while during on-call hours tasks can only be assigned manually. (MANUAL_SCHEDULING_ONLY)How can I manage this in PSO, as I have visibility of the shifts in DC/PSO? My understanding is that the on-call=yes function does not allow me to do this and I thought I could handle this by creating shift deviations. Doing this for each resource once a week seems very time-consuming and not very smart.Is there a better and faster way? Is it a correct way? 

Hi all,I believe this behavior is an issue and does not match the expected result.IFS CLOUD Version:I’m following these steps:Navigate to MWO Maintenance Use Additional Work on a Task or Task-Steps Select Copy Information from Task = Yes Click on Report additional work that I have done Select a task template Click on FinishExpected result:A new Work Task should be automatically created under Work Order with status Work DoneActual result:A new row is created under Job and Templates with originating system MWO. No Work Task is generated from the selected template. A failed transaction is returned, with a temporary number assigned to the task.Could you please advise on this? no Work Task is created for Job Id=2

Looking at the documentation for LOV Searching is shows that the functionality should use contains, however when creating a customer order as example. When I try entering a customer the logic used is startswith. Am I misunderstanding the logic here? Has anyone been able to change this logic?Thanks,Jamie

I have created a Service Request and trying to process where material will be delivered direct to the WO/customer site, direct from the supplier.I have an address on the task and can set the Supply code to “Purchase Order” , but I cannot se in either the work Task or Material Request a field “Delivery Method” or any other field with “Delivery” in it to tell the PO to send direct to the customer.I have looked at this and various other link to no avail.https://docs.ifs.com/ifsclouddocs/25r2/lang/en/RequestManagement/AboutMaterialPreparation.htm 

Hi all! I try to configure search parameters in the employees page to find a way to filter all employees whose birthday is in a specified month. Something like “Show all employees whose birthday is in June”. Does somebody have an idea how to archieve this?The basic search seems not to be able to get this result.We are talking about IFS Cloud 25R2.

In the 25R2 release, the FAI (First Article Inspection) functionality was introduced under the Quality Management module. However, this functionality is not available in our 25R2 environment. How to enable this? Also, MRP Simulation functionality as well.

Hi EveryoneOn the Page “AD User Mappings for Financial Models” one can Generate Access for General Ledger Code Combinations. In some Cases not all Combinations get generated namely.GL Authority Combinations (We only use it on Account and Cost Center, all other Elements are %)MAX: Account = %, Cost Center = %Voucher Row:Account = 24790, Cost Center = nullThis Combination is Missing in the [CODESTRING_COMBINATION_RLS_BI_TAB] and therefore RLS is not working properly in GL Analysis Model.The Generate Access Procedure must include null combinations. Currently it only takes combinations into account where the code part exists in code part values, but a combination of account without any other posting element ist very viable. 

I can create a Query using Query Designer with a parameter.  I can then create a Quicksight report based on the published Query.  I can go to Order Report and am prompted for a value for my parameter.  All is well with the world.  If I want to add another parameter to my Query in Query Designer, I can do that and Synchronize the Query.  If I then go to Order Report and refresh the screen, my new parameter appears.  If I give the new parameter a value, I get an error.P1Rep/QsrParameters (server error)Malformed Request.Error details: [{"code":"UNKNOWN_CONTENT","message":"'ParamAbcClass' can not be mapped as a property or an annotation."}]Server stack trace error(s):  Tree should be empty but still has content left: ParamAbcClassI’ve tried Unpublish/Republish too.  I’ve also tried unpublishing my Quicksight report and republishing.  The only thing that works, is to recreate the Quicksight report based on the updated Query.  Surely this can’t be the solution?  

Hi All!When printing Work Instruction for ShopOrder, we use the function “Print Attached Documents”.IFS finds the attached documents well, e.g. a document which is attached to workinstruction guidelines of a operation. In our current situation it's kind of a suprise for the one who print's whether there are connected documents. Therefore we would like to have insight in all the attached documents from the ShopOrder itself(in Screen ShopOrder).I guessed that “Object Connection Transformations” would be the solution, but i could not manage to set it so that we saw the attachements in screen ShopOrder.Does anyone managed to do this? Or does anyone have other ideas on how to configure this?Thanks!
