Hello,We recently updated our internal IFS Cloud solution from 21R1 to 22R1. After applying the update in all our use place environments, we have noticed that some of the existing page configurations are set to Baseline Status = "Behind".   When we go inside the Application Configuration Package for these configurations, we noticed that all these configurations are not synced. As per the IFS documentation, we should click on "Publish” button to get these configurations synced, but clicking on the "Publish” button does not change anything.  Does anyone know how to get these configurations back to “Up-to-date” state? Thanks in advance, Ashan De Costa. 

All, Myself as a user with all projections can see the the Edit document, as per below screen shot. When I trace the projection on clicking the Edit Document it is the DocumentRevisionHandling. Now all users with Document Management access have this FULL projection, but they can not see the Edit button. Is there another projection that is needed or is it in the access to the document? My users also has DocMan Administrator System Privileges if that makes a difference. My User View​​​​Standard Users View 

Hi all,We met one issue that every time updating the quantity for a Schedule work item details (one sub item),the cost rate is updated also. But we didn’t get the relationship or calculation rule.Any advice is appreciated.

Hello, I tried to add Custom Fields to the SourceLinesAvailableForShipment, “Available Lines for Shipments” in the navigator.Page InfoPreviously in Apps 10 the View for this LU was SOURCE_LINE_SHIPMENT_ALT and was associated to the LU CustomerOrderLine. My goal is to migrate the Custom Fields from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud. I could not find any other entity that has the SOURCE_LINE_SHIPMENT as an additional view.In the Entity Configuration there is no entry for SourceLinesAvailableForShipment. I also found that the name for this Entity is too long. How can this be? Is this a bug in IFS Cloud?Tried to define the searched entityIs there anyone else who has encountered this problem?Best regardsChristian

Hi,What is the ‘standard’ NGSM Archiving process once a Service Request has been Completed? Is it a case of moving it to Closed (assuming the tasks are Finished) and that’s it’s final state, or is there an Archiving process that can occur after this? Are there any DB Task relating to this process?Thanks 

Hello everyone,I'm trying to migrate customer orders and customer order lines. Everything's working fine, no problem. However, I'm trying to migrate the CODE_C of the lines using another job for pre_accounting, and retrieving the pre_accounting_id of a line, but I get an error I don't understand: ORA-20111: Site.NOTEXIST2: The Site object does not exist.Strange, because in the job, this indication does not appear, and only the pre_accounting_id seems mandatory.   How can I make these jobs work easily? 

CLOUD 24R1Scenario: Prerrequisites: Handling unit type with packaging material part associated and ‘Reusable’ option enabled.Go to the Inventory part in stock and select a part that has not handling unit connected. Select the option to Pack according to Handling unit Capacity and enter the quantity to pack for an specific Handling unit type.  The part is packed with an specific handling unit ID. The packaging material of the handling unit type is consumed automatically and issue from the stock If I go again to the Inventory part in stock and select the part that I have just packed and select ‘Unattach from handling unit’ for unpack, the system will not receive again the packaging part into stock to be able to be used again for another packing. The quantity on hand of the packaging material should not be increased?Thank you in advance.

I’m getting this error when trying to migrate data to a Custom TAB. ORA-02291: integrity constraint (IFSAPP.C_PART_INTERCHANGE1_CRK) violated - parent key not found Method List Attribute Source mappingNote: I tried to retrieve the objkey from the parent container and set it using the source mapping, but I'm still getting the same error.Any idea how to resolve this? 

Hi Team,There is a custom event in Apps10 to generate streams message and how can we apply the same in cloud 24R2? Can anyone let me know on the url to use as i tried in multiple ways it is not working as expected. Any leads on this would be much appreciated. However, there is very little information or technical documents describing the process. Where can we find the installation guide and requirements for an air-gapped solution?Thanks

Hi,   I am trying to trigger a Custom Event from a Command Button in Cloud 22R2. I created a projection action and selected the method: EVENT_SYS.EVENT_EXECUTEAnd in my page, I created a command button of type Execute Action,and selected the projection action I created. In the Parameters, I entered my Event LU and Event ID. Which seems to work fine. The event is executed correctly. But how do I pass a parameter to the custom event? I can select attributes in the EVENT_DATA parameter, but I dont seem to be able to fetch that from the Custom Event. Lets say I select ‘WoNo’  into EVENT_DATA,   how do i  use that WoNo in my event action? (This is cloud 22R2 so using a command button to execute a workflow is not possible) Thank you!Kalindu  

I have noticed some views used for data sources (Parquet Files) get delivered without any row data once they land in our ADLS gen2 storage. CUSTOMER_ORDER, PURCHASE_ORDER for example. Other views work absolutely fine - seems to be hit or miss. Does anyone have any idea why that would be the case? I copy the query used by the data pump job into a quick report, and it returns data just fine. Is there a specific account running the job that I can check/update its permissions?

Is there any way to add bookmarks globally in IFS CLOUD, instead  of doing manually for every user?

Hi All,I am trying to unreserve items that are reserved to a Customer Order Line which is supplied by DOP. The reservation was made by performing DOP Netting in the DOP Header connected to the customer order line. According to the documentation, un-reserving can be done by following steps given below.From the Inventory Sub Tab of the Supply Tab in DOP Order, right click the reserved stock line and choose the Manual Unreserve option. It takes you to Manual Netting from Inventory window. From there Qty Res value can be reduced to unreserve Reserved Quantities.  However, I am getting the error Qty Reserved Can’t be Less Than Qty Delivered.  This is due to Reserved Qty being delivered to Parent Order Is there any work around that I can use to unreserve these reserved items while the DOP Header/Order is still open?

When it comes to tax calculation with cash discount in Belgium it works a little different then IFS standard. In IFS there is a setting on company which says “tax reduction on discount”. This option lowers the VAT if the payment discount is deducted. However how the Belgium TAX system works is that you need to amend the base amount of the tax regardless of if the payment discount is used or not. Are there any other customers that have this issue in Belgium? How do you solve it?  

Dear Team,I am running the Periodic Cost Allocation (PCA) process for central overhead costs. In the Step Item specification, I have defined multiple parameters for accounts to include specific ranges that should be considered during allocation.For example:Range 1: From 3410000 (Non-project related travel and entertainment) To 3535004 (Fixed assets under construction – Capitalization) Range 2 : 3540000 - Capitalised ov to 3542000 - Training costsMy requirement is to include both account ranges when executing PCA. However, when I define multiple ranges in this way, the system returns:“No balances found to match the selection.”If I define only one range, the balances are correctly considered. Could you please clarify why PCA does not recognize multiple account ranges in the Step Item specification? Is there any way that i can define multiple ranges? (other than including specific values)Thank you. Best Regards,Prabha
